Ugh , my first time ever getting FUNGUS on my toenail. I came in on a Monday to get a Gel pedicure. Wasn't really paying at the attention because I was on my phone but after she cleaned up my nails with the utensils she ended up putting it back in the cart container . When I saw the container it was so dusty and dirty, i had a gut feeling and went along with the polish. 2 weeks later I ended up taking off the gel and my big toe now has fungus . It's dirty here. Some nail techs walk around bare footed. Never again. read more

Lynn did a fantastic job! I have a very funky big toenail that I have been searching for a salon to help me deal with it. My podiatrist recommended regular pedicures and I had yet to find someone who could help me out. Lynn knew exactly what to do, even though it was a bit discomfortable, she did an amazing job!! So bummed. First the ladies tried to make me choose the more expensive pedicure and manicure options. It's always annoying and invasive when they can't just let me choose what I want without trying to push me into a more expensive service. They didn't even perform the basic service properly. My nails were not filed the way I liked. I gave up trying to explain to her because she developed an attitude. I paid extra for callus removal. I didn't even notice she left my feet still covered in callus. If a manager is interested in reforming the employees worth ethic, I walked in today at about 9:30. There were 3 women there. 2 worked on my mani/pedi. I'm so tired of feeling hustled at these nail salons and receiving horrible service. Ridiculous. read more

I've come here a couple times before. The first time was great! Yvonne did my nails and I was completely satisfied. Second time was ehhh.... But the time.... I won't come back. Tina did my pedicure and she started out doing it well then as soon as more people came in she started rushing and ended up doing a mediocre job! And at the end my big toe looked like crap. It even got chipped a bit and she just covered it with clear!! Needless to say not happy!! read more

They shit talks and play favorites. They'll overcharge you for such basic nails like French tips. Yes I understand their languages. Just kept my mouth shut and told them I don't know what they're saying when I really do. Charged me 110 and charged their other clients 85 when they did more designs on their nails. Very unprofessional. Also they painted clear on half of the acrylics on my left pointer. Wtf! Not recommended. Do not go here! read more

Yvonne,the owner has the worst attitude. At first I thought ok she's having an off day today. I Went to her more than a few times to get my lashes because I had no other choice but to Get them done with her. She kept changing the price and going up from 45 to 60. Mind you these are nail shop eyelashes. When I started getting my nails done with her she was so aggressive and rude. Like she was in a hurry she made comments loud and clear saying omg your making my day crazy every time I would point out a nail was crooked to please fix it . Then when I was picking the color powder. she literally told me I need to hurry up I'm waisting time. I asked her are you ok today she just say . Yes hurry up. At that point I was uncomfortable and I just wanted to get up and leave. She finished and I left and paid $60 (over prized,I pay 45 at Love spa in Downey now) unfortunately, all of her other nail techs have the same ugly attitude. Except Lily but she does not do a great job for the prizes they charge. I went a couple of times after to have another because my Eyelash tech is in the same plaza (Moni's Threading) They have a new nail tech I don't know her name but her attitude is even worst than Yvonne and her nail skills simply suck. As a loyal customer coming here for years. Ive had a bad experience this last time that i went. I got a gel pedicure done on Saturday in which i noticed the polish bubbled up once i got home. I contacted them and i got it "fixed" the next day. Again the same nail tech repainted my toes however, an hour after i got them done my gel polish bubbled up again but this time it felt as if there was moisture or something in it and the polish was sliding off my nail. I called them again to let them know what was going on. I went into the salon today. I waited for a very long time. As i was waiting i noticed one of the pedicure techs was free she approached the customers that were walking in asking what services they needed even though i had been waiting for awhile. I asked her politely if i can have someone fix my toe nail. she stated the lady that previously fixed it the last 2 times can help me i told her i didnt want her to repaint them if i can have someone else i didnt want to keep having to come in for the same issue. She ignored me and just brushed her hand and told the lady that just walked in she can help her. The guy that was with the lady was in shock on how she responded to me so rudely and carelessly. He even apologized for how i was treated. I was in shock and upset after waiting for about almost an hour. The previous nail tech that assisted me walked up to me and informed she was ready to repaint my toe i politely told her i did not want her to service me and i am requesting someone else. She got upset and walked away and told yvonne. I let yvonne know this was my second time having to come in for the same issue in which it was inconvenient for me since i have to find the time out of my day to go in. yvonne assisted with redoing my nail polish. while i was sitting down getting my nail fixed they were all talking about me in there language. Looking at me and laughing. This was very uncomfortable for me as it was not my fault. Yvonne carelessly repainted my toe nail she didnt even clean up the nail polish around my toe. If you are looking for a friendly and relaxing nail salon this is not the place to go. Every time I go it is a hit or miss but lately it's just been a huge miss. I'm a very tolerant person but here they rush through your pedicures/manicures even when it isn't busy, they are rude when you refuse to "upgrade" to gel or dip powders and when questioning for a breakdown of the price in services they give so much attitude. Not only are the workers rude but mainly the owner!!! She always seems bothered or annoyed by customers so beware! First time I had a good experience my nails were nice they lasted a long time my daughters nails were nice but my second time there my nails were very bad I couldn't see until I put on my glasses in the car how messed up they were. When we first walked in we wrote our names done and waited for about 10-15 min which was okay because it was a walk in so I was expecting it. I came with my mom so we both got seated together which I was happy about that. The lady who did my was quick and felt rushed but she did an okay job I wish she had shaped them which I did tell her and she even ask me again and I said yes but she didn't but still came out okay as for my mom she hurt my mom as the lady was doing her pedi and even my mom said ouch and my mom said that even as she was doing it her toe looks green to which my mom said "did you guys sanitize the tools" and the lady said yeah and then said something along the line that my mom toe was not straight, like what does that have to do with my mom toe being green because of the tool?? And then my mom kept asking the lady to redo her mani over and over again and she still did a sloppy job on my mom nails. They rushed with doing mine and my mom nails which I was not happy about that I left a tip but my mom didn't. I went in Monday (3/22) for a gel pedicure It was my first time here and I made an appt for 2 people Once I went in, they only sat one of us down which was fine b/c they sat my friend shortly after. I chose the middle pedicure that was $35 but they charge $10+ for gel so it was $45 She finished in less than 30 minutes, and immediately I noticed the gel was a bit uneven and so were my nails, but I left it alone since I'm not one to confront. But on Thursday night i noticed my middle toe didn't have ANY gel anymore; it completely fell off. I usually am able to have a pedicure last me AT LEAST 3-4 weeks... and not even a week later, it's off and the other toes are starting to wear off. Not sure if it had to do with the person who did my nails but don't think I'll be returning here again. read more
