After coming here for 3 years, the service here has just gone messy. Every time I come in, I always get the same service. Which is gel removal, and new gel manicure, gel removal and a new gel pedicure and under arm wax. For the under arm wax I'm always charged something different. Sometimes $10, $12, or $15. Yesterday I came in for the usual and the male working there did both my mani and pedi. I got seated right away however, i was there for 2 1/2 hours getting the service done. He started with my pedicure, and it was the messiest pedicure, he was spilling stuff everywhere. In the middle of that he took a bathroom break and came out straight to continue working in my feet. I had to ask him to please wash his hands. Then he got started on my manicure. Again, very messy. I was charged $85 dollars for an very messy gel mani and pedi. And $15 for an underarm wax. read more

I've been here twice for my pedicure and I've left satisfied. Down side is the wait time but they take their time! First time getting my nails done and Yvonee did an amazing job!! I don't recommend coming here. They remove your gel polish with an electric nail drill. Responsible manicurist will not do that.*** I decided to take a gamble and come here since I needed a nail salon in the area. Also, the manicurists are quite rude and rushed even when not busy. Your nails will become brittle, thin, and weak from that removal method. Gel polish already saps moisture from your nails. Manufacturers recommend breaking the smooth surface clear coat with a manual nail file then soak with acetone for 20 mins then gently brushing it off. Nail health is more important than pretty nail designs. If you can't even properly remove gel polish, you don't care about your clients nails well-being. My technician had no customers after me but rushed through and didn't let the acetone soak. Doing things right is more important than making a quick buck while undermining my nail beds. read more

Just moved around this area and as I was getting boba and noticed this little salon , my mom and I got a card and within the next week we came and checked them out. It is clean the service is fast and efficient. I love this place ! Great prices . I got gel for my hands and feel and only paid $50 when I normally pay around $80-$90. definitely a nail salon worth checking out! read more

The man working at the front desk was friendly, he greeted me as soon as I walked in and assisted me right away. However my experience with the nail tech was not so great. From the moment I told her I wanted a regular manicure she kept on trying to persuade me to get gel and I kept on telling her several times I just wanted a regular mani. She was rude and got upset with me because I "moved" my finger and messed up on a nail she was painting but it was resolved fairly quick with attitude of course.. once my nails were completed / dry I noticed she left sides of 3 of my nails unpainted. I got my nails done on Thursday the 8/2019 and 2 days later I have a total of 5 nails that are chipped. Ridiculous... cheap nail polish that they use and poor effort. Won't be going back. read more

Was teetering between 3 ,2 and 4. Although my nails never came out how I wanted they did stay on for a long time and I got complemented a lot. Been here 4 times good nails. Still haven't got the lady who did my nails the first time because she killed it and is the reason I come back beyond the cons. Cons: vpushy for you to get gel. I insisted I didn't want gel and every girl that was working would come by and ask why I wasn't getting gel. Most recently, my technicians did their jobs, however idk if it was me not speaking up more or the language barrier or I couldn't see my nails well since I was on the spa chair but I asked for round square and somehow got pointy and very thick. I have been meaning to try the dipping powder and willing to pay the 10$ on top of the $10 for gel wanted a sparkly lavender. my technician just sprinkled glitter on polish and sealed with another clear layer. Not what I was expecting since was just clear and sparkly but looked pretty enough. However by Sunday my nails were chipping and the top layer easily peeled, by Monday 3 nails completely peeled.! Definitely do NOT recommend the powder. Pros: very clean, lots of options in gel colors,next to a tasty boba place. Regular gel does last and their acrylics last a long time I kept some for 4 weeks without a fill. Ivonne is probably the best from what I've seen her do however I always get assigned someone else. Price: im willing to pay more if they are good, I would say reasonably priced, although a lot more affordable options in the area, but this place is also cheap in comparison to when I get them done in Dtla. It's been about 3 months since I've gotten my nails done, due to the COVID shutdown. They are taking precautions such as temperature checks and hand sanitizer before you get serviced. Nicky did my nails. She did an amazing job. The shape looks great. Kathy did my pedicure! Now, when I tell you Kathy has strong hands, her massage did not disappoint. I did get the deluxe pedicure and Kathy did amazing. Nicky was very nice. I'm sure she got annoyed because it took forever to choose a color for my nails, but that comes with the territory right?! When you go, make sure you go with the same person always because everyone works different, the one I got this time was very harsh r move my gel color and left my skinny short thin nails full of line of the ways she scraped it.. With finger all weird looking now .. the lady says he will fix them if I have time, but I'm sorry I don't is hard to make time for someone like me.. lucky when I had a few minutes for myself. Also careful if you would like to have your nails 2 colors and if you want 2 nails one color different from the others, is EXTRA charge, also $3 for removing of the color gel, even if you go there to have done the first time. I made an appointment with Kathy for 6:30. At 7:15, someone with a 6:45 appointment with Kathy showed up. Why are appointments booked 15 mins apart? Given I had already waited 45 minutes, I accepted having my nails done by someone else. This person, although I showed them pictures of what I wanted, could not get the shape right. The more she shaped them, the smaller they got. When Avonne came by cus I assume she could tell I was very unhappy, reverted to telling me "they can't do that" when I tried explaining to her what I wanted. I wanted oval but pointy. THIS IS WHY I BOOKED MY APPOINTMENT WITH KATHY. Not to mention, all my nails were different lengths and sizes. I will NEVER come here again. They clipped my toe nails and added polish that's was it. No cleaning around or under my nails. No effort of scrubbing my feet. Either my nails are all different shapes, the length is all off, or the nail technician does way too many layers of nail polish looks fat and uneven. This place is really a hit or miss. Unfortunately, it's typically been more of a miss for me. The employees are often rude and do your nails very quickly. It feels rushed and not really relaxing for the price you pay. I went in with my sister and we both got pedicures today. The woman doing my sister's nails was being rough and my sister had to say "ouch" aloud for her to realize she needed to be more gentle. The woman who did mine was okay. Went into polished nails to fix a broken nail and do a change of color so they would all match, at first everyone was pleasant until the nail tech started getting frustrated with the polish. They charged me 30 dollars for the broken nail and color change, as I kept looking at my nails they were lumpy and bulky so I went back and asked if they could fix it.
