Zero stars if I could. Don't waste your time here, all the reviews are right. I ended up walking out of my appointment because the older lady that was doing my nails made me bleed pretty bad, after telling her it was hurting she hushed me kept going. Then to take my acrylic off, I told her I wanted to keep my natural nail underneath, she hushed me again and starting clipping. I again told her I want to keep my natural nails, she then starting digging into my nails with nail clippers to remove the acrylic. I then asked her if she's supposed to soak them first to soften, then she snapped at me, raised her voice and pointed her finger and said " that would take 1 hour!!". I walked out immediately, if you don't want to work then don't. All the reviews were right, this place is awful UPDATE: two days later snd my toe is throbbing. Woke up through the night, looks like it's infected. You can see that she took a chunk of skin out. She should have her license provoked, so this doesn't happen to anyone else read more

I'm torn because I hate giving bad reviews. The people who own this place were so sweet to me, but I just did not think that the lady who did my nails did a good job. She was sweet and the pedicure and manicure part went well. When it came time to polish, she did a rushed job and piled on the polish. It looked so bubbles. I asked a few times for her to fix some things and she did, but I got the impression it was going to be as good as it gets. Sadly, the gel polish actually peeled off my nails within two weeks. First time that's happened for me. There were a few people coming in and out to do nails while I was there and it seemed like they had been coming there for years. They knew one another by name and asked about family members and life events. Perhaps my experience was an isolated incident. They seemed to have a lot of customers come in for alterations while I was there. If I do come back, it will probably be for that. read more

My dear friend who wishes to be anonymous went in for a pedicure. Long story short they cut her toe too short and resulted in a infection. The little lady tried being a doctor and made it even worse by squeezing her poor toe. She had to go get a medical toe doctor procedure done and wasted a weekend of fun in the sun, in bed! Couldn't go to work, couldn't walk and worst of all lost half of her toe nail. Don't go here unless your cheap and willing to risk a toe. read more

I would give zero stars if I could. I made an appointment 2 days ahead of time for a facial for myself and a pedicure for my mom. The day of my appointment I received a call from them but I missed it (I work overnights and was asleep) but returned their call when I woke up and there was no answer. My mom and I headed to our appointment and got there on time and we were told that our appointment was given away since I missed their call. We were confused since there was no one else in the shop. We even brought another customer for them with us but they turned all 3 of us down and told us we'd have to come back later. I'm not sure if she was the manager but she was not willing to work with us at all and her attitude towards the situation truly bothered me. I will not be returning, ever. I am very sad because I be never given a bad review. But I was disappointed when I asked for coffin nails and this is what I get. And on top of that when I told her that she was hurting me with the drill, she told me she didn't cut me and to stop moving. I was still trying to be nice and polite because she was very elderly. But even when placing the tips, she glued and pushed the tips down with the tips of her nails and it hurt! And a few of the nails are crooked. Plus she kept saying bad things about the other clients that would walk in. For example she kept shaking her head at a disabled male getting a pedicure. I have been a client here for over 15 years now and won't go anywhere else. Lily is the best here as she takes her time with your nails and does not pressure you to get any other services done. She also does very good facials, massages and waxing. Even though she is thorough, she will double check with you to make sure you are satisfied with her work. She does not work Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll admit this place is cheap for nails and tailoring. No massage chairs or anything going on though so maybe that's to cut costs. I don't usually get my nails done, just every special event. But they do a really good job on french tip manicures. I've also gotten eyebrow threading and waxing before. They do an ok job. I still had to do some eyebrow work at home to finish what they started. They use these small pillows for everyone to lay their heads on though which do not look sanitary at all. They should get some paper covers or something for these. I've gotten a dress tailored there once before and they did it for super cheap. I had them lower the drop line of the neck part of my dress and they did it same day for $12 I think. They only have one back room where they also do waxing and facials. And this day, oddly there were some of the workers in the back taking a nap(?). So I awkwardly had to change in there with two of them on the tables. Very awkward. read more

We've been coming here for years, my daughters and I to get our clothes altered. Also recommending them to friends and family. Brought in two items for a Halloween Costume for my daughter and I and was told it was okay to be picked up @6pm Sat which was perfect because it was the night of the party. My daughter showed up @6:20 and the place was closed! Mind you the sign says closes @7. So we had no costume for our party! I came here to get my backpack fixed and my sweater needed a zipper. Idk what was her problem but I went in there and asked if she could do it. She basically yelled at me saying she couldn't do it because she doesn't have the zipper. So I thought fine. Then she said she can do it if I buy the zipper and come back. I asked which zipper, she ignored me. Rude! Never going back again and I have gone there many times to alter clothes. The last time I also went was to alter my pjs (I'm short and can't find good pjs) they didn't do anything and I paid them! I thought I'd give them another chance. Not anymore. Went to this place only ONE time for emergency mani with gel. One nail was broken and acrylic was recommend. The acrylic wasn't done right which caused a fungus to grown under my nail. NEVER before have I gotten a fungus. I will never go there again. Please beware. read more

Got my eyebrows waxed here and the lady that did them insisted that she pick and prod at my face with some strange oil. Lo and behold I got a horrible rash on my face right after this and it took weeks to get rid of it. My grandmother got her nails done the same day and got a fungal infection. Horribly unsanitary! First time I went there was on Mothers Day of this year for my mom and I. The lady that worked on me was great; very nice and friendly. However, she used that mechanical filer, that they usually use to file down acrylic nails, on the bottom of my feet! Sanitary fears crossed my mind but, hey, this is a business right, they should know what they are doing - or so I thought. Well, sure enough, a few days later I noticed an infection all over my feet! Skin started peeling, bumps and redness appeared around the area where she use it. AND to make matters worse it seemed to be spreading to below my nails, where infections usually become irreparable! Luckily I have Lamisil; reversed it before it got worse! I spent over 60 dollars on both my mom and I that day: pedicure for us both, and for me a Mani and eyebrow wax as well. The rest was the tip for both the ladies that worked on us; their 'sweet kindness & friendliness' got the best of me. I will not be going back after my first experience. read more
