I went to get my eyelashes done next door at Blinking eyelash (which by the way Was great) I was going into my car and and just asked the ladys outside stretching whats the price. I was in the area on Saturday night Looking for a nail place that closed late. Found this place at the last minute and they took me at seven because they closed at eight at that night. Walked in and got a full set and a pedicure and so did my daughter. There were quick fast and the lady in the front did my nails and I was amazed with how she did my nails no lumps or bumps. It was so smooth. they were thin and natural looking. I haven't had anyone do my nails like that in years! Where I live, I cannot find anyone for the life of me who does really good Nails, but I am willing to do that drive since I live 45 minutes away just so she can do my nails the right way. They're so beautiful, very pleased and happy with the service. Everybody was so nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place all the surrounding nail salons close early. I love coming here best pedicures, I recently got a new person Van she is not good she is aggressive, she rushes her services manicure was done in 20 minutes, for my pedicure the bottom of my feet did not get scrubbed or anything, just dip the feet in water, cut the nails and painted them I was very very disappointed I hope to not get her again. I had a bad experience at plus Q nails I went to get gel nails on my natural, long nails. I didn't want them too short. Don't get me wrong most staff were very nice. The first lady that did my nails was very nice but the one that put on acrylic on my thumb that my natural nail did break from was very rude. I did mention again. I didn't want my nails to be short because they are my natural nails after all I felt uncomfortable because they all started laughing and talking in their their own language after I did mention I didn't want my nail short. but the one with the acrylic on was too thick and on my skin, I went in to get a design and ended up just getting full color after I felt uncomfortable there i just wanted to pay and leave. read more

Came here yesterday for a gel mani and pedi. Both were done well by...i couldnt tell you their names because they never even introduced themselves. They did both services at the same time which I don't love. I chose a color that was a matching gel and regular color but one was pink and the other very orange, they didn't match eveb though they were labeled the same #. I noticed after nail 3 on my toes and mentioned that they didn't match. The girls seemed kind of annoyed but I asked them to change it and they chatted in their native language which made me think they were talking about me. They didn't really even try to chat with me which is fine, but always nice to have a conversation. read more

This experience is one to tell. I've been on a journey to find a decent nail salon. Oh where do I begin with this place. I walked in with my friend and they looked busy. The employees were taking care of 4-5 clients with pedicures. Granted this was a walk-in so they had us wait. The problem began when they started to service me. I walked in with gel nails and left with a regular manicure. My service was provided by 2 nail techs. My first critique is that the first nail tech did not completely remove my gel nail polish. Second, she trimmed my nails crooked. I asked for a square and she left me with a slanted nail trim. Then came the other nail tech. She fixed my nail shape but she did not use sanitary equipment to trim my cuticle. On top of all this, I felt a bit like they were rushing. I think this is a place for someone who doesn't care much about the nail tech using sanitary equipment or feeling rushed or having crooked trimmed nails but I am not them and will most likely not be coming back here. read more

Great Nail shop! I love the hot towel treatment at the end of my spa pedicure and manicure! I have never had this done in shops in LA. They also use high quality sea salt from Nature republic. Real clean, sanitized the area, and used a disposable pumice for the callus remover. They close till 8pm, which is convenient since all area shops close at 6pm. read more

I came here a week ago. Called ahead of time for an appt for gel manicure and gel removal. I came in, they took me down and asked what I needed. I told the lady who did my nails gel manicure and gel removal. I was too afraid to say anything when she started attaching acrylics I was like okay. And I asked if she could do ombré, but she said she can't but a lot of the photos have ombré?? So I was like that's fine just one color. When they did gel removal, it hurt a little and burned a bit because they file it all the way down with the electric filter. They didn't use the cotton ball / foil method. I wanted coffin shaped said too short to do it so I asked for short square but she was so insistent on longer. I was like fine. Once again, I was told nice to say anything. Almost like I felt taken advantage off. She kept telling me to push my hands all the way in the gel machine light but I have long hands/fingers for a tall girl and I couldn't push in any longer. She gave me a receipt For $20, then at the front, the guy charged me $40... it's unfortunate I didn't get a great experience here wouldn't come back. read more

I got a sudden urge to get a pedicure and I made a quick yelp search for a place nearby. So yes I came here thanks to the reviews and I will be back thanks to the quick service on a Wednesday night and lovely spa regular pedicure for $20. I would recommend this spot because I was surprised that they were able to seat me and start a pedicure within 3min of me walking in. There were at least 6 other clients in there so you know I thought was going to wait at least 15min. The pedicure itself was efficient, clean, and so relaxing for me. They used plastic liners for the tubs and plastic coverings for the massage chair remotes. So put on some hand sanitizer and you should be fine. Everyone was wearing a mask but I saw one or two with the mask below the nose. I appreciated that the lady helping me had hers well placed. Two notes: There was plenty of parking on a Wednesday night. They charge $1 for using a card. I will be coming back whenever I need a quick pick-me-up pedicure. read more

Hit or a miss. Inconsistent outcomes with the results. I have tried this place a more than a few times. The staff is friendly and efficient. I've need happy with the work before. However, I have noticed that when they get busy or more desirable costumers come in they will push you back on the line and make you wait by saying that only one person can do what you asked (usually already with another costumer) lol/smh or they will rush the work with you to get to another costumer. I thought it was a fluke or I was imagining things but it seems this is a pattern. I have been here multiple times to see patterns in how they offer services. The last time they rushed through my service, the gel was not cured and the polish started chipping. Also they raised the prize without communicating the change prior to start of service. read more

We are regulars here but unfortunately today an employee deliberately dismissed my uncle as a customer waiting for a pedicure in the spa seat. I asked her three times to fill his tank so that he could wait to be serviced for a pedicure and she ignored us completely and went about her business and also took a walk in for nails in front us while my uncle was still in the chair waiting to be serviced.
