I've been here in the past and they were always okay, budget friendly. But when I went most recently was the worst last set I've ever had done. A lash kept poking my eye, the glue burns and it was very uneven. I had to go back a few days after to get it fixed and even then, not even a week- my lashes already started to fall of. The quality of the lashes are poor, the glue burns and it looks really bad. Even people have told me to have the lashes removed already. Waste of my time, money and lashes. Not coming back here ever again!

From the moment she started, I was so impressed. She was incredibly gentle, and I didn't experience any burning or discomfort at all. She was also really sweet, which made the whole process so relaxing. When I saw how my lashes turned out, I was beyond happy--they looked amazing! A few months later,I did a walk-in appointment, and unfortunately, Rosa wasn't available, so Jacqueline did my lashes.During the appointment, I noticed my right eye started burning really badly about halfway through. I didn't say anything because I know a little irritation can happen sometimes, but this was much more intense than what I had experienced before. After the appointment, my right eye was very red, and for the next three days, the bottom corner of my eye stayed red and irritated. Thankfully, it eventually went away, but I think the burning and irritation might have been due to Jacqueline's technique. When I went back a few months later, I made sure to book with Rosa again, and I'll admit I was a little nervous after my last experience with the previous lash tech, Jacqueline. However, Rosa was just as amazing as the first time--gentle, no irritation, no burning, and my lashes came out great again. If you're planning to come here, I would definitely recommend Rosa only! She's kind, careful, and knows how to make the whole experience pleasant. You won't have to worry about any burning with her, that's for sure! Not only she is good at what she does but also has a unique ability to put her clients at ease, with her big personality and smile. She was so patience with me. Took us about an hour and half to draw and correct my brows to how I wanted (with Phalla's expertise). If it wasn't for Phalla, I wouldn't have this perfect shape. I had a hard time finding the right person for my brows because it is important to find one that makes you feel comfortable and trusted with your face. Never in my life did think I would have amazing brows! My next visit is going to be with Phalla for my lashes. Glad I was able to see her amazing work and results with other clients when I was there. I came back only because we paid via Groupon and you would not give me a refund directly. We had a reservation for three, made months before our date, and when we got there there were only two staff. We were told it was because of an emergency, Chinese New Year. One of the party received an adequate service, the other was definitely not worth the money. We had a Groupon, which means we already paid for three services, so I insisted I be given a free service at a later date. Reluctantly, she agreed. I went a few weeks later, my service provider was good and really sweet but overall, I have had a better scalp therapy, at a nicer location, for less cost. I would suggest your expectations are not very high if you plan to come here.
