They never pressure me into anything and truly care about helping me achieve the best results. They also introduced me to the La Mieux Bio Cell lotion, and I'm obsessed! It's hands down the best moisturizer I've ever used, and they always make sure to order it for me when I need more. If you're looking for a place you can truly trust for skincare, Botox, facials, or tattoo removal, I highly recommend them. It wasn't exceptional and it wasn't awful, just somewhere in the middle. The massage therapist did not have a heavy hand, which I prefer. I suppose if you prefer a light hand you would enjoy. The price was only $50 with a Groupon deal, so you get what you pay for. Would I return? Nope. Would I recommend it to friends? No. Was it terrible? No. Was it worth $50? No. I'll just stick with my regular massage therapist who I should have never strayed from.

I bought a groupon for a "60 minute herbal massage + a full facial"…read more Right when I checked in they told me that the entire service was 60 minutes long. I explained that on the website it said it was a total of 110 minutes and that how could a 60 minute massage AND a full facial all be 60 minutes. The girl at the counter said that many customers kept getting confused and she had told her manager to change it and she(manager) didn't listen. So she went to the back to call the manger, and the manager told me it was 30 minutes for each. I showed her the groupon and she was not understanding how the groupon I purchased could not be 60 minutes total. She said that if they did the longer service with my groupon purchase that she would not have enough money to pay her employee.... I empathize with this however, I paid for a service and as the customer, I should not have to receive less than what I fairly paid for because of the managers mistake. When they looked at my groupon, they kept telling me that I had only paid $50 which was true. I paid that amount on my credit card because I had a groupon gift card. But they kept saying that I had only paid a cheap amount although I had paid the full price of the groupon. I said thank you but that I had paid for a longer service and would just make another plan. The manger said she could do 45 minute massage and 45 minute facial and honestly I had really been looking forward to this self care day so I agreed. They lead me to a room where I was told to change and just keep the towel on. The room was not very relaxing right off the bad. When I had to change all they did was close the door but a big window on the door with no curtain provided me no privacy. So I had to hide in the corner to change. The back massage was good, good pressure and quality. The neck and head massage was very rushed though. When that was done I flipped over for the facial which was not great. I had just wet paper towels on my eyes while they put on the different lotions. I had a good facial massage from one of the products they put on. The extractions portion was very very painful, I had to ask them to stop and my face is now extremely agitated from what they were picking at it. It looks worse than it did upon my arrival. And when they started the extraction portion, they just without warning turned on the huge and bright overhead room lights. But to end it, I was left in a room with the wet paper towels again just on my eyes and a red light machine over me for what was maybe 10-15 minutes. When it had been too long, they rushed back in, wiped my face with the towels and said "okay, you're done put your clothes on" no soft end to the service. They didn't even take off the headwrap from my hair, I had to do that myself. Overall, I saw some people have had a good experience. I'm sad to say that I did not have that same experience.

By 4:10 PM, no one had checked on me, so I had to ask whether I would be seen. I was told yes, yet by 4:25 PM, I was still waiting without an update or explanation. After waiting over 25 minutes, I had no choice but to leave without receiving my service. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that the business wants to charge ME a fee, despite the fact that I showed up on time and they failed to honor my appointment. Customers are expected to respect appointment times and face financial penalties when they don't, so why is there no accountability when a business wastes a customer's time? I had to leave work, rearrange my schedule, and make the effort to show up on time, only to leave without receiving the service I booked. It is unacceptable to expect customers to pay for lateness while refusing to take responsibility for your own delays. At the very least, customers deserve communication, professionalism, and equal consideration. Thankfully, this was my final laser hair removal session. I will not accept being charged a fee when I fulfilled my responsibility by arriving on time and the business failed to fulfill its own.

Cindy is extremely kind, accommodating, and straight to the point. She is also knowledgeable and answered any and all my questions I had for her. I recommend her for the best bang for your buck! Maria is extremely thorough, especially because the first thing she asks me (aside from hello, how're you?) is any allergies I may have. I thought I would just get an exfoliating brush and some cleansing lotions and oils, but what you get is a fantastic deal for how much effort and attention to detail she gives you; many applications of VERY thorough cleansing products, different exfoliating techniques, and extraction! Wow just had a facial here and I'm so happy I found this place. Sandra is so nice and informative while advising what is good for my skin. She is very honest and not just trying to upsell everything like some places do. She took the time to apply a lot of different things on my skin and included a little neck and foot massage!
