Came here for a 60 min acne facial and took advantage of their first time customer deal. It was $99 and I got a free life membership which comes with discounted facials for the future! What a steal?? It was very easy for me to make an appointment. I just called and did it a few days in advance and they were really helpful in explaining my different options between a 60-, 75-, and 90-min facial. There's plenty of street parking in the area. Upon entering, you can tell it has a really clean and upscale vibe. It's super spacious and they have products out. Check in was quick and easy. I was brought into my room and given instructions. My aesthetician came in and didn't introduce herself lol she hardly talked actually... which isn't a bad thing but it would've been nice to at least have a small convo at the start to talk through what skin issues I wanted to address? I just had a facial here last week and I wish I came earlier to get facials done here. I always pass by this place but never really thought about coming here until finally, I did. Making an appointment was easy either through phone or online. The location isn't hard to find and parking is easy either street (2 hrs) or in the back lot. There are other parking lots around the area that are free. Upon first entering, the front room is huge, spacious and smells delightful. It felt very calming and luxurious. We were greeted by Michelle who was so friendly and helpful with asking us our skin concerns, what we were looking for and answered any questions we had. The facial rooms were great. The room is super clean, smells calming and the quiet. Throughout the whole time, I could not hear the room next door which I like. My sweet friends gifted me a 60-min organic facial session to this place - the scheduling was a little confusing since this is a part of the broader Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery brand (make sure you book the appointment with BASCAI! Not the other location nearby), but once that's all figured out, I came to the right location and had an AMAZING experience. Environment: the spa is very cute, smells great, and I was lucky to get the parking spot right in front of the place on the street. Overall, it's a very nice setting, with organic ingredients displayed all over. It smells nice and feel good. Very clean as well. Service: my person Annie was great. Very professional and knowledgeable throughout the session. Her massage was very relaxing and she's sweet. She even did my eyebrows for me (it's technically not a part of the session). Price: they've recently raised prices. The 60-min faci is now $120 (used to be $115). They do have membership options - different levels at different prices that give you discounts to each session. For example, a $99 annual membership puts the 60-min facial at $90 instead of $120 (25% discount). If you come here often the memberships would be worth it. Overall, great place. Treated myself to a 90 minute organic facial here the other day. It was super relaxing!!! The location is modern, clean, and not too busy. There aren't any amenities like a sauna/hot tub but I did like how it was easy to book an appointment and be seen almost immediately when I got there. The ambiance is modern and very clean. Based on their website, all the products that they use are natural and organic. They also offer skincare packages. ::Experience:: When we arrived, we took a questionnaire regarding our skin condition on an iPad. After that, we were escorted into the room and asked us to remove our top and change into a strapless slip-on robe. The room is lightly lit and peaceful. I got the Anti-Aging facial and my daughter got the Acne facial. The Esthetician applied cream, lotion, oil, and a mask on my face. She also did some light extractions and gently combed my hair with a wooden comb; it was relaxing. When it was time to pay for the service, they gave me some samples of their organic bar soaps and placed them in a linen bag. The soaps smelled refreshing. Overall, I wasn't fully happy with the facial. I listed the reasons why below. If this place has a special deal or discount, I would give it another try. This included cleaning, steaming, extraction, custom mud mask, neck, shoulder, head, and a facial massage. Interior - beautiful, clean, organized, and warmly lit. The products they have on display and are all organic. I was thrown off by the photos that it was just a facial shop but when once you have an appointment booked they take you around for the back where there are private separate intimate rooms. Service - staff is sweet, kind, and they don't push you to buy any the products out on display but they are there to conveniently help and answer any questions. If you're not sure about what type of facial to get don't hesitate to ask. They have packages for : Hydration, Anti-Aging, Acne, and Sensitive Skin. My boyfriend and I opted for Anti-Aging & Hydration. Our favorite part of the facial was the massage. It felt so good that my boyfriend ended up falling asleep lol. It wasn't what I was expecting. If you're looking for a face massage, then this is the right place. But a facial? Only sort of. There was no consultation or looking over my skin to determine my needs. There was no ask of what my skin concerns were or anything I wanted to focus on or to review the products being used. I opted for the hydra facial. Never had a hydrafacial before but I was excited and curious. The esthetician didn't explain any products she put on my face. She didn't explain anything about the machine, how it would feel, or what it would do. I would compare the machine to a very very mild (and wet) version of a microdermabrasion. It doesn't produce near as good of results as a microdermabrasion. But yet the cost of their hydra facial would make you think otherwise. I also noticed she used the machine on my under-eye area all the way up to my lower lashes from what I can feel. I'm not an esthetician, but I know that area of skin is very delicate and no machinery should be used there. A good amount of my one hour facial was spent massaging my face and my décolletage. She did a good job massaging me but as much as I appreciate a massage, I wasn't here for one. I was here to care for the skin on my face. There was one point when she placed one of those paper sheet face masks on me, and then she placed some thicker product on top of the paper mask. Odd. How will that thick product penetrate my skin if there is a paper barrier between my skin and the thick product? According to their website, the hydrafacial is meant to treat fine lines, wrinkles, congested pores, hyperpigmentation, Etc. But I don't feel I got much out of that facial. To my surprise, your store was closed once again on Friday, despite the sign on the door clearly indicating that your business operates from Monday to Saturday and is closed on Sundays. I called again and the person who pick up my call direct me to pick it up next Wednesday( August 30th). You make me wait TWO weeks for a face cream that is in stock, which I found it really disappointing. I am genuinely perplexed by the inconsistency in your business hours and accessibility. As a customer, it's concerning to see a business that appears to frequently deviate from its advertised hours of operation. My best friend told me about this place almost a year ago. There was a great deal on Groupon so I took advantage of it. My first experience went really well and I purchased a package. This was actually my first facial ever, so my face was probably super gross. I also had a lot of acne/scars. I had a facial gap every 2-3 weeks. When I'm too busy, I would stretch it out to 4 weeks. Every time I go in, Lulu checks my face and see what needs to be done. She takes me in the room and let me prepare for the facial. The steps as I remember goes as follows: 1. Cleanse 2. Exfoliate 3. Cleanse 4. Steam + some type of oil massage (I fall asleep here most of the time) 5. Extractions (Ouch, but much needed) 6. Face mask (+Head and arms massage) 7. Toner, serum, moisturizer/sun screen My favorite estheticians are Mandy, Trinh and Tina. This takes around 90 minutes, more or less. I get a little redness but it goes away between 1-2 days for me. I uploaded a before and after photo in 3 months time span. This is a result of the facials, wearing less makeup daily and keeping up a good skincare routine at home.
