After the initial face cleanse, she analyzed my skincare and pretty much talked me through the process of the facial and made recommendations based on my skin. My whole experience was very relaxing and I even fell asleep for a couple of minutes. My skin was rough and dry coming in, and is now soft and plump. I definitely plan on coming back. I text her the night of and let her know of my mixup and apologized. She did have a later appointment but I wasn't sure if I would make it. She assured me that she would still honor my Groupon past the expiration date but she would have to mark it as "re-deemed" fair enough. She even wrote on an index card I had a scrub credit and provided me with a picture of it. Fast forward to today. I had text her on 11/18 to see if she would be open the day after Thanksgiving. She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done.
