So glad that I found Jenny at Clear Skin Solutions!…read more I was struggling with acne and inflammation (lots of redness and white heads) when I first came in for my consultation in January. During the consultation, Jenny took the time to understand my skin concerns and my routine. Jenny provided thorough and personalized tips and education on diet, lifestyle, and skincare ingredients to help prevent breakouts and clear up my skin. I came in for an acne facial twice a month for 6 months, and with the help of diet, skincare, and regular facials, all of my acne cleared up in time for my wedding! The facials are very relaxing and the cost was super reasonable. Each session, Jenny not only provided excellent service but also made recommendations on products and skincare tips to help my skin get better over time and stay clear. She is so kind, gentle, and a joy to be around. My wedding makeup artist even noticed the huge improvement in my skin, which no longer required concealer to hide any blemishes on wedding day. I highly recommend Jenny and Clear Skin Solutions!

Well this blows. I…read moreoriginally bought a Groupon for a body scrub and it was going to expire in a few days. So I reached out and scheduled an appointment for what I thought was a Sunday. Because having a Friday off from work. I automatically thought it was a Saturday, when I asked Kat do you have anything for tomorrow assuming it was for Sunday. My bad. I text her the night of and let her know of my mixup and apologized. She did have a later appointment but I wasn't sure if I would make it. There was a lot of back and forth but Kat was beyond accommodating and sincere. She assured me that she would still honor my Groupon past the expiration date but she would have to mark it as "re-deemed" fair enough. She even wrote on an index card I had a scrub credit and provided me with a picture of it. Fast forward to today. I had text her on 11/18 to see if she would be open the day after Thanksgiving. She said yes, so I asked what time she had available and that I would be free all day. She gave me a 11:30am time slot. Done. So I thought...Nope, I get a call today Wednesday 11/23 @ 11:40am asking me where I'm at. Huh? My appointment is on Friday with you, she says "no it's not". Um I for sure didn't schedule a scrub while working. Looking at the txt I asked for 11/26 but not paying attention to Kat's text where she wrote "see you on 11/23 @ 11:30" and me just texting back "Thank You". Anyways, what sealed the deal was when she said, "well just come on Friday, what time do you want to come, ok come at 11:30am then, so we can be done with this". With a bunch of other rude "mumbling under her breath". Sorry, I'll eat up the Groupon you already redeemed and save both of us the headache. To be honest, my first experience did not go well, and let me tell you the management was right on the miscommunication to make it right. I returned for all of us to 'do-over.' My first impression was a stunning and ethereal place that immediately hit me as I walked through the door and left the street behind. The lighting and finishes emerge you in a serene and tranquil space. The manager greeted me immediately and we discussed my needs and what was lost in translation previously. I could not believe the assortment of service- it was a one stop dream. There are numerous treatment rooms set up for different services- I thought this was really decadent, given that many of the spas and medi- spas I've been to use the same room for everything. Not here. Everything is also very clean, neat and organized. I was impressed Nina took me back to the light laser room pinned my hair back and numbed my face. Once I was seriously numbed, we went to another room to wash off the numbing cream and then back to the laser. I'd not had a laser like this before and it seriously felt like it was doing its work as she delicately passed it over the zones of my face. I seriously recommend the add on that came next- the healing mask. It was on for 15 minutes and literally there was no redness visible. I wanted to drive home with it but we both laughed and decided I'd look like "Jason." Buy one to take home too. When I got home I could see the skin tightening immediately and was excited. Headed back next month. Love this place - my new go to for glam!
