If heaven has a head spa, this is it. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, warm, and almost sacred. But nothing could prepare me for the actual experience--because what they did to my scalp felt like divine intervention. To begin with, the staff was so kind and accommodating, and I especially loved how well Judy took care of me during my service. The spa is clean and beautiful and so was the treatment room. Every minute of the treatment was incredibly relaxing and so enjoyable- from the shoulder massage to the scalp treatments to absolute favorite...the head massages! I will not only be returning for more services but will be recommending it to anyone and everyone! (For reference, I had the Relax Head Spa.)

This place is a bit hidden at corner of a small plaza. Came here with a Groupon gifted from a friend for Mother's Day. She got me a 1-hr head spa and i added an hr of body massage. Place was simple and ambiance could be a bit better but cleanliness and a good massage from a skilled masseuse is what is my priority. Never had a head spa because it never made too much sense for me if it's anything more than what my hair stylist would also do and thats my personal opinion. It was still nice & relaxing but I would prefer a nice facial and definitely a body massage instead. They use a 200x camera to show u your hair & scalp before and after which was cool. My masseuse was amazing!! She was super nice, she said she doesn't talk as we all need to relax and enjoy it, got good strength, and knows her pressure points well! Very skilled! She got all her hands, elbows, even foot and knees up on my back! It was definitely a very good kind of pain! The same good pain as one you would feel after a good workout! I felt like gummy bear afterwards. Definitely my go to spot from now on!! One thing if they would take my suggestions is to add coat hooks and nice relaxing picture frames in the bathroom, dimmer lights and maybe have lavender essential oils in there, the waiting room and/or hallways. Would definitely add a bit more decor and it would be perfect!

I got the 1 hr Head Spa service through Groupon. It included a head, shoulder, and neck massage with a hair washing. It was AMAZING. They check the condition of your scalp before they begin and at the very end. I liked that you get a private room. Very clean and my lady was lovely. I was so relaxed, I was falling asleep! Bought the 1 hour Relax Head Spa Treatment special for $70 and am glad I didn't pay the full price of $129. While this was the most incredible hair washing experience I've ever had, I had hoped to be given details of what was occurring along the way. I asked questions about what products and tools were being used and due to language barriers I got no answers. It would have been nice too, to have been given details of what to expect for my service while checking in. Speaking of which, I arrived at 6:15 for my 6:30 service and wasn't greeted, checked in or acknowledged until 6:35. The days prior to my appointment I received two different texts upselling me on facials & add on services. The spa is small but very clean and tastefully decorated. I felt relaxed and did enjoy my service but I guess I expected more.

I cannot recommend this place enough! My experience here was amazing. I ended up purchasing two more sessions before I left because I will definitely be coming back. My friend and I purchased a Groupon for the 1-hour Relax Head Spa for around $55 each. We called to make our appointment and scheduling was a breeze. Our appointment was for a Wednesday at 11:15 am. There's a small parking lot in front and we had no issues finding parking. They asked for our IDs and phone numbers when we checked in and then we were directed to our rooms. They give you a flowy shirt with buttons down the back to change into and some slippers. Make sure you wear shorts/pants and not a dress because the shirt isn't long enough to be a gown. The session starts off with a neck, shoulder, and scalp massage at the seated vanity in the room. Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was very thorough. Then, you move over to the bed with the hair washing bin at the end. There's more massaging (make sure you're not wearing make up in general but specifically on your eyebrows because they will get rubbed off lol) and then you get your scalp deep cleaned and your hair washed. Afterwards, you're brought back to the vanity for hair drying and red light therapy. My hair had never felt so healthy, light, soft, and airy. I was so amazed by the entire service. They also give you a bottle of water at the end. My friend and I asked about any specials going on and their Groupon promo price was still valid for additional sessions so we bought two each. They don't expire for a year and you can use them yourself or gift them to others! This place was a 100/10 and I recommend them to everyone!

This was quite possibly the best self care treatment I have ever experienced! I just got home from my appointment and immediately started writing this review because of how impressed I was. First they analyze your scalp and show you what type you have. Mine turned out to be combination (who knew!) Then after that you go into your own private treatment room which is spacious and the ambiance is incredible. There's relaxing music and soothing lights on the ceiling. And then your treatment starts, I opted for the 90 minute head spa (I originally came in for the 60 and decided to upgrade for some much needed relaxation.) Let me tell you, this was so relaxing and calming. You start with a head neck and shoulder massage which melts away any tension you may have had. The hair wash portion was probably my favorite, my technician ran water all around my head and neck and it was so soothing. After all of that was done she sat me up at the private mirrored seat and blow dried my hair and put some serums and oils in it to make it nice and soft. I genuinely want to go back every single month and get this done because of how relaxing it was. 10000000000/10 service! I will definitely be a customer for life! read more

Booked a facial for my mom and drove 45 minutes to this place, only to have a really frustrating experience. Our appointment was originally at 3:00 PM, and when they told us it would be pushed to 3:30 PM, I agreed and waited, but at 3:30 they asked us to wait even longer. When I asked how much longer it would be, they admitted they have a current session thats 75 minutes long. That basically meant they gave away our original appointment slot to another customer and expected us to wait over an hour past our scheduled time and lied in the beginning by saying it was only getting pushed back by 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my appointment because i wasn't gonna wait longer. Completely disrespectful of customers' time, especially after driving so far. Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling/communication. read more

Tried the deluxe hair spa, I was greeted and showed the private room seen in the picture. I change my clothes to spa robe, she started with the scalp massage and neck massage after that I was asked to lay down in the bed for the hair washing. The products that they use is Olaplex . After washing they will partially dry your hair. Parking is not a problem when I made an appointment, making an appointment is easy as well. read more

This review is for the $45, 50 minute weekday Scalp Massage Deal. They take appointments only, no walk ins. I enjoyed this a lot, as they had lots of shoulder and neck massage. Which I didn't anticipate. I loved the scalp assessment at the beginning with the magnifying tool. At the very end of the 50 min session, they do a quick dry blast BUT I was pleasantly surprised wirh the red light, high frequency want to stimulate hair growth and an air brush of serum that was sprayed into my sectioned hair. 10/10 recommend read more

My sister and I booked happy hour facial/ head spa services and it went amazing! I felt absolutely relaxed afterwards! My hair felt nice and clean they massage your scalp and wash it through. They also massage your shoulders and neck area. The facial was a very nice cleansing and hydrating facial, my face looked so rejuvenated after the facial. Today (the next day) my face STILL feels soft even after I have washed it and put my own skincare. I highly recommend the happy hour specials! Oh! They also showed us our scalps with their camera and omggg I never realized how dry my scalp was! Definitely good to know. read more

They did an analysis of your scalp to start amd then it was off for the massage and hair wash!!! More than what I expected and Melissa was absolutely amazing!! Underwhelming at its best Purchased a Groupon for a scalp massage what I got was a glorified "hair wash" with olaplex products The woman who attended to me continuously scraped my scalp then walked away for a few minutes to allow the treatment to do its thing, all the while I kept hoping the scalp massage was next but it never happened She massaged my shoulders for about a minute, did the scalp analysis and used a picked massager which was nice but I could have done that at home. The women who greeted me where friendly and the place was quaint and clean but the quality was too low for me to spend my money here Upon leaving the woman explained they have facials and happy hour specials which was tempting but judging on my experience I'm sure the facials are just as disappointing. read more

What a relaxing experience! This place recently opened so all of their amenities are brand new and so clean which I love! My scalp massage felt like heaven and the woman who helped me checked in with me many times to make sure the pressure of her massage was okay and if the water temperature was comfortable for me. I really like that they exclusively used olaplex products here, makes me feel extra pampered! Prices are comparable to other similar services around the area, but the fact that this place is brand new with everything so clean makes me want to keep coming back here. I also love that they have memberships here. It's a one time fee and you get special pricing for life! read more

My sister and I enjoyed an amazing 60 minute classic head spa. Would highly recommend this spa. Clean and relaxing environment. Prices were very reasonable and I love the monthly specials. Can't wait to go back and get a facial and another head spa. Thanks! read more

The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.

Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! They're super patient and always addressed any questions I've had, highly recommend for anyone that's thinking about laser hair removal!

Of course, I turned to Yelp for the scoop and zeroed in on Ms. Glen's Therapeutic Manicures & Pedicures. I finally got a chance to go see Ms. Glen and it was everything I wanted and more. It was relaxing (I fell asleep)! It was restorative! My feet felt and looked healthy and cared for. I didn't get polished which is great because I have been wanting to go natural for a while to let my nails breathe and focus on what's really happening with my toe nail health. So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. My goal is to make this a regular treatment. If my feet are healthy, I am healthier! Thanks Ms. Glen for such a wonderful experience! I'll be back. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. Right before I left, Ms. Glen threw in a bottle of her therapeutic hand & foot oil once she saw how dry my hands were. I had discussed my upcoming nuptials with her and she wanted to make sure my hands moisturized properly for my big day, even providing a demonstration on proper application. Ms. Glen is a gem!

I went there for the head spa treatment with my daughter, first let me say she loved her experience she said it was so relaxing that she almost fell asleep. She received her service by the older lady. Now myself I did not enjoy the service, there was not a moment that I felt relaxed, my head hurt for a couple hours after the treatment. Prior to receiving my treatment I was told I had sensitive scalp and when I wash my hair to wash it with my finger tips not nails to not irritate it. My service was provided by the younger lady, she asked if I wanted the deep clean or relaxing, I asked for relaxing, she scraped my scalp extremely hard, dug her knuckles into my scalp and pulled my hair. The whole experience was painful. I would not recommend, but I believe I may have had the wrong lady. read more

Just completed an ultra relaxing facial and classic head spa (Package #1). The 90 minute experience began with a hair analysis, followed a facial, head, shoulder and neck massage and classic head spa. They use Dermalogica products that left my face feeling refreshed and got rid of my skin's dullness. The Classic head spa used Olaplex products. I left with glowing skin and soft hair.
