This was quite possibly the best self care treatment I have ever experienced! I just got home from my appointment and immediately started writing this review because of how impressed I was. First they analyze your scalp and show you what type you have. Mine turned out to be combination (who knew!) Then after that you go into your own private treatment room which is spacious and the ambiance is incredible. There's relaxing music and soothing lights on the ceiling. And then your treatment starts, I opted for the 90 minute head spa (I originally came in for the 60 and decided to upgrade for some much needed relaxation.) Let me tell you, this was so relaxing and calming. You start with a head neck and shoulder massage which melts away any tension you may have had. The hair wash portion was probably my favorite, my technician ran water all around my head and neck and it was so soothing. After all of that was done she sat me up at the private mirrored seat and blow dried my hair and put some serums and oils in it to make it nice and soft. I genuinely want to go back every single month and get this done because of how relaxing it was. 10000000000/10 service! I will definitely be a customer for life! read more

Booked a facial for my mom and drove 45 minutes to this place, only to have a really frustrating experience. Our appointment was originally at 3:00 PM, and when they told us it would be pushed to 3:30 PM, I agreed and waited, but at 3:30 they asked us to wait even longer. When I asked how much longer it would be, they admitted they have a current session thats 75 minutes long. That basically meant they gave away our original appointment slot to another customer and expected us to wait over an hour past our scheduled time and lied in the beginning by saying it was only getting pushed back by 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my appointment because i wasn't gonna wait longer. Completely disrespectful of customers' time, especially after driving so far. This place is a bit hidden at corner of a small plaza. Came here with a Groupon gifted from a friend for Mother's Day. She got me a 1-hr head spa and i added an hr of body massage. Place was simple and ambiance could be a bit better but cleanliness and a good massage from a skilled masseuse is what is my priority. Never had a head spa because it never made too much sense for me if it's anything more than what my hair stylist would also do and thats my personal opinion. It was still nice & relaxing but I would prefer a nice facial and definitely a body massage instead. They use a 200x camera to show u your hair & scalp before and after which was cool. My masseuse was amazing!! She was super nice, she said she doesn't talk as we all need to relax and enjoy it, got good strength, and knows her pressure points well! Very skilled! She got all her hands, elbows, even foot and knees up on my back! It was definitely a very good kind of pain! The same good pain as one you would feel after a good workout! I felt like gummy bear afterwards. Definitely my go to spot from now on!! One thing if they would take my suggestions is to add coat hooks and nice relaxing picture frames in the bathroom, dimmer lights and maybe have lavender essential oils in there, the waiting room and/or hallways. While this was the most incredible hair washing experience I've ever had, I had hoped to be given details of what was occurring along the way. I asked questions about what products and tools were being used and due to language barriers I got no answers. It would have been nice too, to have been given details of what to expect for my service while checking in. Speaking of which, I arrived at 6:15 for my 6:30 service and wasn't greeted, checked in or acknowledged until 6:35. The days prior to my appointment I received two different texts upselling me on facials & add on services. The spa is small but very clean and tastefully decorated. I cannot recommend this place enough! My experience here was amazing. I ended up purchasing two more sessions before I left because I will definitely be coming back. My friend and I purchased a Groupon for the 1-hour Relax Head Spa for around $55 each. We called to make our appointment and scheduling was a breeze. Our appointment was for a Wednesday at 11:15 am. There's a small parking lot in front and we had no issues finding parking. They asked for our IDs and phone numbers when we checked in and then we were directed to our rooms. They give you a flowy shirt with buttons down the back to change into and some slippers. Make sure you wear shorts/pants and not a dress because the shirt isn't long enough to be a gown. The session starts off with a neck, shoulder, and scalp massage at the seated vanity in the room. Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She used the perfect amount of pressure and was very thorough. Then, you move over to the bed with the hair washing bin at the end. There's more massaging (make sure you're not wearing make up in general but specifically on your eyebrows because they will get rubbed off lol) and then you get your scalp deep cleaned and your hair washed. Afterwards, you're brought back to the vanity for hair drying and red light therapy. My hair had never felt so healthy, light, soft, and airy. I was so amazed by the entire service. They also give you a bottle of water at the end. My friend and I asked about any specials going on and their Groupon promo price was still valid for additional sessions so we bought two each. They don't expire for a year and you can use them yourself or gift them to others! This place was a 100/10 and I recommend them to everyone! read more

My sister and I booked happy hour facial/ head spa services and it went amazing! I felt absolutely relaxed afterwards! My hair felt nice and clean they massage your scalp and wash it through. They also massage your shoulders and neck area. The facial was a very nice cleansing and hydrating facial, my face looked so rejuvenated after the facial. I change my clothes to spa robe, she started with the scalp massage and neck massage after that I was asked to lay down in the bed for the hair washing. The products that they use is Olaplex . This review is for the $45, 50 minute weekday Scalp Massage Deal. They take appointments only, no walk ins. I enjoyed this a lot, as they had lots of shoulder and neck massage. Which I didn't anticipate. I loved the scalp assessment at the beginning with the magnifying tool. At the very end of the 50 min session, they do a quick dry blast BUT I was pleasantly surprised wirh the red light, high frequency want to stimulate hair growth and an air brush of serum that was sprayed into my sectioned hair. 10/10 recommend read more
