I love La Bella Laser! A friend actually recommended me this place a while back for laser hair removal, but I never had the time to come until last year. It's located inside a small plaza right next to the freeway, plenty of parking in the front and back! I called and scheduled an appointment to get quoted, they're super transparent about pricing and what to expect, and prices were a lot better than some other places I've reached out to. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! I am currently undergoing my second procedure and I must say I didn't see anything for one month, but I went shopping my 5th week after my procedure. OMG..Girl..I went shopping for pants and I usually by a 33 inch waist and I bought a 30 inch waist pants. LOVE IT. Then I noticed my pants are fitting better. I was interested in CoolSculpting and found this place because it was near my house. The customer service is truly the best. I was kind of shocked at how comfortable they made me feel--they explained everything in detail. Sarah is very lovely and always has a beautiful smile on her face. The prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly. My nurse, Annie, was also very nice and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire treatment. I completed a total of 3 sessions, and I can feel a big difference in my body. You can already see a change after the first session, as the targeted fat area shrinks. For me, the procedure itself was somewhat painful and uncomfortable because your fat cells are frozen and then massaged afterward, but the discomfort subsides after that. I truly don't recommend this place. I was happy to find this place at first because it was walking distance from my home. Background: I have religiously done facials before. I have comparable experience. However, due to distance I decided to try this place. In my mind it's just a facial - what could go wrong?! Majority of the review looks good.. And, it's literally just around the corner. So, I made an appt. And, it was supposed to be a 90 mins procedure. The vibe was off. I should have not proceeded with the procedure. First, they asked me to pay first before the procedure. Not a good sign. They already have my credit card info. It's required when making an appt. for they require a deposit. Second, Hydra facial used "technology to cleanse, exfoliate, extract impurities, and hydrate the skin." First, The aesthetician cleansed my face then proceeded to used the hydra machine for about 9 mins.. Then she spent majority of her time using her hands manually extracting my face. I literally need to tell her to STOP for the pain became unbearable (compare to my previous experience). Perhaps because she extracted the different areas of my face around 30 times. So, after I told her to STOP she put a facial mask on my face for the rest of my appt time.. My instinct was telling me that this is not normal. But, I decided to trust the process. I should have not trusted their process. Usually with facial - you leave the place feeling clean.. My experience leaving this place - my skin was inflamed and I didn't feel the "clean feeling" I usually felt after a great facial. I'd only felt doubt/regret. I was told that it'll get better in a few days. It did not get better.. the areas she extracted developed lots of bumps that did not go away... the skin condition did not improve. And, this was several months ago. I tried to call to speak to the aesthetician several times, no avail. I left a msg. I never got a call back. I'm sharing for this may help others.. At the very least I should have gotten a courtesy call back. I will not come back here again even if they offer the procedure for free. read more

Just had my first Botox experience at La Bella, and wow, I couldn't be happier! I was pretty nervous going in, but my Nurse Reenae made everything so easy. She took the time to explain everything in detail during our consultation, which really helped calm my nerves. She also listened to my concerns and didn't try to push more than I needed. The injections were SUPER gentle, I barely felt anything! She did give me an ice pack a few minutes before, but I felt like it wasn't really necessary. I'm so happy with how it turned out. I had a terrible experience recommending La Bella for my sister, and I'm embarrassed by their lack of care and customer service. My sister struggles with melasma and has tried lasers, expensive creams, serums, and peels with no success. When I asked La Bella for advice, they recommended the Cosmelan treatment and assured me of great results from other patients. It required two in-office treatments and a home kit. Since I'd had a good experience with my own treatments there, I paid for it so my sister could have it done while visiting me in November and helping me move in December. I confirmed multiple times that the scheduled dates worked because only two providers were qualified for Cosmelan at the time. I was reassured repeatedly that it was fine. However, it was NOT fine--it became a massive headache while I was already stressed about moving. Sally was the provider assigned to my sister. Not sure if she was forced to treat her on her days off. Sally has good Yelp reviews for other services, so perhaps she only provides good care when she willingly accepts a patient, which shouldn't matter in a professional medical setting. During the first treatment, Sally applied the peel and handed my sister instructions to use the home kit twice daily. Unlike my own providers, she didn't explain what to expect, potential reactions, or what to if there is a reaction. After starting the home kit, my sister experienced extreme redness, pain, and swelling--so severe she couldn't open her mouth. It's a peel, so she expected some discomfort but not this. My sister called the office for help and was told no provider was available. How is it acceptable for a medical office to respond that way during a reaction to a MEDICAL procedure? What if she had needed emergency care? After several days of no response, I called on her behalf. They finally contacted Sally, who called my sister and said she didn't need to use the home kit twice daily because it caused sensitivity for her too. Why wasn't this information provided earlier? This week-long ordeal could have been avoided. It didn't end there. My sister was scheduled for her second treatment in December while helping me move. She confirmed the appointment, but Sally called her three separate times in one day: first to change the time since she also works at a hospital, then to reschedule due to her husband's birthday, and finally to cancel, claiming my sister no longer needed the treatment because of her sensitivity. It was clear Sally didn't want to come in. Frustrated, I called the manager, who defended Sally and suggested my sister delay the second treatment by a month. I explained (again) that my sister wouldn't be back in town since I was moving and we had confirmed these dates multiple times. I requested a 50% refund since Sally refused to perform the treatment, but they declined. They assured me Sally would be there, but when we arrived, she was absent, citing a last-minute "car break-in." Convenient timing, perhaps? Thankfully, Anne was available to perform the treatment. Anne was far more professional, explaining everything thoroughly and asking thoughtful questions. Had we known there were other qualified providers, we would've switched earlier, especially after Sally's lack of response to my sister's reaction. The lack of care and communication at La Bella is shocking, especially for a medical procedure handled by certified practitioners. My sister and I both received lengthy calls from the manager, who lectured us about how the procedure works instead of addressing the situation or offering solutions. I had to interrupt just to ask how they planned to fix the issue. As someone who has spent nearly $20,000 on services at La Bella and recommended them to others, I'm deeply disappointed. Their unprofessionalism and disregard for patient care are unacceptable. Unless you're seeing the few staff members I worked with for cool sculpting and facials, I cannot recommend La Bella. Additionally, they need to provide itemized receipts for treatments instead of vague verbal explanations followed by a generic receipt with only the total. I went in specifically for coolsculpting to fix the odd pockets of fat on the inside of my knees--kind an odd spot. But in skinny legged jeans, I hated those bulges! Very happy to say it works! It's not overnight, and takes a couple treatments before the results really show up. But I'm my jeans no longer bulge at my knee. I lost an inch on the right knee and at least 1/2 inch on the other. So a little more to go and the left may need an extra treatment to even out the results, but its amazing!. It takes about 35 minutes for the treatment and I just had some bruising after. Plus, everyone at La Bella is so friendly and nice! I highly recommend them! read more
