Did the scalp treatment and it was so relaxing. I enjoyed it so much, especially as a newly postpartum mom. The staff was so kind. Environment was relaxing and clean. I genuinely enjoyed it. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was because they didn't have products for textured or curly hair when I went, so my hair was wild and I had to rewash it when I got home. Love, love, loved my time there. First off, the place is aesthetically pleasing, then you are warmly greeted, on this day, I was greeted by Eunice. (She is very nice!!) The whole process is easy. They ask you to fill out a form and sign your waivers. After that, they call you in to set you up. We simply talked through the whole process and she made sure I was comfortable. I went in for the Hello Glow IV and Energy Booster, I needed some detoxing and a quick boost. Painless piercing, and I felt very comfortable the whole time I was there.
