Absolutely loved my experience at Pure Cell New Life. The staff was professional, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. They basically have everything(machines, fillers,and any IV drip, NAD+) that we need. And the results of my treatment exceeded my expectations. I have done Thermage, ultra therapy, Botox and filler in April, and I see a big improvement since then. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends. This place is only concerned with up-selling procedures vs understanding what was concerning me. I came in just for NAD+ IV butI was sold on ultherapy PRIME promised that this would be the best procedure for my facial labias which are pretty deep. I paid and did the procedure and nothing! NOT even a small difference. The women upselling started you'll see a difference immediately and see bigger results as weeks go on. She even told me people will notice and compliment you. 5/5 would highly recommend to anyone who is interested in facials, body contouring, Neo Emsculpt or any anti aging procedures! I was interested in the Neo Emsculpt for my lower abs and found Pure Cell on the internet. I decided to take a chance and give them a call, and I spoke to Tina who allowed me to come in and offered me a quick five minute free trial session. From the session I was immediately hooked! I signed up for six sessions, in a span of weekly appointments. This was by far one of the best procedures that I have ever done for my abdomen area! My abs felt significantly stronger after session 2, after session 4 I started to notice significant definition in my abs, and my waist started to shrink, and after session 5, I no longer have bloating, especially during that special time of the month! I am extremely impressed and will also be a loyal repeat customer for Pure Cell new life solutions! I also booked an appointment for a VI Peel precision plus for my face/neck area to help remove fine lines and sun spots. Had a great Hydrafacial at this business before they moved. After that, I had a ridiculously bad experience with a manager forcibly upselling me on the day of my appointment. They denied the introductory pricing their company had previously offered me. Played games like "they weren't aware" what the other person had promised me. Even though I was given a printout from their system the day of my consult. She made me pay a significant difference stating they weren't aware of what I had prepaid when I came for my consultation. Since then, it's been a mixed experience. I give it an extra star because they have an excellent technician for Hydrafacial. However, the price I was initially offered was raised after only a couple times, which is too bad considering that I also tip well. Following the reconciliation about being overcharged by that manager (no longer employed after the incident) they seemed to care at first but their memory about how badly I was treated faded very quickly. It is never busy when I've gone in there so I think I should have gotten a clue but I tend to be too overly optimistic. Being able to trust what a business says and does is the minimum of 3 stars, in my opinion. Wish it were better. read more

Came in for a PRP and microneedling treatment. They were courteous and professional. Cost $500 (including numbing cream and a silk mask) which is a good deal. Jennifer was my physician who performed my procedure. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Not sure if there was ever a private lot parking, but there's always a spot available Value/Price: I've gotten their Groupon for Microneedling and it's on average price compared to other groupons for this service but what's great is that you can call them to get the same price. Atmosphere: it's very professional and clean. You have this nice beach to stare out to while waiting while your face is numbing Overall thoughts: I would go recommend this place. I bought a groupon for 6 small areas for hair removal. Today was my first visit. The office is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. I parked on the street, 2 hours free street parking. The service was explained only when I asked questions. They did not provide me with instructions in regards to what you do before the day of service; for example, they should have to told to shave the night before and do not wear deodorant the day of. The manager Rebecca called me today to apologize about the clerk who booked my appointment And followed up with me regarding my first session. She was very friendly and polite. This is the kind of customer service you expect at a high end place like this !! read more

New Life Solutions opened its doors in July of 2016. Dr. Alex Martin a proud member of Pasadena Chamber of Commerce is our Medical Director. He completed his post-graduate and doctoral studies at the University of Southern California School of Medicine, then further specialized in Internal Medicine at the University of California Medical-Surgical Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Martin was awarded a fellowship and spent five years overseas working with some of the world's leading research scientists on proteins, DHEA, HGH, anti-aging hormones, and anti-oxidants. Now widely used in today's fight against the aging process. He proudly co-founded the Friendly Hills medical group in Los Angeles County at the behest of some of his professors from medical school, growing the group to over 150 offices in LA and Orange County.

Patrice is our Chief Operating Officer. A graduate of the esteemed University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, with a double Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance. She received her Master’s degree in business administration from California State Polytechnic University. She oversees our day-to-day operations. Her main goal is to always secure the functionality of our company to drive extensive and sustainable growth to give our patients the best quality services. Ms. Wang’s career has seen her helm several real estate & investment companies to dizzying heights of profitability without losing the human element. Also, she would clear all my white heads automatically before each treatment without me asking. I even had an acne wouldn't go away for a few weeks and she thought I might need injection for that. But after she inspected it, she just extracted it while she was clearing my white heads and said the pus had became superficial since I had been using her acne solution so no injection needed. For real, she would never force anything on you or rip you off. She's so caring to keep asking for my feelings during the treatments. I will come back to her for another session of treatments to maintain in the coming winter.

As I am a Registered Nurse myself, I'm pretty observant about the way things are done in a medical setting--especially since I recently had a very negative experience at a different doctor's infusion room more local to me. Jenny (the nurse) was efficient, kind and explained everything thoroughly. Her IV skills are also excellent which is SO important in an infusion nurse! The IV bag was custom-prepared for me under a sterile hood (!!) which I found damn impressive and very reassuring. The cleanliness all around is superior and the fact that they even use tegaderm to secure the IV site (instead of leaving it open to air or poorly covered with random tape) further demonstrates their commitment to patient safety and comfort. Both Dr. Anvekar and Jenny were super responsive and attentive to my individual infusion needs throughout the process. By the way, I highly recommend the glutathione (aka super antioxidant!) IV push as it seemed to definitely help me with my aches and fatigue. You know a business or service is good when you're willing to drive allllllllllll the way from Ventura County to Pasadena--and yes, I'll definitely do it again!

If I brought up any issue during an appointment, her only suggestion was for me to have the pellets inserted more frequently or to purchase another supplement from her. At my last appointment in September of 2025, I was told that she will begin charging $400 every month for her services, and justifying it by saying it will allow her to provide better patient care. A dedicated doctor would not need to charge a $400 monthly concierge fee to provide excellent patient care. When I first saw her, she was working three days a week; now she's only working two. She is not dedicated to her patients; she is dedicated to making money. There is a card on the desk where patients check out that advertises 10% off her services if you give her a five star review on Yelp. That tells you everything you need to know about her.

I was just randomly googling different nails places near me, and this had to be about the second or third time searching google and really getting the feel of the place just from its photography and appearance.
