She never upsells you anything unless you ask her for advice and she will honestly suggest you the treatments that's not their more expensive treatment, only based on your need. Also, she would clear all my white heads automatically before each treatment without me asking. I even had an acne wouldn't go away for a few weeks and she thought I might need injection for that. But after she inspected it, she just extracted it while she was clearing my white heads and said the pus had became superficial since I had been using her acne solution so no injection needed. For real, she would never force anything on you or rip you off. She's so caring to keep asking for my feelings during the treatments. I will come back to her for another session of treatments to maintain in the coming winter.

The treatment rooms are quiet, clean and have a nice ambience of dim lighting on the ceiling. They started with the mini facial with the steaming machine and started to work on my face. I am getting drowsy now because it feels so nice. Head massage, neck and shoulder massage, warm water on head and neck and that's all I remembered because by now, I am practically asleep. Before I know it, it's time to get up! Fastest 90 mins ever. Now I want the 2 hour treatment!!! We go to the mirror vanity table to finish off with the blow dry but not before serum was added to the scalp and some other things they do. Our appointment was originally at 3:00 PM, and when they told us it would be pushed to 3:30 PM, I agreed and waited, but at 3:30 they asked us to wait even longer. When I asked how much longer it would be, they admitted they have a current session thats 75 minutes long. That basically meant they gave away our original appointment slot to another customer and expected us to wait over an hour past our scheduled time and lied in the beginning by saying it was only getting pushed back by 30 minutes. I decided to cancel my appointment because i wasn't gonna wait longer. Completely disrespectful of customers' time, especially after driving so far. Very disappointing experience and poor scheduling/communication.
