I first met Dr. Chow just recently. We talked about my desire to look healthier with minimally invasive procedures. I listened to his advice, my questions were answered completely and honestly. Dr. Chow is confirmed to be under investigation my the Medical Board of California. Lawsuit pending. Anyone considering Dr. Chow for surgery, run! 400 pages of evidence against Dr. Chow including assessments by several prominent surgeons all stating and confirming the damage Dr. Chow did was caused by poor and sub-standard surgical technique. I now have to undergo multiple procedures to attempt to correct the extensive scar tissue, scarring, deformities and breathing issues all caused by Dr. Chow. To date Dr. Chow has not offered to correct any of the issues he caused. I deal with what he did every single day of my life and will never forget what he did. The images are after 3 additional procedures to "correct" the damage he caused during the first surgery. ALL of the procedures he performed caused even MORE damage and he corrected nothing. Absolutely unqualified to perform facial surgery. Everything he said was an absolute lie and I have recordings and transcripts proving everything. None of my complaints were addressed or corrected. He truly caused me serious injuries that I deal with every day and should be ashamed. Disfiguring people should be criminal and misrepresenting what you can do is fraud. 3months ago I started PRP hair treatments with Dr. Chow. I've tried other treatments elsewhere and used tons of products to try and grow my hair in the last few years with very little to no results. But by the 2nd PRP treatment, I noticed a ton of baby hairs along my hairline which had been starting to thin. I am super happy with my results! My results have been so noticable that last week, my husband started his treatments as well. He was a huge skeptic and thought I was wasting money! Saw Dr. Chow for a sinus infection that has stuck around for three weeks. First, his nursing staff is FANTASTIC! One of his patients had an emergency, so he was running a bit behind. Totally wasn't a problem because I was running late as well. His nurse offered me a beverage while I waited and was very gracious. While I was in the waiting room, a woman came in to see one of the other doctors. Her nose was bandaged and she was obviously there for a surgical follow-up. The nurses offered to place her in one of the exam rooms with a softer chair so that she could be comfortable. FIRST CLASS SERVICE! I should mention that I'm a fidgety, nervous patient. I'm somewhat of a baby when it comes to doctors. The nurse absolutely put me at ease and made small talk with me while she took my vitals and surgical history. Then Dr. Chow came in. He was dressed sharp in a nice blue pinstripe suit. Dr. Chow is awesome! He really took his time to listen to my concerns and asked some very interesting questions. He definitely thinks outside of the box to get an accurate diagnosis. He checked out my ears and nose and wrote two prescriptions - one for the short-term problem and one to help manage the long-term issue. Overall, I totally recommend Dr. Chow! His office is shared with an opthamologist and a facial plastic surgeon, so it's almost like one-stop shopping. They accept most insurance types, so give it a shot! By the way, he went to Yale, bitches! He had a TON of awards on the wall for both his ENT work and his facial plastic surgery work. read more

I have always had problems breathing through my nose and even got addicted to Afrin which only made matters worse. I was referred to Dr. Chow for an examination. Dr. Chow sat me down and asked some questions about my breathing problems. He then performed an examination and immediately saw the problem... deviated septum. Also, apparently the years of Afrin use created a hole in my septum like a coke user. We both laughed. I have to say Dr. Chow makes you feel at ease and you get the feeling he really cares about your issues and his patients in general. He also, unlike some Dr.'s that will go unnamed, does not talk down to you or make you feel like a moron if you don't understand the medical lingo. He explains things in layman's terms and makes sure you understand everything that is happening. His nurse, Cassandra, is also highly trained, very personable and makes you feel very important. First thing Dr. Chow did was get me off of was Afrin and then set a septoplasty procedure about a month out. I was very nervous about surgery. What if I wake up during? What if I don't wake up at all? He calmly put me at ease and described the whole process and that he would even have the surgery center's chief anesthesiologist put me under. And that he would be there to constantly monitor my vital signs. Surgery went very well. The unpacking was a bit uncomfortable but Dr. Chow was very gentle and kept asking me how I was doing as he was removing what felt like basketballs of cotton from my nose. His nurse evern held my hand in the process. After my nose was unpacked I could breathe. I really could finally breathe through my nose. Dr Chow is a thorough and honest doctor who will look at you as a whole before doing a procedure. I came in for a visit, but Dr Chow recommended that I avoid any procedures at that time because I was breastfeeding. My visit wasnt going to be profitable for him since I wasnt going to do the procedure-- he could have just sent me out right away to see the next patient, but instead he took the the time to continue chatting with me, answering questions and helping me by opening both the clinic and office doors for me so that I could maneuver my stroller out. His extra effort and time with me really blew me away.
