Extremely unprofessional and sketchy experience. I booked an appointment for Xeomin and made it very clear which dates I was available. They went ahead and scheduled my appointment, only to CANCEL/CHANGE it the NIGHT BEFORE and move me to an earlier time. On top of that, they required me to provide a credit card in case I didn't show up. Funny how they can hold customers responsible for appointments, but apparently they don't hold themselves to the same standard. I showed up to the Rancho Cucamonga location/address I was given and immediately noticed something was wrong because it appeared to be a REAL ESTATE OFFICE. I called the clinic and was then told that my appointment was actually booked in EL MONTE! I specifically booked for Rancho Cucamonga. The receptionist tried telling me that she had already informed me of this. Absolutely NOT. I was never told my appointment was in El Monte. Why would I knowingly drive that far for Xeomin when I can easily get the same service close to my home? That makes absolutely no sense. The whole experience felt extremely disorganized, misleading, and sketchy. Afterward, I read other customer reviews on Groupon and saw complaints that made me even more uncomfortable about this company. I wasted my time driving to an appointment that apparently wasn't even where I was told it would be. I would NOT trust this business with my credit card information or my cosmetic treatments. I've been seeing Dr. Lin for several years now for Botox injections in my masseter muscles. I used to suffer from chronic TMJ pain and headaches from clenching and grinding my teeth. Wearing a night guard didn't help me stop clenching. Since I started getting Botox, I no longer have TMJ issues. An added bonus is that it also slims my jawline, giving me a more feminine look. Took advantage of this Groupon - $6 a unit as opposed to my normal Doctor. Let me just say, I have bruising and lumps all over my face. I did 40 units, got up sold. Wish I would've stuck with 20. My right eye is lazy, I had a nosebleed this morning. And the lumps and pain have not subsided. Do not go with the best bang for your buck. I have reached out multiple times and had no response. I've had injections before and never this painful. The doctor absolutely messed up my lips. My right side is bigger than my right side. I brought my 18 year son for IPL laser treatment for his acne. Doctor Thomas did that in addition to a mild antibiotic prescription. While I was there I got Botox treatment. I have some deep lines between my eyebrows. Too much furrowing! Also he did Botox along the crows' feet lines. It's the next day and it looks very natural and has already improved. He wants to see how this looks before taking other action. I like the conservative approach. You will see Dr. Thomas and no nurse or anyone else. He does it all himself which is rare. Most places you see online rely on nurses and not trained doctors. He's a perfectionist. Both my son and I will go back and from South Pasadena it's only a 20 minute drive. Parking is free.
