When I arrived they made me wait over 20 minutes to start even though I was the only customer there. I informed the woman that I would be using a voucher from Groupon. She started saying the Groupon price was "wrong"...(if I found a voucher on Groupon from the business and purchased it, there should be no issues correlating to fees) She insisted that I pay out of pocket in person and claimed I would get a refund from my bank for the Groupon. This is a total lie--merchants cannot refund Groupon payments to your bank card. They are clearly trying to bypass Groupon's fees by double-charging customers and forcing them to pay cash/card on-site. She took a picture of my voucher and said she would send it to the owner so they can "issue me a refund" and told me not to directly refund my voucher through Groupon.... Why?? So you can keep my Groupon payment AND the out of pocket fee I was forced to pay? Do not come here if you have a Groupon. They will try to scam you into paying twice. I have already reported them to Groupon for fraud and I'm currently disputing the charges. The woman who performed my facial kept trying to get me to purchase other services too like extracting and microdermabrasion which I awkwardly kept declining. This was extremely annoying and uncomfortable for me. Not to mention the facial felt rushed and half assed. Whatever products they used felt cheap, dirty, and as I am updating this review the next day (4/22/26) I noticed new breakouts on my face.

I wanted to get a cover up done. However the artist told me my current tattoo is too dark to get any color work done and suggested I get some lightening done with laser removal. Which brought me here, laseraway. I saw a deal online about a discount and thats what sold me. I've been a client for over 2 years for laser tattoo removals. They use a technique to try and determine the length of treatment. I provided my history of the tattoo and location, size, etc. and they determined it would take about 17 sessions to fully remove it. I originally purchased 6 sessions with numbing and I didnt see any progress when it came to my 4th or 5th session so I added 4 more. Now, my sessions are almost coming to an end and I am on my 7th out of 10, the nurse said that it will all he gone if I added 3 more sessions afterwards. So a total of 13 sessions. Even with the numbing cream, each time, the laser will intensify to break down the pigment of the ink and deeper into your skin. They provide you with eye protection and a stress ball. They also provide cold air as they move the laser on your tattoo. Once they are done, they will provide you with some ointment, wrap, and an ice pack if needed. After each session, they recommend a longer healing time. I went from 3 weeks, to 4, 6, 8, 12...etc. so it doesnt get done immediately. My last 3 sessions will probably be 4 to 6 months apart. The reception staff are friendly and will try their best to upsell other services to you. Other than that, the facility is nice and has great air conditioning.
