This was my first time trying Ultherapy Prime, the new machine, and honestly, the process was much more comfortable than I expected. I had Thermage done at another place before, and that experience felt almost like torture, so I was pretty nervous coming in. Annie took the time to ask about the areas I was most concerned about and made the whole experience feel relaxed and comfortable. She was gentle, professional, and reassuring throughout the treatment. They also offer promotional pricing during certain events, which makes the treatment a great value. I'm excited to see the final results and would definitely recommend checking them out.

They are super friendly and professional at all time. Today, I had the pleasure to meet Steven. He took his time to ask me questions about me and about my issues with my weight lost shots ( Retatrutide). I appreciate he took the time to ask me rather than just giving me the shot and be gone. The clinic is always clean and very friendly receptionist too. Definitely will recommend the Wave Plasric surgery to anyone who's looking to improve their skin , controlling weight loss, or go check them out if you want to look 10, 20, 30 years younger . They have it all.

Dr. Lin and his team are amazing!!!…read more I first started off in 2022 with lip filler. I chose 1ml and decided it wasn't enough for the full look I desired. After 1ml more I was impressed with achieving the fullness that I wanted. Dr. Lin only uses quality products. The filler ended up lasting me a lot longer then expected as well. Megan in the front is the sweetest, caring admin. I decided to try the botox for prevention of premature wrinkles and Shine's commitment to the care of the client was what hooked me and now they have my business forever. Fast forward to 2026, being a mommy of 8 I finally have some time to focus on myself and work on my mommy makeover. I researched different locations out of curiosity and they weren't clear on the phone they treated me as if I was just another caller. When I recalled Shine does enhancement surgery I quickly gave them a call. I had booked the consult online and Dr. Lin was happy to see I have returned. His thorough explanations and professional advices really helped me to decide what was best for my body. The procedure was completed a month after and I cannot be happier!!! The recovery was to be expected for a augmentation but the level of care was exceptional! Dr. Lin gave me and my spouse his contact where we can reach out with any question, video call to put our mind at ease if we had any worries after the surgery. Healing time was fast. The results are amazing! I have my confidence back!!! I have barely visible scarring, you would not be able to notice. If you are looking for any enhancement there is no other place that I'd feel comfortable going to! I am already excited about next year's enhancement surgery. Here at shine you're family. I recommended my family members and if you do stop by for something smaller or bigger let him know I sent you.

After my third pregnancy, I spent over a year working out and trying to get back to feeling like…read moremyself. I had gained more weight than I did with my first two pregnancies, and even though I've always been slender, this time my body felt different in a way that was hard for me to accept. I had loose skin on my lower stomach, and after breastfeeding three children, I also felt uncomfortable with the changes in my breasts. Even after a year of consistent exercise and healthy habits, I still didn't feel fully confident or comfortable in my new stage of life. That's when I decided to meet with Dr. Lin -- and I am truly so grateful I did. From the very first consultation, Dr. Lin stood out. He is incredibly honest, patient, and thorough. He takes the time to explain every detail so you are completely informed about your options. He never pressures you or pushes you in any particular direction; instead, he gives his professional opinion, shares what he believes will help you achieve your goals, and then supports whatever decision you feel is right. Throughout the entire process, he helped ease my nerves. I was afraid of making changes to my body and not liking the results, but his guidance, transparency, and reassurance made all the difference. Today, I feel so happy and confident. I feel beautiful again. I feel like myself -- but in a stronger, more empowered stage of life. I no longer feel ashamed of my loose skin, and I'm proud of how I look in my clothes. The results are exactly what I hoped for, and even more natural and flattering than I imagined. I also want to thank his wonderful staff. They were so kind, supportive, and professional throughout the entire journey. If you are considering a procedure and want a surgeon who truly listens, cares, and delivers exceptional results, I cannot recommend Dr. Lin enough. He gave me back my confidence, and I am so deeply grateful.

5-Star Review for Facial SPA…read more Absolutely loved my facial treatment here today! The salon environment is warm, cozy and immaculately clean from start to finish. I was super relaxed throughout the whole session--they included a soothing facial massage, gentle shoulder & neck massage, plus a leg massage with a leg massager machine, which was such a lovely bonus to ease my tired body. They used tons of skincare products from my favorite brands, and the esthetician was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and detail-oriented with every step of my deep cleansing facial. Her skills are totally professional, and she paid close attention to my skin condition the whole time. 10/10 recommend, will definitely book my next appointment soon!

They offer a lot of treatments here so I'd give them a call to ask for more. The only caveat being that this is mainly a Mandarin speaking clinic - so it could be more challenging if you don't speak mandarin. Their waiting area is really nice and they even gave me some water and pringles while waiting. They have a large shared parking lot with free parking. There's a gender neutral restroom inside for you to wash your face - there's miscellaneous water and cleanser there already. If your skin is looking for a pick me up, I highly recommend you visit here!
