After I paid the deposit for my surgery, I should have known not to get my surgeries done with her. She gave me her number just in case I had any questions before and after my surgery. I had a couple of questions before my surgery and she was on it with responding to my text messages or calling me. After my surgery I called the office and it was on a Wednesday or Thursday , when she has surgeries. Nobody told me to call physician Bennett if I had any concerns in the days of her surgery. I called the office because I had a concern in regards to my breasts hurting and to ask her if she could prescribe me another prescription. I figured I had an infection. The person I spoke to at the front told me to call her. I told her I didn't want to out of courtesy because she was having to do surgeries on that day. I asked the person that I spoke at the front desk if she can relate the message to physician Bennett and let her know that I was probably going to need more antibiotic because I thought I had an infection. Physician never called me. I called back like two days after. And that week they didn't have anymore appointments for me to go see her until the following week. I went in the following week and I told one of her employees that I was upset because I never got a call back from the physician. The employee got upset and was telling me that if the girl at the front desk that I originally spoke to said that I should had called the physician like she had told me. I told her that the physician never told me to call her on her days when she was doing surgeries. She also spoke to the girl at the front desk and then she told me that the girl did relate the message to the physician. She then related the message to the physician about my concern on me not getting a call back from the physician before she went in the room to see me. Physician Bennett asked me what my concern were. I mentioned to her that I had called the office for them to give her a message in regards to maybe needing another antibiotic prescription. She told me the message was never related to her and that she would talk to the person at the front desk that helped me. She looked at my breasts and then she said if I thought I had an infection. I was wondering why she was asking me that question, when she's the surgeon. It turned out my right breast was filled with fluid and infected. She squeezed my breasts and then l fr a hole that didn't heal shut for several weeks. My right breasts has a big indent on the bottom where the t is and it looks horrible. The left breast seems like she cut into my muscle and isn't round at the bottom like a normal breast should look. So disappointed with the work she did. I hope anyone that sees my review don't go to her or her office. If you need a breast lift go to a breast specialist that knows what they are doing. I will eventually have to go to a breast specialist so they can fix the horrible work she did. If I could give her a zero star rating I would. She really stinks and doing breast lift surgeries when you get your breasts removed. I wasn't going to give her a rating but now that it's been eight months, I see that my breasts don't look any better than when I first had my surgeries. She shouldn't be doing surgeries. She stinks at it. Please beware of her. She will make you look ugly and regret you ever went to her and gave her your money. My dad, who always had great belief in doctors, went ahead with the procedure. Unbeknownst to us, Dr. Gormley gave him some type of medication Dad was allergic to, and there were serious side effects, but the doctor never associated the side effects with the medication. Dad had to go in for another procedure, and was given the same medication. This time he had even more serious side effects, including difficulty breathing. I happened to be with him and kept telling the doctor we need to get him to ER, which was across the parking lot. They simply wouldn't call an ambulance, so I whisked my father off in my car. As we were leaving, Dr. Gormley is asking my dad, "We're still friends, aren't we?" All the guy could think of, as my dad is gasping for breath, was if he'd be sued. Thankfully, Dad was treated in ER and survived, but not without heavy consequences. It was the beginning of the end for Dad, who until then thrived, and was driving and living on his own. The result of two doses of an allergic medication took its toll, and Dad aged years with that experience, having to go into assisted living where he passed on. First, does Dr. Gormley really think an 89 year old is going to die from skin cancer? Were the procedures even necessary at that age? Next, the doctor's ineptitude was unbelievable as my dad was having the allergic reaction. Further, all he cared about was whether he would be sued. The clincher was when we received a bill from Dr. Gormley for $35, saying we hadn't paid our co-pay (well, ya, we were on the way to the ER.) I paid it to avoid having to deal with this medical facility. But I did add a note, saying, "I can't believe you're actually charging us for what you did to my dad." I think this guy needs to retire--he's well past his peak of decision making.

I thought if I could find a suitable alternative to burdening my friends and family, I should take it. I know there are facilities that you can go to, but I wanted to be able to be in my own home, in my own bed, in the surroundings I was familiar with. I think this really helps settle your mind when your body is working so hard to heal. My doctor's office highly recommended Era Health and Wellness because I was hoping to find a private nurse to come help me in my home. Kitura, the coordinator, immediately contacted me and made arrangements for one of their expert nurses to assist me as well as arranged for all my transportation needs to and from my doctor visits. Kamerina was my nurse. She made sure all my routine was followed as prescribed by my doctor. She did everything you can expect from a nurse at the hospital without the need to wait for immediate attention when you're in pain. This was extremely comforting. She went out of her way to make sure I was not in any stress and even went on errands to pick up prescriptions and meals. Kitura, also even prepared one of my meals, having been trained at a culinary school. This was a special treat for sure. Having put the worst part of my recovery behind me now, I cannot imagine doing it without the help of Kamerina and Kitura. They were incredible! If I even have the need for private care, I will definitely hire them again.

Kitura was so helpful and easy to deal with. There was many moving parts to the surgery and she was there with me every step of the way making sure that everything was covered. She also helped me figure out what items I would need to make my recovery easy which was great. As far as the nurses, I had two, Judith and Ambar. Both women were extremely kind and caring. They took such great care of me and instructed my husband on how to care for me so he knew what to expect when I got home. Yesterday I had bladder surgery of course done by Kassar but this time at the surgical center behind his office. I'd like to say the staff there is outstanding. Jasmine was my nurse. She was great! Jasmine was super friendly, My anxiety was through the roof. I'm the biggest chicken when it comes to needles. She did a great job on my IV. She paid close attention to everything I had to say with all my concerns. She really explained everything thoroughly and made sure I understood. She continuously checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. She's a huge asset to this surgical center. For the life of me I can not remember the lady's name who was my anesthesiologist but she was great. Very personable and also explained everything thoroughly. She could tell my anxiety was high and gave me medicine through my IV to help me out. It made me relax and feel 100x better...She talked me through everything all the way up to when I went to sleep. My daughter had ovarian cyst surgery on 1/22/26, which ended up being a removal of her right ovary…read moreand fallopian tube. Everything seemed smooth and ok upon arrival and prior to surgery, the issue was during discharge. I asked the discharge nurse several times if my daughter had a prescription and she told me several times "no meds are prescribed for this procedure" and she will need to take tylenol. First, she should've checked to make sure. Second, she should not respond as the surgeon or M.D. which is what she did! My daughter was in pain all night and couldn't sleep. Good thing her doctor called to check on her, and asked if she received her prescription order because had she not my daughter would still be suffering. Needless to say, my daughter is now recovering comfortably. I am not one to pull the race card but this felt very discriminating, so Please dont assume ALL BLACKS have addictive personalities and want drugs!!!! WE DO NOT!!!
