They are so great here! First of all, the medical assistants at the front desk are so welcoming. They always offer me tea, coffee, water when I come in for an appointment. It's always a kind gesture. I was unsure about certain procedures(like PFP for my eyebags) and had questions; they were friendly enough to answer them and tell me their personal experiences and even shoes me before and after pics to ease any doubts I had (mostly about bruising). Dr. Wang was very helpful and gave me hope about finally getting my scars fixed. He comes off very professional and experienced. The scar revision procedure was super fast and I didn't feel a thing. He prescribed me a pain med just in case I needed it but ultimately there was no pain and no downtime. In fact, I was able to go to a surprise dodger game that same day without any discomfort! Dr. Wang had a gentle touch and he also seems like a pretty chill guy in general. The nurse practitioner, Natalie, is also super friendly and down to earth. She went through my treatment plan and price quotes. She eased any tension I had and gave me tips on how to help the incisions heal more quickly. All in all, pretty good experience at this office! Natalie in the Glendora location has got to be the most unprofessional and rude individual I have ever spoke with in an office. Dr Wang who was the previous owner of Peaches and Cream Day Spa in Glendora was offering redemption of any gift cards purchased during his ownership, due to the fact, he did not leave the card reader for said gift cards. Natalie indicated the only way for me to find out the amount on my gift card was to redeem it for professional services or products. She indicated the only one that could help me with this was administration. I therefore asked her to please give the administrator my telephone number and my name along with my gift card number so that she could provide me the value of said gift card. Natalie said that they would not take any information over the phone identifying the gift card. I indicated it was very difficult for me to get into the location because of my disability. She blatantly told me if I could go to peaches and cream in Glendora. I should be able to go to their Wang cosmetic surgery location in Glendora. I got. I don't understand why she cannot understand how this is difficult for me. Instead she just laughed because I told her I was not able to get in there, and I apparently thought it was funny that I was disabled and unable to physically go into their location and was asking for them to please provide me the dollar amount in my gift card Because I could not afford to purchase anything over there or was in the need of any cosmetic procedure procedures and if the gift card was not that much more than $50 I would just allow pieces and cream to redeem it for me. Nurse Rachel with the Wang Plastic Surgery group is wonderful! I've been seeing her for Botox treatments and she is absolutely the best! I like to remove my eyebrow furrows, soften the eye wrinkles, yet keep movement in my forehead. She listens to what you would like, and custom treats those areas. Perfect! Never been here at all. Not about the work they do. I'ts about trying to get in to see him!!! It is impossible. So read on: 1 star you ask? I was so happy to find that this place opened up ...in Glendora!!! Most are miles and miles away.....so 1 star is because the Dr is rarely at the Glendora location if ever. I wanted to see the dr..not the RN's there. I wanted the Dr to see me and suggest what is best for me not the RN. I messaged several times with the receptionist, not sure who she was but she was not accommodating at all. I told her I live local, family in Glendora so of course I want to come here. If needed I could pop in on my lunch hour! Pasadena is 1 or 2hrs at anytime the freeways are awful!!! The actual Dr spends most of his time in Pasadena and the nurses are in Glendora, that's fine but I want to see the Dr....not the nurses...the Dr of course has more experience than the nurses do! I hope they bring another Dr on board with the same qualifications and his home office is here in Glendora. They honestly could have cared less that I said well I guess I can't go here. If I saw the Dr by chance...the odds of seeing him again would be months if he only comes to Glendora rarely. I am sure they will answer and say this never happened and that the Dr is there everyday etc etc. Sorry but I was treated very poorly, and I would have been a first time customer. The girl should have sat down with the Dr or called him or something to ask what can he do? I have the messages between us. I felt very dismissed and I finally just said well, guess I cant come here. She should have asked me to hold on, she will check with Dr Wang, she never did. She only said, no appts for Monday for months....really? Thanks for trying. Maybe the dr can put another dr in the Pasadena office and Dr Wang can stay here in Glendora! I asked her for a Monday...even 3mo out and there was nothing available, so chances of seeing the actual Dr are low. I met Rachel a couple years ago when she was working at Peaches and Cream. She does my lips and forehead and she's incredible. When she left that location and started working at the Wang Med Spa in Glendora I followed her, of course. First of all, the spa is absolutely Gorgeous !! Secondly, all the girls that work there are super friendly and very professional and what can I say about the Office Manager Natalie?? She's absolutely the sweetest girl ever, over the top professional and keeps the Spa running perfectly!! I had been contemplating surgery for a bit and finally decided to set up a consultation with Dr. Wang.
