I had my breast implants removed and a breast lift with the physician Bennett. She was so nice, polite, and thorough with so much information before my surgery. After I paid the deposit for my surgery, I should have known not to get my surgeries done with her. She gave me her number just in case I had any questions before and after my surgery. I had a couple of questions before my surgery and she was on it with responding to my text messages or calling me. After my surgery I called the office and it was on a Wednesday or Thursday , when she has surgeries. Nobody told me to call physician Bennett if I had any concerns in the days of her surgery. I called the office because I had a concern in regards to my breasts hurting and to ask her if she could prescribe me another prescription. I figured I had an infection. The person I spoke to at the front told me to call her. I told her I didn't want to out of courtesy because she was having to do surgeries on that day. I asked the person that I spoke at the front desk if she can relate the message to physician Bennett and let her know that I was probably going to need more antibiotic because I thought I had an infection. Physician never called me. I called back like two days after. And that week they didn't have anymore appointments for me to go see her until the following week. I went in the following week and I told one of her employees that I was upset because I never got a call back from the physician. The employee got upset and was telling me that if the girl at the front desk that I originally spoke to said that I should had called the physician like she had told me. I told her that the physician never told me to call her on her days when she was doing surgeries. She also spoke to the girl at the front desk and then she told me that the girl did relate the message to the physician. She then related the message to the physician about my concern on me not getting a call back from the physician before she went in the room to see me. Physician Bennett asked me what my concern were. I mentioned to her that I had called the office for them to give her a message in regards to maybe needing another antibiotic prescription. She told me the message was never related to her and that she would talk to the person at the front desk that helped me. She looked at my breasts and then she said if I thought I had an infection. I was wondering why she was asking me that question, when she's the surgeon. It turned out my right breast was filled with fluid and infected. She squeezed my breasts and then l fr a hole that didn't heal shut for several weeks. My right breasts has a big indent on the bottom where the t is and it looks horrible. The left breast seems like she cut into my muscle and isn't round at the bottom like a normal breast should look. So disappointed with the work she did. I hope anyone that sees my review don't go to her or her office. If you need a breast lift go to a breast specialist that knows what they are doing. I will eventually have to go to a breast specialist so they can fix the horrible work she did. If I could give her a zero star rating I would. She really stinks and doing breast lift surgeries when you get your breasts removed. I wasn't going to give her a rating but now that it's been eight months, I see that my breasts don't look any better than when I first had my surgeries. She shouldn't be doing surgeries. She stinks at it. Please beware of her. She will make you look ugly and regret you ever went to her and gave her your money. Patients are getting approved for surgery through insurance and this office is basically screwing them over. They are blatantly lying about why they can't get them scheduled. Unfortunately the staff is not communicating with one another, so their "stories" are not consistent. My last communication is a rude email from their office manager, which I did not reply to because it was inaccurate. I assure you, I am doing this as a favor to anyone interested in using them for any procedure. I truly believe this needs to be addressed legally. Meh. Along with getting a PRP facial from the co-owner and having her vent to me about her divorce the whole time. She made a scar on my nose from going too hard. My breast aug was 2 years ago. Dr.Bennett did measurements and decided to put two different sizes in. I signed off on it. OOOOPS! We had discussed over email recently after operation. I was having problems with the size difference. She offered to switch and charge me for OR fee and anesthesia. I had just got my labs done so she agreed to wave that fee and the implant fee. I wasn't ready to make a decision. Going back a year later I was ready to swap out. I had mentioned this issue again to her in our appointment. We didn't get to discuss it. Every time I wear a bra it pulls to one side so bad it's uncomfortable to wear a bra. When I bend over you can tell the right is smaller. I emailed them about the previous offer. Now they will charge me full. It's business I understand. I don't recall if I had communicated my plans to wait. I'm just a tad salty for being offered something and only a year later they don't care. They do have fair pricing on neurotoxin etc but so do other businesses. read more

I've been wanting to get my 11 years old breast implants removed for years and have gone to numerous consultations but didn't feel comfortable with any of them. after walking out of each consultation I somehow convinced myself i don't need to get them taken out and that i could live with the back pain for some more time. Finally, I decided to go to Dr Bennett because I've gotten some injections at Gemini before so i figure why not. Upon talking to her, i was comfortable right away and booked my consultation for the soonest they had which was 2 weeks out. She's so sweet and her vibes just made m feel like i was in good hands. She's extremely experienced and knowledgeable and i'm so glad i had her do my surgery. My girlies actually bounced back really nice and it's only been 1.5 post op. She was so detailed and meticulous to make sure my scar wouldn't show too which i really appreciate. I dreaded this procedure because I have extreme anxiety and knowing that I'd have drains for 5 days really triggered my symptoms. But Dr. Bennett was readily available for any questions I had pre and post surgery and was also very patient with all my questions. Dr. Bennett has changed my life. I was dealing with extreme back pain due to my heavy implants and I no longer related to having large breast. I have not had the opportunity to meet Dr. Bennett. But my review is for Dr. Aguiluz or "Dr. A". My first encounter with the office was a little rocky. I went to my appointment on the wrong date and the girls in the front, understanding that I had come from far away, made room for me right there with Dr. A. Let me say, from them on everything was perfect! When I met with Melissa she was very helpful. She told me her personal experience going through a cosmetic procedure and then even allowed me to try on the implants for sizing. When Dr. A came in, it was like I had known him for years. I was going in for a BA, TT, and Lipo 360. My husband went with me and he was extremely kind and polite (even asking both of us may I touch you?). This made me feel at ease. After our consultation, I was soo pumped to get my surgery. We made the next appointment to make our payment, sign paperwork for surgery, and to answer final question I had with Melissa. And yet again, Dr. A was extremely patient answering my 101 questions. When I came to my final surgery date I was nervous. Dr. A took me in and gave me a big squeeze and said "it's normal to be anxious, I actually prefer it". So he knew what to tell me to make me feel comfortable. Fasts forward, I am 2.5 weeks post op. And let me tell you, I have received the best care possible. The doctor even gave me his personal cell and I have texted him for every question. He told me once "there is no dumb question, ask away!" And after every answer back I get from him, he tells me "don't worry". I've had 2 follow ups, started my complimentary lymphatic massages, and my results are out of this world. I never imagined my body could be sculpted the way he did it. My original body type was a size 14 with 2 bulges on my sides and oh my belly button. That I recollect from my thinnest and heaviest I have never seen my belly button. Wow! It is so beautiful! I was referred here by a close friend; Angie, one of the workers, was very friendly, and the front office staff were pleasant. I am giving a 1 star because I was not a candidate for the hormone pallet replacement, but I was still told I was a great candidate. I spent over $700 for items I did not need or worked for me. My levels were normal and only showed that I needed some vitamins. I made an appointment with for a follow-up blood work and paid $75.00 in advance. After speaking with a health advisor, they reviewed my blood and redid blood work before seeing if the Gemini Center was honest. They were not, while reviewing my chart infront of me they said i was low in many areas which was not true. When I called to cancel my next appointment and get a refund for my prepaid blood work for my second visit, they wanted to charge me 3%, as they stated they do not give refunds. There was nothing in the lobby, front desk, or anything that was given to me or that I signed stating that. They are lucky I am not asking for a full refund of the nonsense work items I was given. I would not refer anyone here or suggest this treatment to anyone. I am sure they would give this to a teenager and state they are a great candidate for hormone pallet replacement. I should have known when the recipient stated she was given this; she looked like she was in her early 20s. I can not see how this is a responsible practice. I am still waiting for the manager to call me back regarding the 3% charge. They are professional and courteous, but offering an unnecessary service, spending money, and being hopeful for something my body does not need is a terrible practice. I was taken advantage of and will not trust centers like this again. I hope they understand this and relay this to the owner. I am so upset. Still waiting to get a call as promised. It's tbe 14th abd no one has called or refunded me yet. Yes manager responded to my post here on yelp but like they lied to me they did it again. No followup. Great way to do business. I am 8 days post op today. I had a tummy tuck with lipo to the flanks and a bilateral breast reduction with lift with Dr. Bennett. I wanted to do a review early on while the procedure and recovery are fresh. I started researching a plastic surgeon about 5 months prior to when I wanted surgery. I looked for surgeons in the Southern California area (of which there is no shortage) using reviews and before/after photos to influence where I wanted to have consults at. Plastic Surgery Consult fees run from $50-$300+ so I wanted to do as much online research as I could first. I ended up choosing a consult with one surgeon in Beverly Hills and 2 within the city of Rancho Cucamonga. Having multiple consultations really helped me feel more confident with my overall decision. Dr. Bennett was my third consult (only because her website was not as easy to navigate to see before/after photos as the others) and I immediately felt comfortable in her office. She is such a calming presence and made me feel confident in her surgical abilities. Her pricing was fair and her office had the lowest consult fee of the three surgeons I saw. I booked that day at my consult for my surgery two months out. Every visit with Dr. Bennett I have felt heard and valued. The surgery went great and she even texted my husband late the night post surgery just to check in on me. She has been immediately available to answer any questions along the way as well (her response time goes beyond what I could ever expect or hope for). 8 days out from such a big surgery, the results already exceed my wildest expectations. I honestly have never felt so good in my own skin. Ever! I'm still swollen and will be for a while, but I can already tell Dr. Bennett's work is exceptional. The tummy tuck incision is low and even.
