If I were rating the laser technicians alone, I would give them a 5/5. They were wonderful. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk and management was very different. For those who are accustomed to the customer service at European Wax, I want to point out that the level of customer service here was not comparable. My concerns were primarily with communication, professionalism, and how my packages and account were handled. I saw that the front desk staff had placed not so nice notes on my file. I was also told that these notes could not be removed, which left me uncomfortable knowing that future staff would see them. When I brought my concerns to management, she acknowledged that customer service from the front desk has been a struggle, but I believe management also needs to take responsibility for properly training and supervising staff. When I asked to review the packages I had purchased, the front desk employee told me that I would need to remember a conversation from a year ago because she was also confused about what packages I had. When escalated to Management, she told me she was unclear about the "sales tactic" that had been used when some of my packages were sold to me and therefore could not provide much insight. That was very concerning to me. How can management not be aware of how packages and services are being presented and sold to customers? And when a customer questions something, they should not feel insulted or uncomfortable for doing so. Fortunately, I had a witness with me who was also dealing with her own issues during the visit. She witnessed how I was treated and the interaction that took place. Another major concern is how customers are informed--or not informed--when they run out of services in their package. I was told that it is entirely the customer's responsibility to keep track of when their package runs out. I understand that customers have some responsibility, but I believe better communication and customer service would go a long way. While I was there, another customer was informed only after her appointment and service that she had run out of her package and now owed money for the service. She was clearly caught off guard and became extremely upset. I felt terrible for her because she had not expected an additional charge, and she had been allowed to make the appointment and receive the service without being informed beforehand. Overall, I am extremely disappointed. The laser technicians deserve recognition for the quality of their work, but the front desk experience, communication, package management, and the way customer concerns were handled left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on better training, communication, and customer service so future clients do not have to go through a similar experience.

In July 2019, I decided to go with Dr. Haiavy to get the TUBA (Breast Augmentation through the belly button). My whole experience from the first time consultation, to the day of the surgery and current follow ups have been nothing but pleasant! Dr. Haiavy is an amazing surgeon, not only does he have a professional persona but he truly cares for his patients. On the day of my surgery I remember one of the nurses telling me I was in great hands and boy was she right! The dedication that Dr. Haiavy and his whole staff is honestly great. The girls are always friendly and with a smile on their face. (I know this isn't related but I am not a fluent English speaker however this doesn't stop his staff and Dr. Haiavy from trying to communicate with me. They try their very best to say a few words in Spanish. Its this type of treatment that makes you feel like you're apart of their family.) This doctor operated on a girl named Carmen Madrid who stole an identity and he went ahead and still did her breast augmentation without the person even signing anything. Basically anyone can go in there with a stolen identity and he will go ahead and do surgery on you. The victim Robert a well known successful dentist luckily fought his name off . He had no clue his name had part in this until he got a bill on the mail. These surgeons only care about the money trust your intuition and stay away ladies. read more

I was referred by my primary care physician to this office, when I called to make and appointment-…read moreI was met by a short tempered office manager named, Tracy. She asked me financial questions first, "will you be paying this cash or insurance." I said, insurance, and then immediately, Tracy, said "we don't do that procedure for that insurance." I was confused, and I'm thinking if my insurance approved this referral surely they should take it. She was huffing and puffing and scoffing trying to ask me questions I really didn't know. I remained cool and calm, and even thanked her for her "help." I was completely disappointed that a person with such a terrible customer service could be called "manager." There was a language barrier and she was completely frustrated and rude. Perhaps, I couldn't understand what she was trying to communicate. I could understand her words (they were not that broken) but she fell short of articulating her point. I went back to my PCP office to tell them they denied seeing me and please transfer the referral to someone else they told me they were within network. So I bravely called again and I was met with a frustrated attitude saying, "ma'am, we may be in network but our surgeon does not work on that procedure." I finally understood, what I'm being referred to is not his specialty. Which is weird because on his website he does indeed have an arm portfolio. Meaning he is taking on arm lifts. Unsure if their dishonesty is due to my insurance type which is discrimination, or just them not wanting to deal with the paperwork. Tracy, if you cannot find the words, I understand, take a moment, breathe and think of the words to communicate effectively instead of being rude to a potential cash paying customer/ patient. This has left a bitter taste in my mouth, so much, that I'd steer away from ever recommending this office or Dr. Vu. The manager isn't only rude but dishonest.
