My reivew is always hones to help other girls find good places. about Inspired Med Spa is based on my personal experience : the service I got was " Dermaplaning Facial" it was with ROSA. I was seeing on time. Ana is so nice and accomodating, I had so many questions via Text and she was always polite and super understanding. The place is nice and clean, and the Facial room is as expected, Very clean and professional About ROSA and my facial: She is the best ! , she takes her time to explain wha she is doign to your face which is nice, also as she works on your face she tells you things you can do to improve and good tips for your skin. Rosa takes her time to make you feel comfortable and she is very delicate handling your face. My face feels nice and clean, big difference and is glowing i can see the difference of havin a good facial and skin routine. They also have some good skin products and I like the tinted sun screen lotion. I dont have to wear foundation witht his one looks nice and natural * Prices for the service after doing research are very good no complains * place is super nice and clean , very professional service *Ana and ROSA are amazing * they see you on time * they make you feel welcome . I found them on Instagram promoting double chin procedure for $299. I was seen by Rosa, and she didn't get close to me to take a look at my face. She recommended something completely different than the procedure I went in for, and I ended up not getting anything. I don't understand why she wouldn't check my face and then let me leave without going through what I came in for in the first place. read more

I recommend this place for Skin Care Facials with Rosa, very nice person and professional also the receptionist Ana very helpful and nice but I do not recommend this place to get botox, they do not have a professional nurse, unfortunately the nurse they had before was very good and professional Ivonne is no longer there, now they have a new nurse who is not professional and 1 month ago she did my Botox but on my left eye on the eyelid and above the eyebrow she left some little balls, uneven compared with my right eye and I asked them to find a solution to try it to fixed with out Botox and the owner he said ithat they could not give me a refund and I was told them that a I don't want a refund I need a solution. I've never been to the same facial place twice, but Rosa was the reason I went back again yesterday for my instant glow! I even referred my sister and they gave me $25 off for my treatment! I suffered from bad acne before so I have blemishes on my cheeks and I would get hormonal acne every month. I tried the instant glow with micro needling and a peel so my face turned red for a day but then the results were AMAZING! I finally started feeling like my skin is clear for once!! I went again yesterday and got the same treatment but this time my face was not red, Rosa applied a hydro mask on my face and it calmed down the redness :) I highly recommend this place and Rosa as she is the best!!! read more

Yes, they are open right now. I've been here twice now and I love it. The atmosphere is very professional and elegant. The staff is very kind and welcoming. I've had a hydrofacial and a facial for my acne. The hydrofacial was amazing and reduced my purple under eye bags. I've been getting acne because of wearing my mask for work so the facial was very helpful. I always walk out feeling refreshed and my skin glowing. They sell great skin care products as well. The price tag might make you a bit wary, but they are absolutely worth the money. If you still aren't sold, they have smaller trial kits for an affordable price. read more

Hi ! I did voluma for my chin & jawline ! Love results ! Nurse mirna is a perfectionist & so happy with my beautiful results. I wish I could give this place 5 stars, because I've been coming here for 5 months for my facials with Rosa and she is a gorgeous person inside and out. She always takes care of me and asks me in between appointments how my face is healing. The receptionist I believe her name in Ana is very professional and has always been understanding if for whatever reason I must switch my appointment and will work with my schedule. However one of the last times that I was there I made an appointment for Botox with Nurse Mirna. I have been getting Botox for 3 years strictly with Dr Kay in Pasadena, and I have never had any bruising, pain, swelling or anything of that nature. My face has always been symmetrical and my eyebrows match as in the arch is the same in both. I wanted to save myself the drive not the money because I paid the same per unit here than I did in Pasadena. Mirna is not friendly at all she asked me if I got Botox before.. looked me over and gave me my total I agreed and she started to poke my face. Never have I experienced pain getting Botox but this time it hurt so much. She walked out the room and when I went to pay the receptionist, Mirna sat there on the computer and never even looked up at me never told me thank you or acknowledged that I just paid 400 dollars for her services. I got home and my face was swollen, I thought it would go down soon but the sides of my eyes bruised up and my forehead hurt so much I couldn't even touch my face. I couldn't sleep on my face for two weeks and started getting migraines. My eyebrows don't even have an arch anymore she froze my forehead and I don't have an eyebrow lift anymore. read more

So extremely disappointing. I arrived and wasn't properly greeted, just rushed into the treatment room and given intake forms and a Skype call with a nurse practitioner. I came with a Groupon for thigh/upper leg laser hair removal and was told that in order to get the whole thigh done on both legs I had to purchase 2 Groupons. The justification was that I had purchased "half leg" which to them means either: 1 half legs (front and back) or 2 quarter legs (either front or back). If I wanted both of my full thighs done, that would be 2 half leg services and double the price I already paid. Even when the office manager, Jake was explaining this to me he had a smile on his face like he knew what ridiculous nonsense he was trying to get me to buy. Sketchy office, sketchy people. Do not recommend. Did not go through with service, waiting for a refund. read more

Groupon. Wanted to test laser Genesis for melasma. Easy to make an appointment, filled out some forms talked to a nurse practitioner via iPad and was good to go. It was disconcerting to have my face wiped down with rubbing alcohol. Like maybe a makeup wipe would be a better start? Then we went at it. Lots of burned hair smell, Rubberband snapping on my face sensation and slightly more pain in the forehead area. No gel applied pre procedures, no sunblock provided post procedure. Got hustled out as I was trying to apply my own sunblock. Maybe the spa portion of the name should be changed out to Eastern block medical procedure circa 1990. read more

#83 (2017) Picked up a good deal here for a microdermabrasion facial treatment from Groupon. They deal was too good not to pick up. The whole process was simple and painless. I called to make an appt. and I was able to book one two days later. When I came in I was greeted positively by the two women at the desk. They were with another client and handled me as soon as they were done. I had to fill out a few forms and told them my problem areas and then I went on back to the treatment room kick backed and enjoyed the service. I met my esthetician for the day, Debra. She hooked me up with an amazing microderm and peel after that. She was very professional and also just a dope individual being stuck in the room with her wasn't awkward at all. We had great conversation and sadly pretty soon I was done. She then showed me the tools she used and pointed out how dirty the little cleaner was to show her work and to make sure I was satisfied. She even recommended a few products they sell to me that she felt will be useful for an issue that she noticed but she wasn't pushy so I didn't feel obligated to get it. They have some really good deals on the products so I can see in the future how I can take advantage of the products. read more

I went there 3 times already, first for a facial and Debra never pushed me to do more and spend more money other than my groupon, which I liked it. then botox. Best experience ever and best results ever! and I have been doing Botox for over 15 years, even with doctors themselves. today I was there for Botox/Disport. They never pushed me to used Botox because it was more expensive, on the contrary, they told me that Disport is as good as Botox, now I will go back for the great specials they have on Galderma fillers, this will be the first time doing this, and a doctor will do it, so I trust them mainly because their honesty, and also because all ladies there are great. No stars are worth it here... came here to get my lips done and a defined chin and all I got was bruising and major swelling. One of the injections on my lips blistered. After I made the complain about my service and about ana the rn. I was told it was gonna be made right since I paid 1700.00 and 3 weeks after it looked like nothing was done. My face is completely back normal. Can't tell I had anything done. Then I was told I'd get a refund... NEVER HAPPENED!!! they still haven't called me back about it. I would not recommend this place after the embarrassment they put me through, especially when they can't own up to their mistakes. When I went for a followup they had the nerve to tell me they would charge me more for another syringe, like wtf? How about u actually put the filler in my lips and chin??? But u want me to pay for another service that I couldn't get the first time around. Very disappointing. read more

My sister purchased me a microdermabrasion treatment for my birthday. I'm 31 Years old and never had this type of treatment done on me before let alone anything on my face. I feel like I've been missing out for years now. Lily did this treatment on me and she is the sweetest lady ever so gentle and kind and was always making sure that I wasn't in any pain. They use this suction type of machine to take off all your old dead skin. I also learned that our face gets new skin every 28 days. Lol she told me about some products they sold and didn't pressure me to buy anything! I can't wait to come again, I was also able to talk to the RN nurse Stella about possibly getting some Botox in the near future. Stella showed me the areas that I would need Botox, I thought all along I would need fillers but she said no I would only need Botox!
