I received an email about a promotion for a microneedling pen so I decided to go ahead and try it out. THE PROCESS: called first week in November and scheduled something for first week in December. They canceled on me two days before my appointment. I called to reschedule in late December and the representative told me that no one was answering the phone at the rancho office. Called AGAIN the first week of January and was finally able to get someone on the phone after waiting over 22 minutes. Set my appointment for January 21st. THE MICRONEEDLING APPOINTMENT: SHASTINE WAS AMAZING. SUPER friendly and informative. She applied the numbing cream (REALLY WORKED- DIDN'T FEEL A THING) and then wiped it off 20 minutes later. The skinpen session was quick and painless- maybe 20 to 25 minutes. My only quick issue was at checkout. I had paid a certain amount for the promotion and the total was coming out to full price (kind of freaked me out). Thank goodness everything was cleared up and they honored the promotion which I originally signed up for.

I am told oops I actually have packages and turns out I had OVER 12 sessions still left. I was told to then email store manager who agreed to refund me for the unlimited since of course this wasn't my fault And THERE WAS LITERALLY NO WAY FOR ME TO USE IT. She states that I have to wait a few months And to keep making the payments. I said no problem. Months down the line she no longer works there then no store manager takes over and via email says of course I can get my refund but that I have to finish paying off my Packages. I said once again no problem. Now I'm done paying everything off once again OVER $800. Now Teresa who is the area manager says nope Sorry can't get my money back. Which is wild because in person when I talked to her she told me that since it's in writing that of course she could help me. I would trust no one here. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

Last time I heard from their coordinator, she said that she has escalated this matter to their medical director and that was on 4/29/2025. It is now 5/8/2025 and after two more calls to the owner, she will not return my calls and apparently did not reach out the the medical director. She also had my Yelp review removed, so I will redo it and resubmit it. 4/12/25 - I got botox and filler because I had lines above my lips. I have had filler three times in the past (not always from them). I always get 1 syringe, which does the trick. Not this time. My lips have a weird shape and barely have filler on the top, and I still have lines above them. Also, the owner said with the extra (not sure why there would be extra) she would fill in my nasolabial lines. She made more wrinkles on the side of my mouth. It looks horrible. Also, my botox on my forehead is uneven and also looks horrible. I have never experienced this before. When I called I asked if I could see someone else (other than the owner) who could fix what she did. They told me no, that I would need to see her. Why would I want to go back to her, when I don't like her work? No thank you. I spent $775.00 (It would have been 825.00, but I got a discount from Alle) This is a lot of money and she didn't even care to make it better. I guess she thinks that she has enough business and doesn't care about people and their money. I guess she also doesn't care about her reputation. I went to her once before and I am not sure what happened to her and her lack of empathy for people who are just trying do something good for themselves. I scheduled a last minute appointment with Claire (my usual esthetician) today. But it turns out she was unavailable and Max was there. I've gotten sugared by her before and wasn't really satisfied with my service as I realized I had a few open cuts / wounds due to the pulling of sensitive, thin skin way down there. So today my service was going well, we were having a great conversation then all of sudden a sugar pull and we both went dead silent for a few minutes. I already knew something went wrong. When we were done I knew I had some cuts down there. When I got home to pee I saw it. My lips looked like it had a big, open, popped pimple in it. And around it was pink and tender, like a cut. This made it difficult to wipe. I would post a picture but due to the area it is at, I am unable to. I would like to speak to a manager regarding this issues because this isn't the first time that's happened to me.
