I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.

The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. They canceled on me two days before my appointment. I called to reschedule in late December and the representative told me that no one was answering the phone at the rancho office. Called AGAIN the first week of January and was finally able to get someone on the phone after waiting over 22 minutes. Set my appointment for January 21st. THE MICRONEEDLING APPOINTMENT: SHASTINE WAS AMAZING. SUPER friendly and informative. She applied the numbing cream (REALLY WORKED- DIDN'T FEEL A THING) and then wiped it off 20 minutes later. The skinpen session was quick and painless- maybe 20 to 25 minutes. My only quick issue was at checkout. I had paid a certain amount for the promotion and the total was coming out to full price (kind of freaked me out). Thank goodness everything was cleared up and they honored the promotion which I originally signed up for.

With that said, the owner did not even bother to call me to address my unhappiness with my botox and Juvaderm XC filler that she herself did. Last time I heard from their coordinator, she said that she has escalated this matter to their medical director and that was on 4/29/2025. It is now 5/8/2025 and after two more calls to the owner, she will not return my calls and apparently did not reach out the the medical director. She also had my Yelp review removed, so I will redo it and resubmit it. 4/12/25 - I got botox and filler because I had lines above my lips. I have had filler three times in the past (not always from them). I always get 1 syringe, which does the trick. Not this time. My lips have a weird shape and barely have filler on the top, and I still have lines above them. Also, the owner said with the extra (not sure why there would be extra) she would fill in my nasolabial lines. She made more wrinkles on the side of my mouth. It looks horrible. Also, my botox on my forehead is uneven and also looks horrible. I have never experienced this before. When I called I asked if I could see someone else (other than the owner) who could fix what she did. They told me no, that I would need to see her. Why would I want to go back to her, when I don't like her work? No thank you. I spent $775.00 (It would have been 825.00, but I got a discount from Alle) This is a lot of money and she didn't even care to make it better. I guess she thinks that she has enough business and doesn't care about people and their money. I guess she also doesn't care about her reputation. I went to her once before and I am not sure what happened to her and her lack of empathy for people who are just trying do something good for themselves. I had my breast implants removed and a breast lift with the physician Bennett. She was so nice,…read morepolite, and thorough with so much information before my surgery. After I paid the deposit for my surgery, I should have known not to get my surgeries done with her. She gave me her number just in case I had any questions before and after my surgery. I had a couple of questions before my surgery and she was on it with responding to my text messages or calling me. After my surgery I called the office and it was on a Wednesday or Thursday , when she has surgeries. Nobody told me to call physician Bennett if I had any concerns in the days of her surgery. I called the office because I had a concern in regards to my breasts hurting and to ask her if she could prescribe me another prescription. I figured I had an infection. The person I spoke to at the front told me to call her. I told her I didn't want to out of courtesy because she was having to do surgeries on that day. I asked the person that I spoke at the front desk if she can relate the message to physician Bennett and let her know that I was probably going to need more antibiotic because I thought I had an infection. Physician never called me. I called back like two days after. And that week they didn't have anymore appointments for me to go see her until the following week. I went in the following week and I told one of her employees that I was upset because I never got a call back from the physician. The employee got upset and was telling me that if the girl at the front desk that I originally spoke to said that I should had called the physician like she had told me. I told her that the physician never told me to call her on her days when she was doing surgeries. She also spoke to the girl at the front desk and then she told me that the girl did relate the message to the physician. She then related the message to the physician about my concern on me not getting a call back from the physician before she went in the room to see me. Physician Bennett asked me what my concern were. I mentioned to her that I had called the office for them to give her a message in regards to maybe needing another antibiotic prescription. She told me the message was never related to her and that she would talk to the person at the front desk that helped me. She looked at my breasts and then she said if I thought I had an infection. I was wondering why she was asking me that question, when she's the surgeon. It turned out my right breast was filled with fluid and infected. She squeezed my breasts and then l fr a hole that didn't heal shut for several weeks. My right breasts has a big indent on the bottom where the t is and it looks horrible. The left breast seems like she cut into my muscle and isn't round at the bottom like a normal breast should look. So disappointed with the work she did. I hope anyone that sees my review don't go to her or her office. If you need a breast lift go to a breast specialist that knows what they are doing. I will eventually have to go to a breast specialist so they can fix the horrible work she did. If I could give her a zero star rating I would. She really stinks and doing breast lift surgeries when you get your breasts removed. I wasn't going to give her a rating but now that it's been eight months, I see that my breasts don't look any better than when I first had my surgeries. She shouldn't be doing surgeries. She stinks at it. Please beware of her. She will make you look ugly and regret you ever went to her and gave her your money. Unfortunately, I posted pictures of the poopy job she did and they were deleted off here.
