With that said, the owner did not even bother to call me to address my unhappiness with my botox and Juvaderm XC filler that she herself did. Last time I heard from their coordinator, she said that she has escalated this matter to their medical director and that was on 4/29/2025. It is now 5/8/2025 and after two more calls to the owner, she will not return my calls and apparently did not reach out the the medical director. She also had my Yelp review removed, so I will redo it and resubmit it. 4/12/25 - I got botox and filler because I had lines above my lips. I have had filler three times in the past (not always from them). I always get 1 syringe, which does the trick. Not this time. My lips have a weird shape and barely have filler on the top, and I still have lines above them. Also, the owner said with the extra (not sure why there would be extra) she would fill in my nasolabial lines. She made more wrinkles on the side of my mouth. It looks horrible. Also, my botox on my forehead is uneven and also looks horrible. I have never experienced this before. When I called I asked if I could see someone else (other than the owner) who could fix what she did. They told me no, that I would need to see her. Why would I want to go back to her, when I don't like her work? No thank you. I spent $775.00 (It would have been 825.00, but I got a discount from Alle) This is a lot of money and she didn't even care to make it better. I guess she thinks that she has enough business and doesn't care about people and their money. I guess she also doesn't care about her reputation. I went to her once before and I am not sure what happened to her and her lack of empathy for people who are just trying do something good for themselves. Now I have more lines on the side above my lips that weren't there, and my face just looks so bad.

I say surgeries because his staff left sutures in me by accident and they got infected! Two weeks after they removed the sutures you could literally see inside my breast tissue as the wound opened up! I came back to Dr Park because I was so happy with my first surgeries with him as he fixed my capsular contracture. This time 10 years later I came back for a down size in implants and a lollipop lift. When I had my scheduled surgery they were running behind so I had to wait for hours even though my surgery time was very early before sun came up o'clock! They still hooked me up to an IV and left me sitting there alone for so long my IV bag went empty! I had to pee so bad because I took the whole IV bag, so I had to call from the bed on my cell phone to the front office because no one was coming to help me. It was awful! Finally a nurse came back and change my IV bag and let me go pee. Then they brought out the patient they were working on, they woke her up, she was in so much pain and moaning, asking for something for the pain and they told her to take the pain meds when she got home. Five minutes later a door opened and she went home. That was a omen for my future self! This was Two hours after I was told to be there for my surgery, they finally took me back after that patient left. It was frightening because they had me walk to the surgery room dragging my IV port, and see all the tools they were going to use. It seemed so unprofessional and not like the first time I had surgery there years ago. I was hooked up and cried myself into a medicated sleep, never seeing Dr. Park! I don't even know if he's the one who actually did my surgery because he wasn't in the room. Maybe that is why he didn't put back in the 'Stratice' that kept me from getting the capsular contracture in my first surgery with him. To pick up where I left off, the worst experience having surgery in my life! Just like the girl before me, I woke up in so much pain and nauseous! I told the girl I'm feeling very nauseous and within seconds, with no warning she stabbed me in my arm with a needle to give me nauseous medicine! Wtf did she not give that to me and my IV?! My prior surgeries I've had they always give it to you either before via a patch that goes behind your ear which they didn't do here, or they usually give it to you via the IV when they know you get nauseous from anesthesia. That was extremely painful she didn't say anything about it just stab me in my arm and it hurt for days afterwards. They didn't give me any pain medication like the girl before told me to take it when I get home which is crazy because usually like I said before in other surgeries they usually give you pain meds through the IV so you aren't an excruciating pain when you wake up. I never saw Dr Park on my surgery today that was very suspect. The surgery ended up being a flop my breasts were deformed there was skin hanging from one side he moved my nipples but forgot a piece of my nipple so I have two nipples on one breast, the other one my nipple is much lower than my other breast and much higher than the other one they're completely deformed he wanted me to have another surgery a third surgery, and wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix his mistakes! No thanks, I'm now researching other doctors to fix his botched work. I think Dr Park is too busy with his radio show and trying to be famous that he's completely forgot the whole purpose was to do quality plastic surgery! He completely forgot to put the stratice back in which was keeping me from having capsular contracture. It's been a year now and my breasts have started capsulating again. When I had my post-op I asked Dr Park if he put the stratice back in and he looked at me with a blank face like oh s*** look on his face, and said no and played it off that I got the "gummy bear" implants so it shouldn't be a problem. Yadda yadda yadda. Lo and behold now my breasts are capsulating again. So I'll be going in for a 7th surgery I won't be going back to Dr Park ever again that's for sure! The nurses are terribly rude when Dr Park isn't around. Not sure if he knows this. They all act like they don't need your business. So, they got their wish. They won't be getting my business and I hope you think twice about going to this chop shop!!!

I contacted the manager to explain the issue, but instead of trying to help or offer a solution, she kept giving excuses about how their staff are "all professionals" and that it's "impossible" for them to miss any areas -- as if she was actually in the room during my session. What disappointed me even more was that she didn't even offer for me to come back to fix the missed areas. This is actually the second time I've had the exact same issue with this place, but because I already paid upfront, I feel stuck and unable to do much about it. My biggest mistake was paying in advance for 6 sessions. Otherwise, I would have stopped going there a long time ago and gone somewhere else that actually deserves the money and provides proper service and results. I've spent roughly $2,000 here, purchased microneedling & Sylfirm(lied to that Sylfirm would help my under eyes) Shortly after I got home, I received a call from the front desk claiming I had an outstanding balance for a service I NEVER received. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional. If you go here, protect yourself--ask for itemized invoices, confirm every service before receiving it, and keep your own records. I will not be returning.
