Extremely disappointing experience…read more I really don't like leaving bad reviews, especially for a medical office, but after today's experience I feel other patients deserve to know what happened. I have been going to their Chino location for keloid injections and was referred to the Upland location for V-Beam laser treatment to improve the remaining redness. I had my consultation with PA Kristin Mickelson on August 10. During that consultation, Kristin did not clearly tell me that my 4-year-old daughter was absolutely prohibited from accompanying me. I was told that if my daughter stayed in the treatment room, she would need to wear protective glasses. Based on that information, I understood that bringing my daughter was allowed under those conditions. When I scheduled my treatment afterward, a front desk employee also told me that the treatment would only take about 15 minutes and that they could keep an eye on my daughter while I received my treatment. I relied on what their own staff told me. I took a day off work and drove approximately 1.5 hours each way to the Upland office. When I arrived, I received yet another set of instructions about where my daughter could stay. At one point, staff even brought me to a separate waiting room and told me my daughter could wait there while I received my treatment. Then, only a few minutes later, the office manager came in and told me they could not treat me because they could not supervise my child and that I would have to reschedule without bringing her. I was shocked and extremely disappointed. I completely understand that a medical office may have safety policies regarding children. What I do not understand is why those policies were not clearly communicated to me, why I received conflicting information from the PA and front desk staff, and why I was allowed to travel all the way there only to be turned away. I even returned to the office after initially leaving because I had already taken the day off and driven three hours round trip. I was willing to have my daughter wear protective glasses and remain with me, but the office manager still refused to provide my treatment. I also asked about the consultation fee/deposit because the treatment I had scheduled was not performed. Instead of acknowledging the communication failure, I was told I should listen to the physician rather than the front desk staff. But I was following the information provided by their own employees. What made this experience even worse was the complete lack of empathy or apology for the inconvenience. I did not feel that anyone took responsibility for the conflicting information I had been given. The interaction with the office manager also ended very unprofessionally, with the office door being slammed. After this experience, I have completely lost confidence in this office and will not be returning to the Upland location. This review is not about expecting special treatment because I have a child. It is about clear communication, proper staff training, accountability, and basic respect for patients' time. If a policy is strict, tell patients clearly before they take time off work and drive hours for an appointment. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews how this situation was handled. Patients should not have to pay the price for inconsistent communication between their own staff members.

This is a chop shop straight out of a horror movie! Dr Park is more worried about being a celebrity than keeping up good plastic surgery!

On three separate occasions, I purchased services that were advertised to me by text as including a complimentary facial. The first time, I received the facial but was charged for it and was told they "never give free facials." Unfortunately, I had not saved the promotional text at the time. On my second visit, I was told there was no esthetician available for the facial. The third time, the exact same thing happened. I was told I could reschedule the complimentary facial for another date. To be clear, I did not purchase these services because of the complimentary facial, but it was part of the advertised promotion and certainly an added benefit. After this happening three times, I find it very frustrating that something advertised as part of a promotion is repeatedly unavailable or, in my first experience, charged separately. My most recent visit was the final straw. I had an appointment scheduled months in advance for Friday at 3:00 p.m. for Botox and filler, with the facial originally scheduled for 2:00. A day or two beforehand, I received a text saying there would be no esthetician available and that I could reschedule the facial. Then, on Friday morning, they texted me saying they had a cancellation and asked if I would like to come in early at 2:15 p.m. I thought, great! I arrived at approximately 2:10. I was taken into a treatment room around 2:30, and then I sat there waiting until approximately 3:20 p.m. -- more than an hour after the earlier appointment time THEY had offered me, and even later than my original 3:00 appointment. At about 3:15, I finally came out of the room and addressed the front desk. When I expressed how long I had been waiting, I was told someone would get "Nina." When Nina came in, I explained my frustration and asked what the point was of asking me to come in early if I was ultimately going to be seen even later than my original appointment. The response was essentially that they had been busy that day. I later learned that Nina is the owner, which made the lack of concern even more disappointing. I had already prepaid for my services, so at that point I felt I had little choice but to stay and have them complete it. I understand that businesses get busy and schedules sometimes run behind. What I don't understand is asking a client to come in 45 minutes earlier because of a cancellation, then leaving that client sitting in a treatment room for nearly an hour and not addressing the delay until the client comes out to ask what is happening. After three visits, repeated issues with the advertised complimentary facial, and consistently long waits, I've given this business more than enough opportunities. I will not be returning. I hope others considering Bella Sol Med Spa take my experience into account and look carefully at their options.

I've been going to Mina and Dr. Grasso for well over a decade. They are the kindest, most dedicated health/wellness/beauty providers any patient/client could possibly ask for. Their business is exquisite. It's blissful being at Allure. Their entire team is as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside - they are fantastic models for the caliber of treatment they themselves provide. One important thing to note, when choosing a provider for some of the more invasive treatments, there is always a risk that you may be the one in a million who develops some type of unexpected adverse reaction to your chosen treatment - It's a calculated risk most of us are willing to take as we fight desperately to keep the years off of our faces and bodies. I of course, would be the unlucky one in a million who incurred just such a weird, unexpected reaction to a treatment. Mina and Dr. Grasso took such phenomenal care of me, they treated me as though I were a family member. They were so generous with their time and their resources and they didn't rest until I looked and felt absolutely exquisite again. Their work is flawless. Beyond just the fun vanity stuff - they are brilliant health care providers first and foremost and your physical well being is in the best hands possible. Lots of companies wield lasers and syringes full of fun products and are happy to enlist your business - The difference with Allure is that they truly have your back from start to finish and they genuinely have your health and happiness at heart. Raedean the massage therapist is AMAZING! I'm really picky about my massages and she just seems to know how to cater to what your body really needs! She's the BEST I've ever been to and I've recommended her to several friends and they keep coming back as well. Raedean also plays with my hair as she's giving me a head massage and it's hard to stay awake since I'm so relaxed! Also, the environment seems to put me at ease as soon as I walk in. I've done several services at Allure and everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. People feel more like family rather than customers. I get my lasering done from Sheila. She's always so friendly and perky and she seems to make the procedure go by fast since we just talk away the session. She's very helpful with any sorts of questions on the different things they offer at Allure as well. Another provider I see is Erin. I go to her for my Microdermabrasions, chemical peels and facials. She has a soft touch and she is also really friendly and bubbly. She seems to know what's best for my skin and has given me helpful recommendations that have helped with the condition of my skin. Minas character is one God will deal with, but in the meanwhile, don't let it happen to you! She insist RENUVION works & she knew how to use it, she does not! Look @ before/after pics below after she was done. I thought Mina was super caring & sweet, until my experience that is, she cares about no one but herself! She said she had something new that would work the same as a partial facelift & last many years as well, Renuvion! She told me it would work & I trusted her. I even had my son, who is an urban planner & super loving to others, help to get her permits in Upland for her brand new location. We both spent 2 hrs., Of our day to help her & her son. I also did signage for her to help her open, as we are good, god loving people. Mina took my money, used me as her Ginny pig,(I do not think she ever did this treatment before me), and wasn't even strong enough to hold the device as it kept turning off while she destroyed my collagen in my jowls, neck & decletee completely. I had 40 yr. Old skin & now it looks 70. I was COMPLETELY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY MINA & she did not want anyone else to know what she had done to me. She turned her back on me completely! I have been a very happy client of Mina at Allure Image for over 20 years. I've been constantly amazed by the advancement of technology in treatments that Mina has brought to her clients. One treatment in particular has been a game changer for me it is called Renuvion. It has been a little over a year since I had the procedure and I have continually seen improvement in my neck and decolletage. I am a 60 year old woman and that area really has been a battle until I had the Renuvion. The treatment in it its self was not uncomfortable, Mina made sure of that. After the treatment was done I left wrapped in compression wraps. I was swollen for a couple of weeks but not in pain. I started noticing the effects after a month, but the real benefits showed in the coming months and may I say the effects are incredible. I am so happy over a year later. I went to Allure Image for a consultation regarding my skin and wrinkles, especially since my next birthday I was turning 61 years old. I was recommended a plasma Fibroblast to tighten my skin and soften my wrinkles around my eyes. Looking in the mirror and not liking my appearance as I'm getting older, I decided to have this procedure done. I had a little downtime, but each day I noticed quite an improvement in my skin texture and the softening of my wrinkles, each day I couldn't wait to look in the mirror to see the improvement in my skin.Even though I had my plasma fibroblast done a few months ago, I believe my skin is still looking better, so I am very happy with my results. Mina and her staff are professionals whose first concern is the client. I've been enjoying the benefits of Mina's expertise for over 15 years and have come to expect my skin to look as good as it can and many times better than I expected after a treatment. Cool Breeze treatments have kept my skin tight and minimized pore size on my nose. Hydofacials are a luxury and deeply clean and plump my face. Other treatments like fillers and Botox endure longer than expected and during all this pampering and "maintenance" I get educated about what's best for MY skin and needs - no cookie cutter approach here. Well the only negative about Allure is for a year because of Covid & them moving to a new address on Euclid Ave in upland. I did without their services for that year. I've not been without my injectable ,since Bush ran for president. That's my time marker.One evening at dinner my son looked at me & said , Mom I don't know what happened but you look really old all of a sudden! Lol although they do failed to mention the emotional connection they provide I don't remember signing up for psychotherapy, but every time I arrive I'm greeted with a warm smile and healthy hello. The times I spend here the rooms are quite peaceful there's smooth music, good AC and a relaxing bed later on I find myself spewing all my problems and emotions to them well Jamie she's the associate that helps me. As I leave they double check if everything is good and correct for the next appointment they even offer me a cup of rejuvenator which they call water lol. When I leave there I feel reborn, reboot, fresh and feeling like new me. If I can do this all over again I will it's a great experience friendly staff and you feel like a new person.
