Horrible experience, I was in so much pain after surgery. My breasts are uneven, I have terrible scars. I got capsular contracture. My nipples are an inch in difference of height of each other. The staff/nurses are rude and mean to you in the surgery center. They don't give you pain meds when you wake up from surgery. They just tell you to take your meds when you get home and wheel you out to your car moaning in pain within 30 mins after you wake up from surgery!! This is a chop shop straight out of a horror movie! Dr Park is more worried about being a celebrity than keeping up good plastic surgery! read more

Working with Dr Park was traumatizing. A year later and I am still recovering from the damage that I have to look at every single day in the mirror. I did not receive the care I should have received before and after surgery and I did not get the results he promised even though I did everything right to prep for the surgery. You'll notice they pump people in and out of his office all day, they are about quantity over quality. Which I wish I had noticed sooner I was just eager to get a lift done and it seemed he was an expert... but I was so wrong. It was all done very sloppy from the appointments to the surgery to the scars and aftercare. Really disappointed that I spent nearly 20k on this procedure that left me disfigured. This is DEVASTATING to say the least and Dr. Park has shown no compassion for the toll this is taken on my mental health and life. He offered to fix it (not for free) I'd still have to pay but I really do not feel good about letting him work on me at all ever again. Him and his staff lie to cover up their being inept. I still have to wear a brace at night when I sleep because of the pain. My surgery was with Dr Cheah and I had chin liposuction to help with my double chin and define my jawline. I had my surgery 2 months ago and I wanted to wait until swelling and bruising went down so I could give an honest review. Bruising was minimal, a couple of purple welts, nothing too crazy. Swelling lasted a couple of weeks but I was able to go back to work without anyone really noticing. After 1 month is when I really noticed my results. I am no longer self conscious about my side profile. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! I am so pleased with my results. 10/10 from walking in and meeting receptionist Natalie and now almost 6 weeks post op. As a surgeon Dr. Park is very knowledgeable, caring. He took to the time to ask about my lifestyle to see what size breast implant would work for me and asked about kids and future plans. Yancy didn't pressure me during the consultation and provided a lot of information regarding the process. The experience with Yancy and Dr. Park is what sold my husband and I to go with the office. Pre op nurse Maria was so kind and made me feel comfortable taking pre-op pics. Surgery center nurses were amazing and also took the time to make me feel comfortable, the anesthesiologist Eric was so sweet. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I felt completely railroaded by this doctor. I spent 60 days researching and clearly articulating what I wanted - laying it out in a document with pictures. I'm a teacher and a fitness instructor. I clearly stated my desire was not to "increase in size, but restore my body to pre-pregnancy status." He asked if I was "sure? Most women regret not going bigger." I told him that was NOT me. However, he chose 650CC implants (second largest on the market) leaping me from C/D to completely unmanageable F+ cups. Details follow: At the end of my Pre-Op, I did not get confirmation on CC's (nor have it explained to me) or feel any samples, see bra sizes, or anything like that. I thought my clearly stated document stated everything. As I was running my credit card, the nurse ran after me to sign my acknowledgment of size, but it was rushed and I did not have time to read the details. I did not go home with any of that paperwork, either. Day of surgery, Dr. and team FAILED to keep my printed document with wish pics/verbiage I made for pre-op and had to make a split decision ON A NURSE'S CELL PHONE directly before surgery! I did not feel comfortable about that, but I was already marked up with a pen and about to go on the table. In hindsight I should have stopped the surgery and asked WTF am I doing picking options off a cell phone while you are prepping me for surgery? But I was too intimidated and was trusting that a Stanford trained doctor would have adequately reviewed my input and would deliver what I wanted. Post-op, I remarked how huge they were, but they said it was swelling. I trusted this assessment and gave it some time. At this point, I researched 650CC on my implant card and was SHOCKED to see the actual size, plus my own flesh-- HUGE. Two months later, the size still huge, uncomfortable, and impactful to my work, I came into his office, hysterical because after almost three months, they were still gigantic. My body could not support the large size he put in, I now have a double bubble. His response to me was combative, rude, dismissive, and told me to "calm down, stop crying!" while he said to "give it time" and I was "wrong". The patient care coordinator, Frances had to rub my back while he was berating me in office. She stayed after to tell me he was operating in a "doctor" mode and that she would talk to him. She also told me to reach out to her and express any concerns so she could prepare him. After that meeting, I trusted my instinct and went to two national board certified plastic surgeons for their opinions. BOTH doctor's jaws dropped and said the size was too big, especially for an initial augmentation. They even remarked that the scarring from the tummy tuck looked "bad" and noted the lateral lines were unsightly and that there were "dog ears" on the sides (I have pictures of one side of my hip skin is larger than the other). After coming in to get a stitch removed (that they left in for 88 days) I emailed him expressing my disappointment and concern for his value judgement on my surgery. He responded to come in and speak with him. A few weeks later, I met with Dr. Park and patient care coordinator, Frances. Dr. Park had a complete change of demeanor and apologized for how he acted "unlike a human" in our last exchange. I thanked him and reiterated my email. He offered to fix it himself-- I politely declined, stating I had lost confidence in his abilities to operate with my specifications in mind. How could you go back to a doctor who disregarded your feelings about your own body? I have to go to another surgeon (to have an internal/external lift, which means more scarring) and his value judgement in selecting such large implants when I stated I didn't want to go "up in size"! I am in pain from bras. My back hurts. I cannot return to work as a fitness instructor because I cannot teach with proper form with such large breasts. I am insecure to enter a classroom of teenage boys with these extremely large, painful breasts that I did not choose. I spent a ton of money and my life is hell. I feel like I've had my body hijacked. I want to inform women to be careful and explicitly clear in the planning process if you decide to go here. read more

When I started looking into getting my plastic surgery I instantly knew I wanted Dr. Park. However after my call the team convinced me to go with one of their other surgeons Dr. Leong. I received a lift, breast implants, and lipo on my stomach. One of my breast was larger than the other and I wanted a smaller waist. Well what I got was the other breast bigger than the other and not a huge difference in my lipo. Dr. Leong asked me if I had work done before (no) because she struggled with the lipo. Also, I received my surgery right before the lockdown. I was really scared because on all of their social media they said they were closing the office. Come to find out they were operating and no one every called to check and see how I was doing with my surgery. I had to message the Dr on instagram and tell her I had a huge hole under my breast and needed it to get taken care of. I felt like because they were done and paid they didn't even care about how I was doing. That pissed me off. To top it off, I have lost feeling in both of my nipples, I knew that was a possibility, but she didn't even put them back on correctly because the scars don't line up. I can't speak for Dr. Park, but his team did encourage me to go with the other surgeon. I initially reached out inquiring a consult and was met with Frances, the patient coordinator, who was extremely responsive (with my million questions :) ) and worked with my schedule, as I traveled 2 hours to their beautiful office.
