In my surgery scarf there was plastic and the tread did not seem to be likely to be dissolve. It was hurting me and causing me pain and bleeding. This is for their PRE-op practice. I contacted Sono for Mrs. Yelper. Got an appointment, and in the next 3 or 4 days got several email + several texts and a phone call to confirm the appointment. I thought wow they are serious about the appointment...must be because the doctor's time is precious. So Mrs. Yelper and I took off work, arrived early, and filled out the forms, out of respect for their time. 1 hour later the waiting room was empty after 6 or 7 people were called in, no one spoke with us, the staff sat there and ignored us. We were totally forgotten and ignored. Hey we are not asking for free service, we are here to pay $4k - $5k for something and we get IGNORED. After an hour we left. NOT going back. If this is how we are treated before the service, we are NOT risking the same treatment after the service. Goodbye Sono Hello CoolSculpting. read more

I received the AbEX procedure from the Beverly Hills office and, after seven months of complaining about a huge dent in my right side, I was told by Dr. Tsu that it was my fault for not additionally getting my hips done! At my initial consultation, my hips were not recommended to me. The office manager was very rude, I was in tears, and felt no recourse after being told that it would take an additional $2400 to fix the problem they created! After speaking with a representative over the phone, I agreed to come to a consultation at Sono Bello in Ontario. I was examined by Dr. Javan who listened to my complaints and determined that too much fat was liposuctioned out of my right side, leaving the dent. After some back-and-forth with the office manager, they agreed to fix the problem created by the Beverly Hills office at no charge to me! From start to finish, my experience at the Ontario office was very pleasant and reassuring and I am now completely satisfied with my procedure. I would recommend the Ontario office, but definitely stay away from the Beverly Hills office! After a barrage of emails, calls & texts, I made a feee consultation appt. I was ignored when I walked in the door, waited 40 minutes after my appt time to finally get called. The 'rep' was a 20 something year old, inappropriately dressed with an attitude. After a few minutes of discussion I realized I was wasting my time (and hers) and her response was, 'I get paid anyways'. Then she told me that the service I wanted - which is clearly shown on their website that they perform - that they don't do that service there - I'd have to go to a cosmetic surgeon. So I said okay I'm outa here. She said 'well I hope you have a better rest of your day'. To which I thought, my day was just fine till I walked in your doors. And I left. So I'm left to wonder if their administrative/intake staff is so poorly run, how's their actually 'provider of services' staff. August 22nd, I returned back to the Ontario office for an appointment with Dr. Ghisletta,regarding my dissatisfaction with the original procedure received in December of 2023, at the BH location with Dr.Tsu.Then revisions at the Ontario location in December 2024 with Dr. Javan. To find out that I should have received An AbX. And it was stated on my intact by Mary, I'm not sure why it wasn't done. This is the reason for my dissatisfaction with the outcome of my procedure. I'm currently waiting to hear back from Adrianna and the office manager regarding what Dr. G has recommended. Dr. G was very informative, spoke in lamen terms that your able to understand precisely what she's explaining to you. With all that said what should have been done was the AbX, and Waist X which is something they do now. But with that being said I'm expected to pay an additional 9 thousand plus dollars, for the correction. Which I feel I shouldn't have to pay. What needs to be done when us patients go into Sono Bello for the initial consultation there sould be a Dr. In the office so they can explain what needs to be done to your body to get the results your looking for. Then the sales representative or the person over that part can give you the price of the procedure. Then it's up to the patient if they choose to go thru with the procedure. Not for the patient to have to come back for revisions and pay more money for something that should have been done. I'm so unhappy with my body I don't like getting undressed in front of my man. Because of how my body looks n now with the loose and saggy skin. Dr. G advise once this is done I'll have the look I want. I'm patiently waiting for my response and I'll keep you posted on what happens next. This experience has not been a very good one. At times I feel that I should have left well enough alone. Dr. Javan was so professional and kind! She made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She did a beautiful job with her impeccable liposuction on my stomach. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with another doctor who refused to do it after I had already paid so I had to do a different area. Thankfully, she was there to save the day. I was so happy that I took a chance and got the liposuction done in spite of the loose skin that the other doctor told me I would have if I didn't get a tummy tuck that would leave a huge scar and cost me almost another $5000. Ironically, there is not any more loose skin than there was when I initially started, which was barely anything. So, needless to say, everything turned out beautiful, and I I finally got my curves and flat stomach back again after years of having a jelly belly! Lol Also, I am so glad that I didn't give up because of one doctor's opinion, not facts. Nobody can predict what is gonna happen with the skin on the stomach. I'm 3 weeks post op from my procedure and still a bit sore, skin feels as if it's burning and stretching. Took me a week to feel more mobile but still couldn't go back to work. Dr. Javan did call me and that was very nice, if I return for another procedure will be sure to choose her again. With all this crazy swelling and tingling it was addressed at my first post op appointment and it's normal, the nurse showed me photos and I look a lot slimmer. She advised me to keep wearing garment and at this point I need a smaller size now. I had the most amazing pro-op visit with Dr. Ghisletta. She was very informative and took the time to address my concerns. She made sure I had my perceptions filled with due diligence. The morning of my procedure, she came to check on me and made me feel very confortable by answering any questions I had. While I was having my procedure done, she made me feel very comfortable, and kept engaging in conversation with me making me feel good and informing me of our our progress. She even made me laugh a few times while she did her thing. I have nothing but great things say about Dr. Ghisletta. I loved her and would use her again and again if I had to but hope not to hahaha. AB-Ex dont go there worst experience ever. I should've known something was going to be wrong they was to desperate to get me an appointment and get my money I had the procedure done a year ago I had my consultation and pre op done on the same day on a Friday, we never meet before . I know now I was suppose to have my doctor give consent and have bloodwork done . I went there answered Dr.G questions had surgery on Monday after surgery for a hole year they kept telling me I'm just swollen I look worse than when I went I have long scare across my stomach my belly button was moved and is too small. I thought the way Dr. G was working on me like a butcher I was going to come out fine wrong. My stomach look like a smile with ears and a side pouch which they said is scare tissue I got a second opinion the second opinion Dr said they messed up and needed to say something. After charging me $17,000 they said they can fix it for another $10,000. I asked for at least half my money back they said no the results are not guaranteed. read more

I had my surgery on march 24 th 2025. I wanted to get my neck done but the dr was steering me away from that because she kept saying I should get skin removal instead. Dr ghrisletta was so rude and during surgery I felt a lot of pain and I moved my leg a little and she told me if I moved again she was going to stop the procedure. She said that to me twice. I was having such bad pain. Because I was groaning she told the nurse to turn the radio up because I was distracting her with my moaning in pain that I should not have been feeling. My daughter called her because I was getting a fever so she called the number and the dr said this dr ghrisletta at home. And she was very rude. They sent out an email for a review and I told them how I felt and what happened. Bri called me and I told her everything she said she was going to have Maranda call me for sure by the end of the day. Never called. I called them and they took a message to have them call me and still have not received a call. It's hard to lay on my sides because of the pain I am still having 5 months later. If I could I would give it 0 stars. This has to be the Worst experience ever , staff lies to you from the start . And the person selling you the plan, is just there to collect your money . She will not be honest from the start. Once you give a downpayment that's it. No refund, even though still no work has been done to your body. Once you see the doctor the doctor will tell you what you exactly need done to your body and the price will just increase. For some reason the sales lady won't tell you what you will be needing from the start. My wife surgery increase an additional $2,000+ . And if she didn't pay it the surgery would be lost, she wouldn't even be able to recibe her $4,000 back that she had paid for the Dow payment. The surgery experience was just as bad. She felt everything to the point she told them to Stop!!.. she was in pain, and what did they do?,.. they called in more staff to tie her wrist and hold down her hand. Don't believe them when they say you won't feel it. After I arrive the staff tells me there was issue with your wife surgery but the Lovely staff here held her hand through the procedure... Ya not quite what happened! My wife told me after what had really happened and how she felt everything. You are way better off going to Guadalajara Mexico. At least there you will get your whole body done for the $12,000 . Not just a lipo and a tummy tuck. Overall worst experience ever. I don't even know where to start but I can tell you from my consult with Miranda to my procedure yesterday I've been amazed. I needed to get the weight off my bad knees so I chose to be aggressive on my thighs, everyone from checking me in to wheeling me out to go home were amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to Dr. Ashraf, she is absolutely amazing! Her nurse Elizabeth was so calming and professional. She walked me through everything she was doing prior to doing it. I'm on my first day after my procedure and although being a little sore I am up walking with no pain. I can't believe I'm sitting here and walking around pain free! I am very blessed to be part of the Sono Bello family. I had seen a lot of advertisements over Facebook and commercials on TV about Sone Bello opportunities. I've been struggling with my weight and excess fat for over 10 years. I was in a very bad car accident 15 years ago and it's been very difficult to get rid of the weight with the immense pain that I was in due to my accident. I decided to schedule the consultation the day before my 40th birthday. I was very nervous and concerned if it was the right step for me and as well the price. I have tried diet, exercise, and diet pills to try and control my weight. I finally took a step in the right direction to take care of my Health and Longevity. Going into the consultation meeting my husband was there as my support system when we met Lisa. She was very excited and showed me all the options that were possible for me. I have been dealing with this like I said for 10 years, so I was wearing and ready to go. My husband is the one that keeps me grounded to look at all the different options. So that we could come up with all angles to make sure this was the right step for me especially when we were given the price. We were able to find the finances and schedule the first of three surgeries within 2 weeks of the consultation. Due to my BMI levels and weight the surgery had to be in three parts for the eight different areas that I was getting treated. I had less than a week and a half to get to my doctor, get blood work, and get the okay to be able to have the first procedure completed. The first procedure was my lower bra roll, waste, hips, outer thighs. Two weeks after that I did my upper abs lower abs pubic and Apex skin removal. Two weeks after that I did the final stage of upper arms and inner thighs. I had an amazing team throughout the entire process from the ladies at the front desk Sara and Kara that checked me in with a smile. My amazing RN Julia who always has a smile to my nurse that had stayed with me the entire way through the three procedures my amazing surgeon, Dr Ghisletta as well as all three of my nurses: Anabel, Ariana, and Bernice, took care of me before and after every procedure. Recovery from each surgery had its own ups and downs. The team took very good care of me, as well as my support system at home consisting of my parents and my husband and my best friend. Without this team outside of Sono Bello I wouldn't have been able to go through this rigorous set of surgeries. What the commercials do not tell you is that the struggle it takes on your mind and body goes through during recovery. The pain throughout the month of recovery is worth the results that I have today. I am down 30 lb and almost three dress sizes. I'm only in the second month of recovery throughout the three surgeries and I'm able to go back to work. I'm able to be on light duty, walk around and going back to teaching. I do not have the excess fat weighing me down, I feel lighter and I can't stop staring at the mirror with an actual smile on my face. Scales do not scare or upset me anymore. From the beginning the staff were caring and informative, helping (not pressuring) me to make decisions about my procedure, giving me options and information about those options.
