I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the outcome of my breast implant revision surgery performed by Dr. Michael Jazayeri. Following the procedure, I have been left with significant asymmetry--my right breast is noticeably larger and firm, and my left breast has developed a visible deformity ("bubble"). Despite following all post-operative instructions and attempting non-surgical treatments, these issues remain unresolved. During my follow-up, I was informed that a corrective surgery would be performed at no charge, and I was directed to schedule accordingly. I proceeded based on that understanding. I have now been told by Javier that I am expected to pay again, which directly contradicts what was previously communicated. He wasn't pushy about me having a procedure my surgeon I've had for the last 5years was attempting to have me move forward with. I was referred to Louis R Mandris by a friend who seemingly looked great, but after 6 months when I went back to that friend and shared my experience with her she told me she has a slight double bubble but assumed it was her fault because she told him she wouldn't wear the shoelaces. Ladies, having a double bubble isn't normal a normal result. Definitely don't recommend a dr who has left you with one. Searching The medical board of California and finding nothing, know that is a false sense of security as Louis R Mandris and the anesthesiologist Nancy Mink are involved in a devastating lawsuit since 2018 which involves loss of eye sight, ability of speak and severe brain damage. I signed up for tummy tuck and breast augmentation thru armpit. What I received was a botched disaster. Louis R Mandris did not complete the muscle repair for my tummy tuck, my belly button is crooked and off center, I have 4" scars in my armpit rather than 'about 1" scar' because of the 650cc monsters he forced into my body. I scoured the internet to find someone with breast similar to how bad mine looked and found nothing comparable. My cliff notes version of my experience: My first post op visit Louis R Mandris greeted me by saying,"Well, I saw this perfect little body in front of me and it just needed the boobies to match, so we threw in some 650's." One nurse scolded,"Dr!" As I said,"What?" Louis R Mandris quickly chided,"Anything less than 650 would've been a terrible result." His 2 nurses then exclaimed how great my boobies looked when we removed the bra(poor quality, to boot). Louis R Mandris then said,"You've got a bit of a double bubble on the right side, but that should massage out in a few days." At this point there was nothing I could do but trust the years of experience and the expertise I was told Louis R Mandris had. My next appt I was greeted with,"Let's check out your frankenboobs." & "yeah, that looks pretty ugly. Let's hope it rubs out, just keep massaging them." My next appt after Louis R Mandris ripped out my drains & I was nearly passing out from the pain, Louis R Mandris said,"Girl, we need to get you some Botox in that forehead." This same appt I was given the shoestrings for when the breast fold is lowered, which I was also told wasn't necessary with the amount of skin I had available-but Louis R Mandris did lower my breast fold to fit the monstrous implants Dr. Mandris forced into my body. See photo 3 for scarring that developed. When I consistently brought up during my appts the bulging above my newly crooked belly button, Louis R Mandris would reply with,"The swelling can take up to a year to subside." At one appt, Dr. Louis R Mandris ignored my questioning and brought a nurse in to show her how well my scar had healed so as to change the subject and move on. Upon receiving the surgeons report, this was just another lie of Louis R Mandris, as Louis R Mandris states muscle repair wasn't done and was never part of the plan. Muscle repair was the reason and whole point for the tummy tuck, it was not only discussed, it was in the paperwork I signed. I could continue, but this is the cliff notes, not the novel. I see a lot of women on here commenting how awful Louis R Mandris is, but the staff is nice....this staff is just as guilty as the dr. Please stop trying to rectify the hugely horrendous 'services' being delivered by this office in this manner. You owe them nothing. Louis R Mandris, his nurses Nikki(sp) Mary Lou or Marlene(Sp), Nichole or Nicole Simms the consultant, they're all at fault. They all know what is happening within the office but all will lie straight to your face telling you everything looks amazing and normal when they know damn well the grave mistakes and tragedies and humiliation Louis R Mandris is at fault for. Louis R Mandris' victims who've been brave enough to stand up and share their humiliating experience on here, find the mental anguish from him doesn't stop as he comes onto Yelp labeling himself as John Q and attacks and bullies them again. Louis R Mandris, his staff, this company and office are a disgusting group. If you've had any type of services from them, and you've been treated poorly or left with unsatisfactory results but feel it can't be legally handled for one reason or another, you aren't alone and you aren't helpless. You can submit a complaint to the Medical Board of California. Yes, it's extra work on our part, but as a victim of Louis R Mandris, it needs to be done to help prevent Louis R Mandris from victimizing anyone else. Don't sit in silence. Came here for my best friend's breast augmentation consultation. We have been to several consultations before ultimately choosing, Beverly Hills Physicians. It was an easy choice. Only one other consultation was with the actual surgeon performing the surgery. But that doctor was more interested in upselling on all the different surgeries that he thought my friend "needed". My friend was already very nervous about just getting the breasts done, she didn't need the added pressure/aggravation of all the other surgeries she "needs". Dr. Mandris and his team, made my friend feel comfortable and well cared for. One of the reasons why we chose BHP, is because Dr. Mandris, met with us at all our consultations, and practically held her hand. He also, wanted her to come once a week to him, to see the progress. Most doctors do the surgery and then hands you off to their "assistant" to do the follow ups. And he wasn't trying to sell her something she didn't come in for. Dr. Mandris, is also one of the leading doctors in plastic surgery. He explained to us, about all that goes into the surgery and the healing process. That's when he mentioned different procedures that he had pioneered, one of which, was making a pocket for the breast to lay more naturally, for a more desirable look. What a great contribution! I got botched and when I confronted the docs they said it would take time For the implants to settle almost 2 years now they said that they did a Horrible job and that I would have to pay for them to get fix it!!! Stay away from this place, especially Dr. Mandris. He botched my mom's facelift--she had unevenness on one side. He tells her she can come back to get it "fixed". He basically does a 2nd necklift. She has big and visible, painful scars both in the front and back of her ear, and there is still some unevenness, and he tells her "all faces are uneven." Worst of all, he tells her she can exercise after only 2 weeks! Of course, my mom does not google this information and just listens to him (if you google, all doctos say 6 weeks), exercises, sweats, and gets an infection. She goes there on a Saturday, where another doctor says "I tell my patients not to exercise for at least 6 weeks because sweat is full of bacteria". Like this is not enough, while her infection has not even fully cleared up, he tells her it's OK to dye her hair only after 3 weeks. Again, I Google this, and all the websites say you should wait minimum 4 weeks, preferably 6. So I had to convince my mom that she should not dye her hair when she has open scars and a possible infection. This doctor is callous and does not have common sense. Furthermore, I do not think he is skilled. I would not recommend him. I talked to him, and told him that his advice lead to an infection for one of his patients, and that one of his own colleagues gave the opposite advice, and he says "oh, it seems like you know more about this than I do". He didn't even remember when she had the surgery. He says: "hasn't it been 4 weeks? " I'm like no it has been only 3. So he is telling patients do whatever you want without even checking how long ago they had surgery? He was unwilling to admit that his idiotic advice that exercise is OK after only 2 weeks led to an infection. Furthermore, he says "I am not gonna tell my patient not to exercise or dye their hair". Really? so who is supposed to do it? Isn't it your responsbility to tell your patient to be cautious? His attitude was of total indifference to ensuring that his patients have safe and positive outcomes. For post op, I guess he just tells them "do whatever you want." He has no sense of caution or care about patients' safety, and yes, there is more logical and useful advice on post op from simple google searches on facelifts than from him. He is reckless, and irresponsbile, and his own colleagues advice from the same office goes against his, so maybe they need to have a meeting on how to ensure patient safety. Very very happy with gastric sleeve baratric surgery and hiatal hernia repair by Dr. Misra. I've lost 66 lbs since Dec. 31 and am still losing. This was a very very low pain surgery with quick recovery and excellent results. No complications to date either. I highly recommend Dr. Misra! Like many I was super excited for a breast augmentation that I had saved up for many years. I decided that I would go to Beverly Hills Physicians since I always hear about them on the radio. I read reviews on doctors on their website to pick who I wanted my consultation to be with. I filled out the form online, received a call for a consultation and an appointment with Dr. Mandris. I went to my consultation, which was an exciting day, well I'm there they take you to a room ask if you've had any other consults, I say no so they give me this price of about 7,500 and then I mention I don't want Silicone, I want Saline and the price goes to 6,400 dollars. They were aware I was paying cash; you then go sit out in the lobby wait for doctor then you meet him. We discuss the procedures he was a very jokey doctor but I didn't think anything of it. We are discussing the needs for the breast augmentation I ask if a lift is needed and he says no. So after trying the boobs he says bring a picture of what you want them to look like and I will do that. I than go back to the room with Nichole who is whispering cause her throat was having problems we close the deal I give them the money and the appointment is set. I then do as I am told go for pre op than follow all directions day before surgery. I then meet with the doctor the day of surgery with my pictures I tell him I want no bigger than 420cc. I wake up from surgery and I am told that I had 540 cc put inside of me. I was to be honest surprised at how big he had went with but since they were bandaged I could not see them to say anything. My family brings me home I then rest and the next morning have a follow up appointment. I go he sends me home and than I text him cause under the right breast is redish I go in he says its nothing. So I think hmm I guess I'm seeing things. It took about 3 appointments for him after surgery to actually tell me he left me with a double bubble on my right boob. This was so ugly I was so mad that someone could do such terrible work but he kept saying that keep wrapping it and it'll go away. I do as I am told and it doesn't seem to be getting better. He than says if it doesn't go away on its own he will have to do another surgery to fix it. Then he has me try putting a shoe lace around my neck going round the middle of my chest saying that one of his patients was trying that to fix her double bubble and I'm thinking its crazy how another patient of his was going through the same problem. When you think it couldn't get worse I also had hardening of the right breast after doing massages etc the boob got hard very hard. He then puts me on a medication call singular which is a black label medication. Not knowing any better I take the medication I also take vitamin E like he suggests and nothing is helping. I get extremely discouraged because I have a really hard boob and a double bubble. He makes a joke at least they look good in the bra for sure that is not what I wanted to hear. 6,500 dollars later and its a disaster job. So I was about to buy the warranty when I go online it asks for implant info it turns out after surgery I was supposed to receive a card with implant info the type, size, and serial number which I did not receive. Well then I look up double bubble and on the Beverly Hills Physician website says "This Breast Augmentation Surgery - Double Bubble Correction Patient is a 23 year old female had breast augmentation by a different surgeon. Consults Dr. Jarrah-Nejad for deformity. This condition is called "Double Bubble" deformity. It is result of implant displacement and violation of the infra-mammary fold.* This patient had a previous "bargain or cheap" breast augmentation surgery by an inexperienced surgeon at another location. As depicted, the outcome was severe deformity and asymmetry.* The implant descends lower than the natural fold. The deformity was successfully corrected by Dr. Jarrah-Nejad, a double board-certified plastic surgeon, by recreating the infra-mammary fold and capsulorrhaphy.* Procedure performed by Dr. Payam JarrahnejadMD, FACS, Double Board Certified Plastic Surgeon After reading this I am like wow even they say that leaving a patient with a double bubble is a bargain or cheap job and inexperienced doctors. I begin to question all the work done in this facility I clearly have a hard boob, double bubble and after all that was for sure not going to let them touch me again. I had an understanding my doctor had 23 years experience but after that job that was done I'm not too sure. We called to speak with Javier but of course he is going to do anything to not agree with the patient. So the best I can do is hope that I open others eyes to poor breast augmentation jobs.
