I made my consultation had my appointment. Meet Dr. Andreasen n his team which they are all great...made me feel good the energy in The office was awesome. I knew after I had my consultation with Dr. Andreasen he was the one I was going to have do my breast augmentation replacement. He listen to what I wanted and what my concerns were not once did he try to tell me other wise. The communication was great over all from The receptionist, Shelby, Nola and Grace are AMAZING they helped me with everything they made me feel at ease. If I would leave a message they would call me right back and have an answer for me. I pulled the trigger and had my surgery early this Month. I was super nervous. I walked in with my husband waited for a couple of minutes to get checked in they gave my husband instructions he left and they took me back explained everything made me feel great and positive. My overall experience was just AMAZING everything went great. My recovery is going well did not need to take any of my pain killers. Had my post op and I am Very pleased with EVERYTHING!

I began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) through the wellness side of Li Surgery in November, with a scheduled follow-up in February for pellet reinsertion. In January, I also enrolled in an additional 3-month program, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for the same February date. On the day of my appointment, I received a call informing me that the wellness center was closing effective immediately. This left me scrambling to find a new HRT provider, which is already a stressful and time-sensitive process. I reached out regarding a refund for the 3-month program I had just started in January. After multiple emails and calls with no response, I was eventually told I would not receive a refund because I had received medication. However, I was only provided a 30-day vial for what was supposed to be a 90-day program. I did not receive additional refills, nor did I receive the follow-up visits that were included in the program services that were canceled by the clinic, not by me. Additionally, the original flyer clearly stated that if the treatment was not a good fit or did not work, a full refund would be issued. Despite this, I have still not received any refund or resolution. Prior to this situation, my experience was positive, staff were friendly and the clinic appeared professional. Unfortunately, the way this closure and billing issue have been handled has been extremely disappointing and has left me without both care and accountability. I hope the office takes responsibility and works toward a fair resolution.

I say surgeries because his staff left sutures in me by accident and they got infected! Two weeks after they removed the sutures you could literally see inside my breast tissue as the wound opened up! I came back to Dr Park because I was so happy with my first surgeries with him as he fixed my capsular contracture. This time 10 years later I came back for a down size in implants and a lollipop lift. When I had my scheduled surgery they were running behind so I had to wait for hours even though my surgery time was very early before sun came up o'clock! They still hooked me up to an IV and left me sitting there alone for so long my IV bag went empty! I had to pee so bad because I took the whole IV bag, so I had to call from the bed on my cell phone to the front office because no one was coming to help me. It was awful! Finally a nurse came back and change my IV bag and let me go pee. Then they brought out the patient they were working on, they woke her up, she was in so much pain and moaning, asking for something for the pain and they told her to take the pain meds when she got home. Five minutes later a door opened and she went home. That was a omen for my future self! This was Two hours after I was told to be there for my surgery, they finally took me back after that patient left. It was frightening because they had me walk to the surgery room dragging my IV port, and see all the tools they were going to use. It seemed so unprofessional and not like the first time I had surgery there years ago. I was hooked up and cried myself into a medicated sleep, never seeing Dr. Park! I don't even know if he's the one who actually did my surgery because he wasn't in the room. Maybe that is why he didn't put back in the 'Stratice' that kept me from getting the capsular contracture in my first surgery with him. To pick up where I left off, the worst experience having surgery in my life! Just like the girl before me, I woke up in so much pain and nauseous! I told the girl I'm feeling very nauseous and within seconds, with no warning she stabbed me in my arm with a needle to give me nauseous medicine! Wtf did she not give that to me and my IV?! My prior surgeries I've had they always give it to you either before via a patch that goes behind your ear which they didn't do here, or they usually give it to you via the IV when they know you get nauseous from anesthesia. That was extremely painful she didn't say anything about it just stab me in my arm and it hurt for days afterwards. They didn't give me any pain medication like the girl before told me to take it when I get home which is crazy because usually like I said before in other surgeries they usually give you pain meds through the IV so you aren't an excruciating pain when you wake up. I never saw Dr Park on my surgery today that was very suspect. The surgery ended up being a flop my breasts were deformed there was skin hanging from one side he moved my nipples but forgot a piece of my nipple so I have two nipples on one breast, the other one my nipple is much lower than my other breast and much higher than the other one they're completely deformed he wanted me to have another surgery a third surgery, and wanted to charge me $10,000 to fix his mistakes! No thanks, I'm now researching other doctors to fix his botched work. I think Dr Park is too busy with his radio show and trying to be famous that he's completely forgot the whole purpose was to do quality plastic surgery! He completely forgot to put the stratice back in which was keeping me from having capsular contracture. It's been a year now and my breasts have started capsulating again. When I had my post-op I asked Dr Park if he put the stratice back in and he looked at me with a blank face like oh s*** look on his face, and said no and played it off that I got the "gummy bear" implants so it shouldn't be a problem. Yadda yadda yadda. Lo and behold now my breasts are capsulating again. So I'll be going in for a 7th surgery I won't be going back to Dr Park ever again that's for sure! The nurses are terribly rude when Dr Park isn't around. Not sure if he knows this. They all act like they don't need your business. So, they got their wish. They won't be getting my business and I hope you think twice about going to this chop shop!!!

From the very first consultation to my recovery, Dr. Ku and his team have been nothing but professional, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. At 41 years old, I feel like my life has just begun since my surgery. My only regret? That I didn't find Dr. Ku YEARS AGO! The results are beyond what I could have imagined -- I feel and look absolutely amazing. Not only has my confidence skyrocketed, but I feel lighter, healthier, and more comfortable in my own body than I ever thought possible. Dr. Ku is a true artist and a perfectionist in the best way. He listened to all of my concerns, answered every question with patience, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. His bedside manner is warm and reassuring, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. If you are even thinking about a breast reduction -- stop waiting. Don't put it off like I did. Schedule your consultation with Dr. Ku TODAY. You will not only be in the best hands, but you'll be giving yourself the gift of a brand new chapter in life. Dr. Ku, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me my confidence, my comfort, and my life back.

Summary: I regret…read morechoosing Dr Ku to perform my tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) and two separate arm lifts (bracheoplasty). I definitely don't recommend Dr Ku for those procedures. I'm unhappy with the results, detailed below. Details: First in 2022, I had a tummy tuck and an arm lift, both during the same surgery. Tummy Tuck Results: The left and right sides of my stomach didn't match. The stitches were tighter on the left end of the incision, creating a muffin-top effect only on that side. Arm Lift Results: My arms didn't match either. My left arm was itself unevenly proportioned, and it was larger than the right arm. (See photos) At post-op visits, I mentioned these concerns. Dr. Ku repeatedly responded by saying "the body is not naturally symmetrical". I felt like I was being dismissed. In my opinion, it's fair to expect matching arms after plastic surgery. If I were getting breast augmentation, I would absolutely expect my left and right breasts to reasonably match. I expected my arms to reasonably match. About a year later, I paid Dr Ku for a revision surgery. I had another arm lift. And I had abdominal liposuction to blend and smooth things out. The results: My arms still don't match. Also, the second surgery created a new fold on the back of my left arm near the armpit. Dr. Ku said the section had been "over-tightened". (See photo) Worst of all, now I have a very noticeable dog ear on my right elbow. A dog ear is an excess of skin and fatty tissue that pokes out at the end of the stitches. It's very embarrassing to me, I feel like it calls more attention to the scar. (See photos) Dr Ku said that in order to correct the dog ear, he will have to extend the scar further down past my elbow. So that would mean no chance of hiding the scar under short sleeves, which is very upsetting. First, he estimated that he could do the dog ear correction under a local anesthetic for a "few hundred". Later, after he saw the fold on my other arm, he said it would be fully another revision surgery. Well, I just couldn't afford a third surgery at that time. Call me crazy, but I had not anticipated needing two revision surgeries. I asked for an extension on his revision price policy, but Dr Ku said no. I could not understand the issue with giving me more time. We were already two years into this. I had been very patient with him! And I had tried so hard to stay positive! The whole situation felt very unfair to me at that point. I realized it was a bad idea to consider a third surgery with Dr. Ku. I was just blinded by the revision price. Fast forward to now: I seriously regret the arm lifts. Now, my arms are scarred, plus they don't match. I've been wearing long sleeves for three years, even in triple degree summer heat waves. I'm just so embarrassed. And I don't even know when I can afford another surgeon. I wasted so much money, time, risk, stress. Don't risk throwing away your dream surgery. Just choose another surgeon. Two stars because the staff is great, and the facility is nice. I felt safe having surgery there.

I was able to go through my insurance with Pomona Valley Medical Center and blue shield trip and it was such a smooth and quick process for me getting approval. I had 2 consultations with Dr. Wali, the first in late April and the second June 19th where he said I was ready to proceed with the procedure. I originally was not ready the first consultation because I had just stopped breastfeeding my son and he wanted to make sure I was completely dried up. Dr. Wali was amazing at explaining every detail the entire process. I was then contacted by his wonderful front office staff with a surgery date a lot quicker than I expected. His front office staff were absolutely incredible. Day of my surgery and upon Dr. Wali's arrival he explained every detail of the surgery to my husband and I and made sure we understood everything. I could not have ask for a better experience as my first major surgery not only was Dr. Wali amazing before my surgery but also after, he provides a number to contact him after surgery with any questions and I never once had to wait long for him to respond. He was always prompt with his responses and answered all questions and concerns that I had always making me feel at peace. Overall, I am so happy with my experience with Dr. Wali and his entire office, Diana and the front office ladies were a joy to work with and my results came out amazing. The molar had been bothering me for years but I finally decided to do something about it. When I had my X-ray taken, Dr. Gilbert showed me that the molar and surrounding gum tissue were infected and that my body has been fighting an active infection! I had been feeling more run-down than usual this past year I thought that it could be this molar; I was relieved to discover that I was right. I immediately scheduled a surgery date for the extraction, bone graft, and ensuing dental implant. Dr. Gilbert told me that I would feel so much better after getting the molar removed. The day arrived and I had my molar removed as a well as the bone graft. Dr. Gilbert was right, I felt so much better immediately after surgery! I didn't bleed much and didn't have much swelling. Moreover, I barely had any pain and only had to take one Motrin the first day - which I took preemptively but I probably didn't need it. About a month ago, I went back for the dental implant procedure. The X-ray showed that my bone graft was adequate and I went right into surgery. After the second surgery, I was grateful to experience a similar result as the first surgery - very little bleeding, pain, or swelling. I just went in for my 4 week follow-up and my implant healed nicely, so nicely in fact that my gums healed over the implant! I have a bone-disease similar to osteoporosis and I'm very particular about who I choose to operate on me. Dr. Gilbert presented himself as professional, confident, and most importantly capable of meeting the challenge of performing a successful dental implant procedure on me. Thank you, Dr. Gilbert!
