Not only that but they told me my procedure was minor. The minor surgery took off a huge football piece of skin on one side. I wasn't completely numb for the procedure ana felt the first cut. I began hormone replacement therapy (HRT) through the wellness side of Li Surgery in November, with a scheduled follow-up in February for pellet reinsertion. In January, I also enrolled in an additional 3-month program, with a follow-up appointment scheduled for the same February date. On the day of my appointment, I received a call informing me that the wellness center was closing effective immediately. This left me scrambling to find a new HRT provider, which is already a stressful and time-sensitive process. I reached out regarding a refund for the 3-month program I had just started in January. After multiple emails and calls with no response, I was eventually told I would not receive a refund because I had received medication. However, I was only provided a 30-day vial for what was supposed to be a 90-day program. I did not receive additional refills, nor did I receive the follow-up visits that were included in the program services that were canceled by the clinic, not by me. Additionally, the original flyer clearly stated that if the treatment was not a good fit or did not work, a full refund would be issued. Despite this, I have still not received any refund or resolution. Prior to this situation, my experience was positive, staff were friendly and the clinic appeared professional. Unfortunately, the way this closure and billing issue have been handled has been extremely disappointing and has left me without both care and accountability. Some places that offer cheap Botox per unit are using a lot of saline in their Botox, so it doesn't last as long. You are getting it weak! Make sure you ask how much part saline to Botox they are using. Nicole uses the higher Botox to saline ratio. Her prescription skin care is AMAZING!. I bought the retinol (x3) and I love it! Next time, I will try the retinol (x5) to check out the difference. First time I have ever used a cream that did what it claimed to do. Because it is by prescription through her, it is medical grade strength, a higher level than any over the counter skin care. My friend at work actually stopped me and said "what are you doing? your skin looks amazing!" First time I ever put out $75 bucks on skin care and thought it was worth it.
