DO NOT go here for Laser Tattoo Removal. (I cannot speak on their other services) First, they do not have a PicoSure laser. That is the one you want. Second, I gave this place two chances. The first visit, the nurse was very nice BUT she was clearly not trained well enough to be aiming a laser at my skin. The laser kept slipping from her hand. She also had to call someone to ask the laser settings and how to change them. The second visit, I requested the doctor complete the service thinking he would be better, but it was most definitely not. When he walked in the room, he was clearly in a rush. Did not say hello, did not ask how I was. He just grabbed my arm and starting pulling it, looking at it, and then started punching settings on the machine. I was extremely nervous now as his demeanor was not gentle or welcoming, but I stayed. He LEFT THE ROOM in the middle of laser my tattoo for minutes simply saying "one moment." Leaving my arm to start getting red and swell a little from the half he had started on. This was the worst service experience I have had. Not to mention he missed parts of the tattoo and did a half-effort job. Tattoo removal is scary and pricey. Let me tell you, go somewhere you feel confident walking in and out of. I just got my first session with SoCal Body Institute in Chino and I am beyond happy. Found this place on Groupon for a tattoo removal and absolutely loved it. I went to the Brea location and had 3 sessions so far on two small hand tattoos. Yes it is painful but she was very careful to put numbing cream on before and the cold roller on my tattoo between sections to relieve some of the sting. She always asked how I was and we talked a lot during sessions which made me feel welcome and cared about! The front desk and staff are very accommodating and communicative regarding appointments and all around very sweet! I also had a laser Genesis session which I loved. I would be back for more sessions because I could see a difference in my skin redness and tone afterward! read more

I wasn't going to review but I am compelled to share my experience so that other ppl dont have to suffer what I have. I had gone in a couple years ago to remove small sunspots on my cheeks. I will start by saying the office is nice and appeared clean. Front desk reception seemed nice enough. The young girl who was to do my procedure had me waiting for 30 min. Then took another 15-20 to get the Dr on a video call, who she said needed to give an authorized assessment of the area over the phone before she could begin, which he confirmed was a go. During treatment I smelled burnt hair and thought that was odd, as I had other treatment facilities perform the same type of treatment without the smell of burnt hair before. And since they numb your skin with a topical cream its hard to tell where exactly they are aiming the laser so I had no idea she was damaging my hairline. The other weird thing was that she had commented randomly that I had a nice hairline (why was she looking at that when she was supposed to be zapping spots on my cheeks). Come to find out when I left, I saw that the lady had lasered my entire hairline, balding the area that is supposed to be part of my forehead. It has been several years and my hair has still not grown back. I was so disappointed when I left that I wanted to file a formal complaint and possible lawsuit but then I had rationalized it was just hair, it would grow back. Turns out I was wrong. Hasn't grown back at all. Not even a little. Highly disappointing. Nobody wants to have bald spots on purpose. That is something ppl try very hard to avoid. read more

I feel horrible that I have to give such bad review!! I went to the location in Brea the front Desk was Welcoming and the manager was nice and explain their services I ended up adding extras for my IV Hydration all was going well till I was taken to the actual room to get the IV in me. To begin I got 2 nurses very nice , but it seemed that they really didn't have much experience administering IV , I allowed them to try not just once but 5 times they poke me 5 times on both hands , I had to have them stop because the pain was horrible, they went through my vein to my muscle. They poke me more then when I gave birth to my 3 kids. Never in my life have I had issues with any nurse finding my veins. I was able to get a B12 shot because he manager felt bad that they were unable to do the service. Groupon allowed me to trade my Groupon for something else which was very nice of them. I learned my lesson next time I will ask what's the experience on the person introducing the IV. This place would be greater if they had more staffed that is actually experience in doing The IV because they left me all bruise up and in a lot of pain. Not to mention on Groupon they listed 2 locations one in Upland and one in Brea . When I called to make the appointment they advised me that they don't do the IV Therapy in Upland only in Brea ! Which I feel that there was false advertising because I drove from San Bernardino to Brea to get nothing but bruises. read more

I had an appointment on a Saturday and I was driving from 60 miles away on the day of, so just to be sure I called them before heading out for my apt. I called twice and left 2 messages, nobody every responded or called me back. So I thought maybe they were even open on that day? But no one called me before to reschedule though. This review is for 20 units of Botox on my glabellar lines. I am 29 and I work outdoors so I am just beginning my Botox journey and do not have fine lines or wrinkles however I do squint A LOT due to the nature of my work. This is the second time I have gotten Botox in the last year however, this time I purchased for a lower price on Groupon. And this is where my skepticism comes in. My first 20 units of Botox at my dermatologists office in Newport, she put 5 in my upper forehead and 15 in my glabeller (11s). My forehead was totally frozen for 4 months. However! Just two weeks ago I went to this location and got 20 units ONLY in my glabeller (from the doctors recommendation there) and I can still move and frown without any freezing at all. My expectation was just to have the same reaction if not better than the first time I got Botox last year considering I put an entire 20 on my glabeller but on the contrary, I got even less results. I'm always scared to use Groupon because I hear horror stories of doctors using watered down products and claim they're real Botox from allergen. I don't think the product is pure, I don't trust this place. And I won't be going back for a follow up or the free facial they give you after you leave a review on here. Do yourself a favor, pay the full price at a non-Groupon location. read more

I originally came in thinking I'd want laser genesis, but after having my consultant with Eileen, we decided on microneedling.
