First timer! I wasn't sure what to expect. I booked an anti-inflammatory shot appointment, and when I arrived I decided that I wanted to try the IV. I was skeptical since this was my first time. I saw the reviews about feeling "energized" and "hydrated" after the IV drip. That was not my experience though. I didn't feel either of those things, but- I noticed something very strange on my drive home. Right after getting the immunity IV drip, I was driving home and realized that I could see perfectly clear! I'm talking 20/20 vision when I normally am blind as a bat!!! I have to wear my glasses to see far away. But wasn't wearing them this evening. I was SHOCKED that I could suddenly see 20/20 or close to that! It has been years since I've been able to see that clear without glasses! I have Hashimoto's which is an autoimmune disease leaving me with inflammation I can not reduce with supplements and a balanced diet. Okay it's official! I tried it and I'm a fan! I did the 3 minute cryotherapy and that shit is cold ya'll. Just when you think you can't take it...it's over. You feel better immediately after. I actually went in after I had a knot that was spasming in my thoracic spine. It hurt to drive and twist. I must have done something at the gym. Anyway I noticed the pain was reduced about 75% by the time I got home. I added a hot pack for 20 min and I was totally pain free and normal on the same day! Normally that kind of muscle Spasm would last 3-4 days. So 3 minutes of therapy and full recovery on the same Day is amazing. I will use it as a recovery method for the gym and long runs. Three stars for the amenities, but the owner isn't very friendly and doesn't know customer service. I really wanted to like this spa, the sauna is good. Gets the job done. I like that they have a TV and Netflix that you can watch. But I had a few bad experiences with booking classes. The first experience is that I booked a class and drove to the studio to find that they were having a plumbing issue so they couldn't take me. They sent me an email 1 hour prior which I didn't see, (I live 35-40 minutes away). When I got there I was disappointed, the one girl (younger one) was friendly about it. The other girl was rude and didn't even apologize. I was upset because they could have cancelled my appointment through the app and I would have been notified. Maybe they didn't know, oh well... I let it go. Life happens. I went again after this and had no issue. The younger girl remembered me and apologized again, and asked if I got my credits back. I told her yes and thanked her. But then this next time I booked an appointment, drove there to find out they were completely closed. Again I don't live close! I sent an email saying I think they forgot to turn off their available bookings for the day, explained that I drove there to find they were closed and asked for a refund on my credits. The lady replied thanks for letting us know. That's it... Not even an apology for the inconvenience!! This is now the second time that they didn't apologize. I was planning to keep going because I know things happen. But not anymore, they lost my business after this, I'll be going to a different studio from now on. read more

After carefully looking at other places that offers laser lipo, I decided to go with this facility for their reviews. The reviews didn't lie, the customer service was outstanding! The owners were very nice and made sure you were comfortable. I tried laser lipo, because I was very unhappy with my love handles. I am a fairly active person, I work out about 5-6x a week. I do weight training mostly, but my diet sucked. With the laser lipo and work outs I was able to see a difference in my abdominal area and love handles. I didn't quite follow the diet to a T, but did limit my sugar intake and did more cardio (hate cardio!). I very much recommend their facility! It feels so peaceful. read more

Referred here by Jay Campbell. Thank you my friend for introducing me to H-Bling! First of all, cryotherapy is amazing. Benefits I've experienced include: faster recovery after workout (and injury), more energy, elevated mood, more restful sleep, waking up refreshed despite less sleep. The facility is very clean and spacious. Always clean gloves and robes and large changing room. Also it's a DEDICATED cryo center and not one of those gyms that add cryo to make extra money. Great idea but bad execution - it may be cheaper, but then you have ignorant staff (cryo and health aren't their specialties), no privacy, always crowded and busy, they go cheap on the nitrogen and it doesn't get cold enough, etc. None of those are issues at H-Bling. Most importantly, the people are wonderful and knowledgeable. Susan and Monica are incredible people, who care about your well being, treat you well, and know what they're talking about. That also reflects in their staff who work for them. I bring all my friends here and recommend it to everybody because cryo has had such an incredible positive impact in my life. I sent my father in law in here for his back pain. I've been getting cryotherapy elsewhere (as I live farther away from here), so I am a believer in it. He said the people here never even asked him any health questions, they only asked if he wanted local or whole body Cryo. He is obviously an elderly gentlemen. They proceeded to give him a nasty case of frost bite, that he is still in a lot of pain for over two days later. We are bringing him to a doctor today. The person never told him what to feel for, how to tell if it's too cold, or it seems was never trained on how to do Cryo on elderly patients. He is in so much pain, and it has made his condition worse. I called to speak to a manager there, who didn't seem very interested or know how to handle this situation. She didn't ask if he was ok, and only asked if we had tried coconut oil on the burn. In our experience, this is an unprofessional establishment, and downright dangerous. They need to train their staff properly, and learn some basics about medical conditions. Personally, I am disappointed that my father-in-law, who went in looking for relief-on my recommendation-was further hurt. This place is operating dangerously and seemingly without regard for their clients and safety. They are doing cryotherapy a disservice at the least, and actively hurting clients in the process.
