I've been coming to this location since Feb/March. The girls at the front desk are so sweet. The nurses are great, nice and knowledgeable. I got a membership and it's a great way to recharge, get some skin and overall health benefits. It does get a little busy so schedule an appointment. I suffer from eczema so they helped me manage a flare up, from there I just keep coming in. It's almost strange that I haven't had a flare up in a few months. It's not gone but it's more manageable. I also lost about 7-8 pounds since I started this.... So something is working. I can nerd out on you as to why this is likely happening but I'll leave that to the professionals. I have tried other places last year but it doesn't feel the same so I come back to Hydration Room.

This is not proper protocol. When I called to report the infection, the front desk was more annoyed than sympathetic. No apology, no concern, no attempt to make it right. I don't fault the nurse personally -- I fault the management. Showing zero sympathy when a patient develops an infection from their practice says a lot about how this place is run.
