When we went we wanted to do a consultation first to see what we can get and NP Shelly assisted us and to be honest she was very nice and helpful and she was honest. We were with her for almost 2 hours asking questions, there was a lot of different things we could of done like Botox and I forgot the other name but she recommended Dysport, and I love my results. I did my forehead, crows feet, and in the middle of my eyebrows and also lifted my eyebrows up. I was also scared to get lip filler, Shelly mentioned to get a lip flip to dip our toes in aesthetics and I love the results!!! I'm definitely coming back. A lot of my friends are noticing the difference on my face and lips. Quite honestly, Ive had some not so good experiences at other places around my area in SGV because I felt like I was treated like a money customer rather than a patient. Im so glad I found her. It's worth driving so far for! Dr. Kang and her team are very organized and thorough. They listened to every concern and I had and didnt upsell me anything. No pressures at all. I was so impressed they presented with me a quotation for the recommended procedures and information for aftercare right away before I made my decision so I know what to expect. SO PROFESSIONAL! I would recommend tho that they add something like "Downtime" and "Recovery Time" on the literature I received so I know how to plan out the procedures in the future (In case skin sheds or what not after procedure so I can plan off time from work). That being said, I got one of the recommended procedures done on the same day because I know there was little downtime. Bonus! There was little to no discomfort and minimal downtime. Throughout the process, Dr. Kang was honest and never recommended anything invasive. She is incredibly patient, answered all of my questions, and took the time to clearly explain each step. On treatment day, I was honestly pretty nervous since I have a low pain tolerance. Nurse Charlotte made such a difference. Halfway through, it became pretty painful, and I asked if I could use Pronox. She immediately went to get everything ready without hesitation, then reassured me that the upper cheek area was the most sensitive part and that we were almost through it. Once I heard that, I decided to keep going without the Pronox. To me, that's how you know a nurse genuinely cares. She made my comfort the priority, supported whatever I needed in the moment, and was really encouraging the whole time. She said all the right things and made me feel so much more at ease, especially when it started getting intense. That kindness and reassurance made all the difference. My wife's skin was actually getting worse. Tamara sold her some very expensive product and hard-sell pressured her to buy more when she was still using the first batch. When it became apparent that the skin was not going to improve with that product, we tried to return the unopened batch and request something different. Not only would she not refund any of our money for the purchase we didn't even want in the first place, she blamed my wife for it not working! She refused to consider that the treatment might need to be modified. This is very poor business practice, very poor customer service, and she does not deserve to steal your hard-earned money the way she stole ours. My response to Tamara's response: your blatant mischaracterization of my message is consistent with your disrespectful treatment of my wife and does not surprise me in the least. I did not ask for money in exchange for changing a review. My beef with you is that you pressured my wife into buying something she didn't want and then you refused to allow her to return it for a refund. If you need more information to figure out which customer she was, that only proves that you have done this to others as well and is your common practice. What I said to you was that, if you were willing to reconsider allowing us to return the product for a refund, as you should have already done, I'd be willing to update the review accordingly. This is not a request of payment for a service. This is asking you to return the money you stole from us. I would report you to the better business bureau but it seems you are not a member.
