Amazing service, always clean and it's so nice to go into a sauna alone and not at a gym. I'm trying their week special for new members and will definitely be looking into a membership. It leaves me feeling so refreshed, helps relieve soreness from the gym, and o already see a difference in my skin. Such a lovely time, and I love that you have control over the color, temp, scented cool towels, and music!

I have been coming here since pre-COVID times and am finally writing my review! The first time I came by was with my class pass, and that's still how I'm doing it. Scheduling is super easy through the app. Some of the sauna rooms are singles, others are doubles. My favorite things are how the second you walk in, you're greeted with warm and friendly smiles, everything is kept so clean, and the energy you get from the place is so relaxing. I always feel guilty coming here, then I walk out feeling so at peace. You get your own timer for your session, remotes to watch tv or listen to music if you want, and a remote to adjust the chromotherapy. They also provide towels, a towel bin for when you're done, and cooling towels with essential oils!

This is exactly what I needed! I felt so great after my session I was able to bring along my sister and share the experience, we both loved it. I liked how we were able to listen to music on the TV. The staff were all so sweet, helpful & informative on what the benefits you are receiving during your session. Having your own private room really amplifies your experience I must say I enjoyed that the most.

Simply a beautiful Sauna and Cyro ( LN2) lounge SPA !! Excellent Service, professional staff and great clean facilities!!

The Best Staff and Owners are wonderful and Wellness Professionals. If you haven't tried Cryotherapy uses Liquid Nitrogen Gas to expose the skin to approximately -250 F for 3 minutes to stimulate the body's natural defenses against inflammation and pain. YOU FEEL FABULOUS

I have been reading about the benefits of infrared sauna so I did a Yelp search and this business came up. Carla was very nice to speak to on the phone and also when I visited the location for my appointment. She was friendly and explained to me how their infrared sauna room features worked. Pros: -nice aesthetic -clean -Refreshing essential oil scented cold towels - TV (that has the option to play relaxing music or movies/TV shows) and reading light available during sauna -you can change the color of the light in the sauna (I picked RED) -lots of towels available -Heat goes up to 152 degree Fahrenheit and will definitely have you breaking a sweat -Carla has great customer service -They don't pressure you into signing up for a membership or package -the double/single sauna rooms are the same price Cons: -no showers -limited locations (no locations near me) -$35 per sauna sessions and $27 per sauna session w package (not sustainable for my wallet long-term) -saunas are difficult to lay out in; I'm petite and I was just barely able to I would definitely come again because I was relaxed after and felt great but the location was too far and a bit pricey for me to buy a package.

This is a double room- single rooms are also available. TV with direcTV in every room. Each session is 40mins

I got the new member intro for 7 days *PS: hop on this steal* We were welcomed and had the best customer service every single time. It was my last session today, and Eve & Neda were the sweetest even after an encounter with a guest, which they handled very well. My bestie and I really enjoyed trying this place out. So relaxing and so helpful for recovery after our workouts. It was super clean, the service was prompt, and the staff was always helpful in answering any questions we had. We will definitely be back for more. Maybe I'll be brave enough to try cryotherapy in the future :)

We took two of our Canyon High School Varsity Softball players to get some therapy on their body as they had just come off months of softball and we loved the experience! The front seat worker (forgot her name) was GREAT. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely go back. Staff were very knowledgeable with their products and procedures.

AJ, the owner, is a cool dude...and his wife is great too. AJ is definitely a talker and very upfront with the rules, but they're simple and reasonable. As long as you listen, respect the space, and follow directions, your visit will go smoothly every time. Rinsing and washing off before and after is mandatory, which honestly just keeps the place clean and enjoyable for everyone. They're open daily Monday through Sunday, opening at 12pm and usually closing at 2am...sometimes later depending on the day and request. Walk-ins are welcome. Cash is preferred, but they do accept credit cards as well. The rooms are very intimate and relaxing. Some rooms include a sauna, and all rooms have a shower. The lighting is moody and adjustable from bright to dim. Radios with Bluetooth are available, blow dryers are provided, and they supply full body towels and washcloths. You're also allowed to drink and smoke inside the rooms. Cups and ashtrays are provided, and if you bring a drink that comes in a glass bottle, they give you a plastic container to pour it into since glassware isn't allowed in the rooms for safety reasons. It's a solid, well-maintained spot that's clearly been doing things right for a long time. I highly recommend Neptune's Lagoon and will forever book a visit here whenever I'm in the area.

It's been a long time since I've been to the K-spa or Korean spa/bathhouse…read more This was my first time at this location, which is near the Diamond Jamboree plaza. I got the body scrub and massage for $135 since it includes admission, which is normally $40. Prior to the service, they recommend you soak in the hot pool for approximately 20-30 minutes. The facility is separated with a women's and men's area, and once you enter, you pay for your admission or service, put your things into the locker, strip naked, and head to the shower area where you are required to shower before you do anything. For just the admission alone, you get access to a variety of saunas, hot and cold pools, a steam room, and a common area with heated floors for relaxation. You get a time limit of 6 hours, which is way more than enough. At my appointment time, the workers, who are dressed in black bras and panties, call out your number (which is also your locker key number) and you head to the service area. The woman scrubbed off my dead skin for 30 minutes while applying a quick 5 minute facial mask, then had me shower off and come back. Next, she applied oil all over my body and gave me a mini massage which basically just loosened a few of my knots in my shoulder and back area. It was not really relaxing, but I only care about the results. :) Then she poured some type of warm milk all over my body, and poured some into my hand to wash my face with. She also shampooed my hair at the end... and I was asked to shower off my body again. I then headed to the common area where the co-ed saunas were and tried out the Salt room, the Forest room, Ondol room, Fire Room, and Ice Room for a short period. I spent a total of about 3 hours there with the service time included. Since I was short on time, I will get another service in the future, but come earlier to use the sauna rooms first, maybe try out their on-site restaurant, then get my service at the end and go home from there. I really enjoyed this day of pampering at the Korean spa. I just wished the guests weren't all on their phones and being loud. People were having full on conversations in the common area and whispering loudly in the sauna rooms. Technology has somewhat changed the Korean spa experience for me, which used to be more relaxing... but this was still great for the price. Happy spa day! Yelp Review #43- 2026

From a 4 to a 2.5 stars…read more I came here recently to relax for a few hours, get some reading done, get a massage, and dine in their kitchen. They have raised their admission prices several times in the last 2 years. Upon arrival, I was contemplating on getting a massage or not and decided not to and instead just used my pre-purchased admission ticket. I would say the best thing here is their dining area. They have a good selection of Korean food and drinks including smoothies, juices, and even boba. I usually get their almond milk tea. My favorite food choices would be the tofu soup with seafood only (yes, you can ask for no beef) or the burnt bibimbap bowl with all the veggies and yes, you can also ask for a fully cooked egg instead of a Sunnyside up if you don't like runny eggs. My meal with a drink usually comes out to $26. The reason why I am lowering my rating is because their standing shower area stinks. For the last couple of times I've been here, that area smells either like mold or a sewer issue. Secondly, I witnessed one of their shower massage employees (they wear black tops and bottoms) use the restroom and left without washing her hands. Yes, she is a masseuse who doesn't wash her hands after using the toilet. I would never book any type of massage here based on that fact alone. One more thing, i also saw 2 women get into an argument. I was in a dry sauna room with 2 other females already there. One female came in and confronted someone else who was trying to relax for not picking up her towels in the other room. The lady who got confronted acted like she didn't speak English so the argument was brief. However, the lady who did the confronting called her a stupidass before walking away. LOL I'm laughing about it now but honestly it is suppose to be relaxing environment and chasing someone down over towels when you don't even work here is a bit much. Not very relaxing. I have 2 admission tickets left to use but after that I most likely won't be purchasing a packet again. This place doesn't have a luxury feel to it like it used to.

I easily get bored and I got bored of Hotworx so yesterday (12/29/25), I went to the gym to cancel my membership and I was surprised that I was not allowed to cancel it without the owner's approval. It was shocking because I had never heard of such a policy. Jordan, the trainer and employee there stated that every cancellation has to go through the owner, Michael first. I asked her why. She said she didn't know why. She took down my name and phone number and said Michael will call me. So, I waited until 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 30th and I called Jordan. She apologized again and said he was busy and that she would message him again. I then told Jordan that I felt that these practices are unethical and I should be allowed to cancel my membership. She then apologizes again and says he will call me today. Previously when I cancelled my membership, I had to pay a fee to cancel. Now, they are trying to prevent you from canceling all together. I am writing this review as documentation for my credit card company too. Jordan said my credit card will not be charged but I don't believe her. Nothing is in writing.
