Me and my partner came here together with a scheduled appointment and everything went smooth and amazing! If you know red light therapy you know!! We waited no more than 5 min while they were preparing our room. Once it was ready, we were escorted inside to the attached photo and each session is 40 minutes and there is a tv in a separated section of the room not impacted by the heated sauna. The temperature was always kept between 145-150 degrees and it wasn't extreme heat, which made it more manageable and bearable. They also provided wet cold towels for usages if needed and we were just relaxing and chilling in there. There's plenty of towels and you can always ask for more. Overall everything went flawless and we look forward to coming back! They also have the crypto therapy room!!!! read more

I love going for my post recovery sessions at Purify Sauna. The ladies that work here at very welcoming and accommodating. Be aware of OVER CHARGE on your credit card. I have been a customer here for almost 3 years. Never had a problem with over charge until about 5 months ago. I would notice random charges of $20 from this business here and there. 1st I thought maybe I had gone over my monthly session limits so didn't think much of it. But it prompted me to started meticulously track not going over the number of allowed sessions per month. Yet the random $20 charges in addition to my monthly fee continued to happen, totaling over $100 every month. I finally talked to the front desk to clarify. She looked everything over and said she wasn't sure why that was or what the charges were for. Told me she would have the manager call me. When the manager called, she said it was "cleaning fees for sauna". However, there was never this "cleaning fee" for over the 2 years I had been there. If they recently added, the customers should be notified ahead, but I was never informed, nor signed anything. Also, she specifically said for sauna, yet many of the $20 were charged after my cryo seessions. When asked, she couldn't give me an answer. I can not and will not give my business to dishonest people. I ended up canceling right there and then. I hope my experience will help other customers to be more cautious and avoid problems here. read more

I did the seven day trial. There were a few things that I was disappointed with first I did not like the lack of privacy. I would prefer a room that locks instead of the slider doors in fact, one of my sessions the slider kept sliding open, and I felt very uncomfortable. The other thing that this lacks is comfort other places I've been to have cushions in the sauna. Also wish that this place had a shower, especially after the sauna to get rid of all the toxins on your skin. Staff was nice, price appropriate. read more

I have been coming here since pre-COVID times and am finally writing my review! The first time I came by was with my class pass, and that's still how I'm doing it. Scheduling is super easy through the app. Some of the sauna rooms are singles, others are doubles. My favorite things are how the second you walk in, you're greeted with warm and friendly smiles, everything is kept so clean, and the energy you get from the place is so relaxing. I always feel guilty coming here, then I walk out feeling so at peace. You get your own timer for your session, remotes to watch tv or listen to music if you want, and a remote to adjust the chromotherapy. I have been reading about the benefits of infrared sauna so I did a Yelp search and this business came up. Carla was very nice to speak to on the phone and also when I visited the location for my appointment. She was friendly and explained to me how their infrared sauna room features worked. Came here with a couple of friends on a whim to relax a little bit - this was my first time in an infrared sauna and it was a cool experience. Whitney was extremely sweet and helpful. Their saunas typically hold 1-2 people but if you are on the smaller side you can squeeze 3 in. It got swelteringly hot with all of us inside so I probably wouldn't recommend going with more than one person but we enjoyed ourselves. The space is small but very clean. I liked the cold essential oil towels but it would be nice to have a shower or something afterward cuz it felt kind of gross to just put your clothes back on and go about the rest of the day. It's overall a good deal but a 40 minute session is pretty long. This place is far from where I usually stay when I'm in socal but I would come back if I'm in the area. read more

Wow! First time coming. I loved it! I had a fabulous experience. First time doing cryotherapy. The girls at reception were beyond friendly and informative. They're the reason, I will be returning. Once inside the cryo room, we change out of our clothes and into a robe, socks, gloves and crocs with it. You can choose to keep a tank top and underwear, as long as it doesn't have wires. Either way, privacy is respected. The 'session' lasts as long as you can tolerate it, but only between 2/3 min. The experience for me was, very cold, but tolerable. Someone is always with you at all times, in case it becomes too much to bear. And also, they help a lot with distraction with conversation. I believe, one must continue to come, in order to fully feel results of reduced aches/pains. I did feel less pain on my shoulder after the visit. I am unable to put my arm behind me without extreme pain. And this evening (after visit), it was more tolerable. Def recommend. *Keep in mind, you'll most likely have to make an appointment, At least for the cryotherapy. read more

My friend and I tried Purify Sauna Lounge (40 minute session) for the first time with our Class Pass. There are at least 8 rooms with farmhouse doors and a lit up room number. The younger girl at the front (wish I got her name) assisted us with grabbing two cold towels per person, explaining the benefits of the infrared sauna and the directions on adjusting the light. Each room is equipped with a TV (speakers are build into the sauna), a table to leave your belongings and a full-length mirror. About 30 minutes in, I started feeling like it was a little harder to breathe but decided to stick out the last 10 minutes. The cool air felt GREAT when stepping out but I quickly became light headed and needed to sit. They didn't provide water onsite but the girl gave me a cold water bottle to re-hydrate and asked how I was feeling before we left. Great great customer service. For first timers, I'd definitely recommend stepping out for a few minutes if you aren't feeling great to give your body a chance to adapt. read more

Been here twice now for Cryo therapy. This is the first place I've been to for cryo so I don't have too much to compare it to. I will say though that my experience here was very pleasant. The staff is kind and helpful in explaining the process. The cryo session itself is very easy and quick. You can stay in the chamber anywhere from 2-3 minutes max. It is cooled with liquid nitrogen to around -200 degrees. It feels really cold but its manageable. I definitely felt less sore after my session. I love this place just wish I lived closer. I literally drive 40 minutes to come to this location . Been coming on and off since the location opened. Always clean and the owner is super sweet. The staff has changed and some are more welcoming than others but overall I drive by many other establishment just for this experience. The 2 person room is my favorite and the wood never has sweat stains like some locations I've tried. Slots to charge your phone inside the room, tv to watch or just put on some smooth music to relax. I recently tried an infrared sauna session jere and fell in love! The sessions are 40 minutes and you have your own private room (single or double.) The room has a small area to change, the sauna, and a TV to either watch something or change the music. You can also change the light colors. I love blue or purple in the evening and red in the morning. Everyone that works here is so very nice! The owner, Heather is so informative and answered so many questions for me! So my experience with a sauna prior to here has been at the gym before covid. You know the kind. Smelly, packed with people, etc. This is the complete opposite of that. You get your own personal room/sauna with cold towels infused with peppermint or eucalyptus oil. There's also a TV in there with a sound system that plays from within the sauna. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The people here are awesome. Every single employee I've spoken to and interacted with have been super friendly and helpful. The owner is real sweet and hooked me up with this cbd roll on applicator that helped my neck pain tremendously. I can't recommend this place enough if you're looking for a place to sweat that's also clean and well maintained. I was headed to the Anaheim area Friday for a run at Disneyland on Saturday and decided I'd look into what's on ClassPass in this area, low and behold up came Purify Sauna Lounge - By far one of the best additions! I had great experience at Purify Sauna Lounge! Did a session Friday afternoon and loved it so much I came back the Saturday morning after the race before heading back to LA. This place is awesome! If I lived out here, I'd be going all the time. Private rooms, private saunas, TV's with sound piped into your infrared sauna. Remote controls to change the colors and brightness. Free coconut water with yelp check in. Loved every second of both visits. If you have experienced infrared sauna I'd definitely recommend it based on my time spent here. Staff was friendly, welcoming and explained everything. I was told my heart rate would rise, so day 2 you better believe I wore my Garmin in just to see that it did. Yep! Sure did. Purify is a beautifully and thoughtfully engineered sauna lounge. Everything is well thought out and high tech. We loved being able to control the temperature from inside the room. We also enjoyed being able to adjust the volume of the music and even watch TV on a flatscreen outside of the sauna. The first 20 minutes we listened to downtempo zen music and the second 20 minutes we watched a Fixer Upper reveal and Ducks Hockey pre game commentary which was awesome. We were delighted by the chroma therapy and loved changing the light colors inside the sauna. Heather was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable. She took the time to explain all the features of the sauna room, provide a fresh set of towels for in the sauna and cool eucalyptus towels for afterwards. Fresh flowers in the room were also a nice touch. I definitely recommend this sauna lounge as a relaxing experience to help detox and de-stress. I was SO excited to come to this sauna, I came once before months ago, and thought about maybe getting a membership. The brunette, Donya, was rude during check-in and made an unkind comment about my speech. She had trouble locating the appointment Louisa made and needed her assistance to locate it. We found out my account was deleted so I was aggressively told to complete the same paperwork by Donya when offering information (email, etc.,) to locate it. I felt rushed because I was asked to pay up front which isn't the standard. Donya said she'd walk me to my room but quickly turned around and walked back to the desk without saying anything. I was confused about which room was mine since there were four open rooms. I would hate to interfere with someone else's session by entering the wrong room so, I had to walk back to the receptionist's desk to ask which room I should enter. After the session, I was curtly asked by Donya If I'd reviewed the pricing options. Not sure when customers are expected to do that..I replied I hadn't and paid for the session. Overall, the experience was terribly disappointing. Customer service was poor. If you'd like a relaxing experience, think twice before making an appointment! read more

Best. Sauna. Ever. Let me start by saying this was the first infrared sauna I've ever been to and it set the bar SUPER high for me for saunas. Unfortunately, it's far from where I live so after my first experience here I went on to look for saunas near me. None of the other places I went to compared and so I just drive 40 minutes to this location. I've been coming to this location for over 2+ years. Let me break down why this place is so amazing. I hope it helps! Customer Service - A++ Every single staff member is friendly, informative, and beyond helpful. I always felt like compared to other places; they go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and informed. Environment - A++ Beautiful, clean, and it feels like a high-class spa. You can tell the owner(s) pay attention to the details on where everything is and how things are displayed. This really adds to the experience, and as someone who has visited a few other businesses, I appreciate the extra effort here. Sauna Rooms - A++ Spacious! I've been to other saunas where you have little space to change. One sauna I went to had a tiny bench outside the infrared sauna, and I had to figure out how to balance my clothes and belongings on top of each other and didn't know where to place my used towel after I came out. Not Purify! They have thought of everything. Inside your private room, you have enough space to move around, a bin for used towels, a bench to sit, a full-length mirror, and a countertop for belongings. I didn't realize how much I appreciated all of this till I visited other saunas that didn't have these things. Amenities - A++ In addition to my comments above, I appreciate all the amenities Purify Sauna offers. Not only do they offer a sufficient amount of towels for you, but they also provide cold face towels after your session with essential oils! Every room has its own large TV with *tons* of channels and an impressive sound system inside the sauna. I've been to other saunas where they had nothing or very tiny entertainment tablets that didn't really work. Light therapy available inside the sauna as well. Hands down, I believe Purify offers the best in-sauna entertainment, and this significantly helps pass the time. They also offer magazines, water dispenser in the back, small shop up front, scale in restroom, and more. CryoTherapy - A I've only done cryotherapy here so my experience is limited. However, the staff was informative, provided clean towels, socks, shoes, and amenities needed during my session. They were informative, attentive, and got me through the intense cold. The Cyro room is clean and to the point. Pricing - B+ The only reason I'm not giving this an A is because I know it can be quite pricy. Compared to other saunas I've been to, it's on the more expensive side. However, there's a reason why I choose this to be my main sauna despite the distance and price all these years. It's the best one I've been to. It's well worth the price in my opinion. read more
