My regular StretchLab flexologist was conducting a class for staff, so instead of waiting an entire week for my next session with him, I landed here for a private assisted stretching session with Frankie via my ClassPass membership in order to fill the void. My regular flexologist is THE G.O.A.T., so it's not a fair comparison, but it was enough to tide me over until my next real session. Frankie was really sweet though, and he loosened up some tight spots. Frankie did mention that I was really flexible, which again, is a testament to the goat (and probably my Pilates workouts as well), and so some of the moves didn't really meet the edge of my flexibility. We didn't accomplish as much as I would have with my regular person who would have taken me a whole lot further, but again, my reg is a GOAT. It's also worth noting that they regularly charge $75 for a half hour session. That's highway robbery. Had I actually paid that for what I got, I would have been more than annoyed. Fortunately, I used ClassPass points instead. Also, I sat and waited in the wrong building for about 20 minutes. Wish they had clearer signage and/or directions in the "How to Get There" section of your ClassPass confirmation message. They could have also been more proactive about looking for me (especially when they saw that it was past my appointment time), instead of just letting me sit in the wrong building for as long as I did. Would I return? Well, I only get a certain number of StretchLab sessions per month, and sometimes there are more weeks in a month than I have available sessions. So in those cases, I would return...via ClassPass points only. read more

I usually come here for the cryotherapy plus another service like hot sauna or compression pants. The girls by the counter are always friendly and nice. They also have facials and stretch therapy. Holy cow!!!!! This place is amazing! The staff and the owner were all super friendly, helpful, caring, and spectacular! I went in for my broken hand (first metacarpal). I did three different therapy sessions. 1. BOA Compression Pant Therapy 2. Cryotherapy 3. Red light After I finished and on my way to eat sushi. I started to get more movement in my hand. As well as just an overall feeling of "betterness". You know when your body tells you !!!!! I highly recommend cryotherapy then red light right after. I will definitely be back for more!!! 3 Stars - Just OK, nothing special. Great for your first time, or someone who just wants to go once a month. Consistent users should look elsewhere as this will be way to pricey. I use crychambers 3-4x a week, every single week. That would cost me $800 a month here VS $80 where I go now for unlimited monthly use. The facility is clean. The people working there are kind. You may make an appointment however expect to still sit around for 15-20 minutes before being seen which was at least my experience. The Crychamber is neck down, and supposedly goes to -250 but I never saw it go beyond -204. The thermostat could be off but I doubt it, that's plenty anyways. The red light therapy is pretty expensive for what it is. If this is something you need you'd honestly be better off buying the device for $1,000 and owning it for life as opposed to $50 per 20-minute session with it. The compression pants are nice but I didn't see they have the hip pants which are really where the magic happens. The legs are so-so, if you're a runner it's great but the hip compression and total body cycle is superior. They do not have massage chairs/hydro chairs or other recovery equipment to utilize while there. They do not (from what I saw) carry Hyperice guns or their line of vibrating myo-balls or foam rollers... They also don't have a place to sprawl out and actually work on your recovery. Therefore, while this place is great to try out your first time ultimately if you're serious about recovery or consistently utilizing recovery services this place is not a good fit. Unless they have some epic monthly plan I missed then I could never recommend this to athletes. This is great for your average pedestrian Joe that just wants to try it out or get a sesh in now and then. Nitrogen is expensive, about 5 grand a month for a big tank. The chamber itself runs about 70 grand. Most places will charge around $50-80 per session to get this money back however I believe the magic is in the monthly recurring revenue you could generate by offering competitive plans. I would have gladly paid $150/month for full unlimited access to their facility and I think a lot more would too. But ultimately, I'll never come back due to the payment model so all you end up getting is a one-time 50 bucks. Just doesn't add up business-wise to me. read more

Went to see them to fit into a dress I purchased a month ago that no longer fit. I did the lipo cavitation followed up by the compression pants. Drink lots of water is what I was told. I was peeing all night but it was worth it. I woke up feeling lighter and my pants fit a little less snug. I bought a 5 pack. Great experience, great facility, and even better customer service. I've had problems with my knees for about five years now. The bouts of knee pain, swelling, and inflammation forced me to search for different kinds of relief. I've tried just about everything. During my first visit to Cool Indulge, I explained what my issue was. The lovely girl who was assisting me recommended that I do localized cryotherapy instead of whole body. It was much more beneficial. I've also tried compression therapy and Celluma LED light therapy here. What I really enjoy about the appointments is that the folks take their time with your treatment. There's no cutting short your time. Someone comes to check on you and make sure you're ok. I also like that pain relieving gel and ointment is applied. It's availabe for sale but there's no annoying upselling. On my visit yesterday, I did localized cryo and light therapy. Before I left, Norma informed me that I hadn't used up all my visits from my previous package and comped my infrared treatment. That was really kind of her to let me know. Not only does she have integrity, but she's also very knowledgeable. I happened to mention that I was recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and Norma gave me some very beneficial health advice. I've been raving to all my friends about how thankful I am that I visited Cool Indulge. Some companies can claim they are in the health and wellness business but Cool Indulge delivers. read more

I went in for localized cryo and LED therapy on my shoulder and came out feeling significantly better. Noelle was super sweet and helpful and didn't make me feel rushed or pressured. Very helpful staff! Clean and welcoming facility! 2 of us did the full body cryotherapy and 2 of us did the localized cryotherapy targed where we had pain. Great experience for the first timers (teenage boys after a soccer tournament). I think the only criticism I have is the person that did the localized treatments was training and she wasn't holding the hose as close to the pain areas as the person training her was. I know that goes along with the training though and we will definitely be back and will bring more of the soccer team with us! read more

I've passed by this place for over a year when i visit my monthly massage (Massage by Mila, she is amazing by the way!) adjacent to this place; and I figured I would try it out. There were specials on cryotherapy and lipo pads; as well as RF and microchanneling. I figured I would try them and I see the results! I even bought packages for my mom as well and she informed her friends as well. I waited to write this review because I want to wait to see the results and i can see the results! I love this place. I've been here several times, but today was the first time I met the owner Norma. She's super nice, and very accommodating. This place is great for pain management as well as relaxation, and I have always had incredible experiences here, from the infrared sauna, the cryotherapy and today I tried the Boa Max 2 Therapy compression pants for lymphatic drainage and it was a neat experience. Overall a pleasant experience. I went for the whole-body cryotherapy treatment on a whim and booked an appointment online. They are currently offering specials for the month of May and for now are appointment only. My body felt pretty amazing and I felt more energized after the treatment. i was working in the Fullerton area which required me to stand for nearly two days after some minor surgery on one of my knees.
