The staff also wears gloves inspecting your nose, ears, or throat. There are some hand sanitizers available for patients to use. This place is open and available with limited capacity. They are sanitizing in between patients. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is massive since they share the lot with several other medical offices. The medical office itself was very quiet, clean, neat, and tidy. The waiting room is very calming and peaceful. Staff: Dr. Fisher is kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. Excellent bedside manners. The receptionist at the front desk was also very welcoming and courteous. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

When I tried to explain that the scheduler never called back to schedule me she informed me she had left a message yesterday! Yesterday?!??!! Really?? One days notice for this procedure?? So incredible unprofessional. I had not listened to my messages yet but I certainly would not have been able to drop everything with one days notice. Maria could not have been more rude and would not apologize for her extremely unprofessional attitude, even when she spoke with the scheduler and admitted there was a mix up-NOT on my part, but on the schedulers part. In 2007 I was on a Zoom call and noticed I had eye bags. I knew they had grown over time but it…read morewasn't until I saw myself on camera when they really stood out. Since then I was very self-conscious about them because they looked awful. I tried creams, tea bags, cold water compresses, etc. and nothing worked so I made a goal to have lower blepharoplasty done before the end of this year. Around August 2025, I was referred to a plastic surgeon by a friend. The doctor was reluctant to perform surgery on me for a couple of different reasons which I won't go into great detail. So without knowing anyone else, I found Dr. Wang and another Asian doctor via the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Since I am Asian, I was specifically looking for Asian doctors who had experience with this surgery on Asian males. I looked at his website, searched for any medical malpractice cases, lawsuits, was he board certified, etc. then scheduled an initial visit. Including Dr. Wang, I purposely visited with three doctor's for this surgery. During the visit with Dr. Wang, I asked about his facilities, the pre-op and post-op steps, aftercare support and follow-ups, shared with him my concerns (stemming from the visit with the first doctor), and a variety of additional questions. In fact, before the actual surgery date, I had two additional visits with him to talk over the initial concerns I had. Incidentally, there was no charge for these visits. Dr. Wang spent plenty of time with me during all three pre-op meetings and saw me pretty quickly meaning, once I stepped into the office for my appointment, I was seen by him in less than fifteen minutes. The surgery went smoothly and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've had four follow-up visits with him with a fifth one scheduled for February 2027. The office staff is terrific and helpful, especially Michelle Y. The facility is very nice, there's plenty of parking, and overall, a positive experience.
