We/I then agreed to start with Ultheraphy to tighten my skin, followed by "Super Botox"- new generation of Botox which works more efficient and lasts longer, for Cheeklift and lateral Neck lift. This particular center offered me a free consultation for my acne so I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, this center does not actually have any certified dermatologists. The "doctor" recommended me to use his own line of skin care products, which I found highly suspicious due to the fact that he was not a certified dermatologist and was promoting his own products which were ridiculously overpriced. The products were not very effective in treating my acne; in fact it made my acne condition more severe. The sales lady, Amy, constantly tried to persuade me to buy all of these skin care products and did not fully explain what each product did for my skin. She also pressured me into signing a contract for a series of expensive skin treatment sessions. I was forced into purchasing five treatments all at once rather that buying each one separately. Amy did a poor job explaining the contract prior to when I signed it. As a matter of fact the sales person Amy lied to me about their refund policy. She just kept telling me "Just sign it" without fully explaining any details. Obviously she is only interested in my money. I did some research on the poorly explained treatments they forcefully recommended and found that I could have gotten these treatments at any beauty spa for one third the price, and decide to get a refund. Unfortunately they charge a $200 administrative fee... In short, you should not seek skin care help from this center; it's just an overly priced beauty spa. read more
