The M22 laser was super effective--it cleared up about 70% of my freckles and melasma, which made a huge difference in my overall skin clarity. Highly recommend this clinic if you're looking for real, visible results!

It took me a long time to decide whether to write a review because I know that a non positive Yelp…read morereview could hurt a business. So, this is a story of just my personal experiences. I went in for a Yelp glow event where I received a complimentary facial. I liked the facial enough. This is also the first medspa I've ever interacted with/stepped foot into so I was intrigued. I've been wanting to get rid of my persistent dark spot and friends around me were starting to visit medspas. Without doing proper research (which is 100% my bad) I decided to get the picosure pro package after the facial. I don't know what came over me. I just spent the money. The manager was quite convincing and in hindsight I should've done my research prior to spending so much money at this place. The package was definitely a good deal. I did a chemical peel, 2 sessions of picosure pro, and 2 facials. The facials were fine. My three stars are related to following experiences - the lack of communication throughout the process regarding the pros and potential cons or side effects, the lack of interaction I had with the NP who did the procedure, the lack of deep knowledge of the procedure, and the outcome. After my peel, I had additional dark spots. Sure my skin looked brighter (I peeled A LOT) but I also got additional darkspots from the peel. Then I went in for my pico pro sessions. The pico pro got rid of my one initial darkspot but brought forth MORE darkspots. So now, I have darkspots by both sides of my eyes - ones I have not had before. I think the NP was quite aggressive with her procedure. Well I wouldn't know for sure because they haven't explained why I have more darkspots. I think they're just not very good in English. Anyway, I considered continuing my treatment here since they "know" my skin but decided I will go to a different medspa to fix my darkspots. In the end, I spent well over a grand and left with additional darkspots.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process, making me feel comfortable and confident. The clinic was clean, welcoming, and very well organized. The Rejuran treatment has already improved my skin texture and glow.

I visited Mosa Beauty today regarding their advertised under-eye filler promotion and ultimately…read moredecided not to proceed. The promotion advertised online did not match what was presented during the consultation. I was also required to leave a $100 deposit before the appointment. What concerned me most was the inconsistency in the treatment recommendations. Initially, I was told I would need three syringes per eye (six syringes total). When I questioned whether that amount was truly necessary, the recommendation suddenly changed to one syringe total for both eyes. This significant change made me question how the original recommendation had been determined. I was then presented with paperwork related to my refund. However, the document did not simply acknowledge the refund. It also included language limiting my ability to leave negative reviews or pursue complaints. When I asked about this, I was repeatedly told it was "just for the refund," but that was not my understanding of what the document said. At that point, I chose not to sign anything. I left the clinic and accepted a partial refund of $97 instead of $100 because I was told a $3 Venmo fee had been deducted. After my visit, I reviewed Yelp and noticed several reviews describing concerns similar to my own regarding pricing, upselling, and treatment recommendations. I encourage prospective patients to carefully read all documents before signing, ask detailed questions, request pricing in writing, and seek a second opinion before proceeding with any cosmetic treatment.

Solid place for skincare needs! While my first assessment took longer than expected, I appreciate…read morethat they actually took the time to figure out the right solutions for my skin through multiple assessments versus rushing me into buying anything that may not be the right fit. The doctor even ended up changing my treatment right before she started after relooking at my skin and assessing there was a better option. Rather than getting a laser, I went with the doctor's suggestion to only get a rejuran injection and it was so good. Everyone took extra care and checked in on me to make sure the procedure wasn't painful, so it gave me the reassurance I needed to finally fix my skin problems. The downtime was minimal and some redness fades even after a few hours of getting the initial shots from my first treatment.

I was searching for a Spectra provider and ChatGPT referred me to this place. The rating on this…read moreplace was very close to five stars. I was planning to get a quote then leave. I even looked up the doctor on the state board website. He has a clean record and works at Kaiser. You are definitely good people if you work at Kaiser. Anyway, I submitted a form online and Jiarui texted within the hour. She said that she can help me with my melasma and had an opening on Saturday. When I arrived, it looked like I was checking into a hotel. They gave me a form and later a cup of water. Jiarui came to greet me and brought me to her office. We talked about my concerns and what treatment I had done. She was very thorough and informative. Furthermore, she suggested other products but wanted me to focus on taking care of my melasma first. She said that they are having a promotion and gave me a price that was very competitive. The package is a series of 15 sessions and I would have to go weekly. After I had agreed, she got me on the phone with Dr Waxman to screen me and see if I was a good candidate for the laser. He's very nice and talks fast like any Kaiser doctor would. After she was done registering me, she took my payment and there was no surcharge for using credit card and tip is included. Then she walked me to the sink to wash my face. We went to the photo room and there were signs on the walls with numbers. That's where you look so she can take the photos. They use a Canon camera and it's already set up to take photos. Then we went to the room to get the laser done. The nurse told me that there will be a series of three rounds. After each round, she patted my face with an ice pack. When we were done, she took the goggles off my eyes and covered my eyes from the light since it was very bright. She put moisturizer on my face and went to get Jiarui. Jiarui walked me back to her office and recommended using some solution to buy on my own to help speed up recovery. Also, she booked the next four appointments for me and we bonded over cats so I showed her my Reels. She is very helpful, honest, a good listener and very nice. At first, I had my doubts based on other providers that I've encountered but third time is a charm. They seem be very knowledgeable and everything runs pretty smoothly. I'm hoping that this will be my forever beauty home. I highly recommend visiting them and get a consultation.

NIGHTMARE RESULTS!!…read more LA SKIN beauty butchered my face!! I've been getting Botox for 7 years now and have never had these kind of results. I am very sensitive about extreme alterations to my face, so I have been careful to only go to plastic surgeons and Dermatologist for all of my injections. My regular doctors were booked up and I was desperate for an immediate appointment. I thought I should let my guard down and try something new and go to a Medi spa like everyone else does and not be such a snob about having to have a doctor inject me. So I went online and LA skin beauty kept popping up everywhere I would look. It looked like a chain and that made me a bit nervous because they had so many locations and such a massive staff, but I thought to myself they must hire the best of the best because they have such a big reputation to protect so I went for it. I gave them a call and somehow they had an appointment as early as 30 minutes away available for me. They also had 10 other appointments all scattered throughout the day that was available for me to take, which should have been a red flag for me to begin with. Most of the injectors I visit are booked for months in advance, but this one was available within 30 minutes. I went ahead and booked the appointment because I was desperate. The injector Betty, was so lovely and nice and spent so much time with me explaining all of the things that she could do to help me with my problem areas. I trusted her and told her to do what would be best to solve my issues. I like to let professionals do what they do best. Or so that's how LA skin beauty portrays itself! She gave me almost 80 units of Botox throughout my entire face and neck. A number that I had never had before. I paid my nearly $1000 bill and went home to only wake up 48 hours later with a crooked mouth. I contacted Betty immediately and sent her a picture and a video showing her that I was having a difficult time speaking, and that the right side of my mouth was not opening properly. She suggested that maybe I did something to my own face. After realizing that is an impossibility, there was still no admission of her injecting the wrong muscle. Instead, she suggested that the Botox must have seeped into a neighboring muscle, which caused the paralysis on one side of my face. I am clearly distraught and have to live with this for the next three months of having a crooked smile, difficulty speaking, difficulty eating, and even difficulty kissing my husband. I can't go to out with my friends! I can't talk to my clients!! I've had to cancel two video shots! This is crazy!! They ruined my life in a matter of minutes!! I was absolutely mortified and asked for a refund. I am the type of woman who doesn't even return a sweater. I rather give things away, but it felt like such an injustice and a true crime to charge a customer all this money and destroy their face!! It's just WRONG!! It's been three weeks now and I have had 10 different phone tag conversations with two different managers who have offered me $200 and free visit to their North Hollywood office for micro Current treatment, which is medically known to NOT help get rid of Botox. I also work full-time and live in Pasadena so how could I inconvenience my life any further and drive out to North Hollywood every three days to receive a treatment that won't help. Is this how they get patience off their back? Please save yourself the embarrassment and humiliation of having any injections done at LA skin beauty. I have to walk around for the next three months looking like I have suffered a massive stroke. It is humiliating. It is demeaning. It has added to already existing insecurities that I went to LA skin beauty to resolve. Such a shame, they can do this to women and get away with it. Ladies stay away from the big box Botox!
