In my opinion, the doctor at this med spa is condescending. I did not have a good experience, speaking with him after consultation with Adrian. She is very patient and I thought she was going to administer the treatment . When he finally entered the treatment room, he asked me "" so what's going on?" I had just spent time explaining everything to Adrian so he obviously did not look at the chart notations ? I had questions because I had a challenging skin discoloration and had done a plethora of research and he dismissed me as if I was a child. That is inappropriate in this world when we have the ability to research everything-- we have an abundance of knowledge and information available to us...because of this initial experience I would not recommend this medspa unless you're one of those who likes being told that he knows best. And that is literally the last sentence he told me as I walked out of the treatment room. I love Le Reve Med Spa. I have done numerous procedures here and Dr. Zaki is the only doctor I will let do Botox and fillers on me. He tends towards the conservative side so you never get over filled or a cemented face that can't emote from Botox. I've been going here for years. If you have any concerns the doctor will always take the time needed to speak with you about them. Their prices are on par with similar med spas as well. Incredible results and professional staff. We're lucky to have Le Reve Med Spa here in Pasadena (and if you don't live in the area, consider making the trip...it's totally worth it!). I've had a number of treatments from laser hair removal to most recently photo facial and there is no where else I'll go. The skin rejuvenation photofacial is great for pigmentation, brown spots, sun damage in addition to redness broken capillaries and pores. I had broken capillaries and redness around my nose, and even after just one day, I can already see a difference. It's an awesome, non-invasive, no time off, tool to add to your anti-aging and skin care regimen. They recommend going three times (and I've only been for one so far) but could see the different immediately in my under eye area and nose (as mentioned). It also promotes collagen which we start to lose in our 20s, so in my view, anything non-invasive like this I can do to keep collagen levels high to ease aging, I'll try! Adrienne the spa manager is so sweet and importantly, is always on time. I don't think I've waited more than 3 minutes for any of my laser hair removal appointments or for the photo facial. Dr. Zaki is professional and informative - answered all the questions I had during the treatment and explained the benefits and how it worked. The office manager Adrienne told me the consultation was with her. I went for specific services BOTOX and CHEMICAL PEELS. The office manager insisted the treatments were not for me. Dr. Hany is so nice and informative. I was very skeptical and a little afraid of doing anything to my face but he informed me which procedures would be best for my career (model, actress, reporter) and I saw results right away with little to know brushing and minor swelling.
