I found this medical spa on Yelp. I was searching for a cosmetic surgeon who would be able to help me with the dreaded Covid fat package that I weirdly obtained during the stay at home orders and some laser hair removal treatment for African American dark skin. Who knew that my newly discovered ability to bake gluten-free cookies, cakes, pies, and banana bread from scratch would take off so well with my tongue and belly? I mean, I had no idea why my clothes were so tight or that they were tight at all because I was constantly in sweats lazing about my home working on the computer. Actually moving from the couch to the work table to the kitchen was a lot of exercise in my mind. Once things opened up, I got on the scale and tried on some of my nice clothes, the tragedy of it all hit really quick. Ergo, my search on Yelp for some assistance. Long story shortened, I made my appointment, and started walking around the neighborhood again. I wanted to honestly tell the staff I worked out. Upon arrival, Crystal is the first person I met. She graciously took my information, gave me the necessary forms and politely answered all my billing questions. I then proceeded to buy a few laser hair removal sessions which lead me to cool sculpting sessions and to weight loss treatment. Hannah is the absolute best with the laser. She is so nice and polite and careful. I wouldn't let anyone else laser me unless she trained that person. She's a joy. You'll love her. Sylvia is my cool sculpting guru. She hears me out when I complained about my inability to lose the package I obtained and recommended the most noninvasive treatment for me to reduce and go back to my six pack in a healthy way. She also gave me the heads up on a special they had at the time so the cost was very reasonable and I got four weeks of weight loss management with the purchase. Great deal! I wasn't sold on the weight loss center at first, but Sylvia's honesty, professionalism, and knowledge won me over. When she told me how to manage my sessions so that I didn't waste money and informed me that working out and changing my eating habits were a must to keep the fat off, I had to pay attention to her recommendation to give the weight loss center a chance. It was the best decision ever made. Sylvia needs a promotion. She is amazing. The weight loss center takes your history gives you easy to do recommendations based on your lifestyle and the appropriate amount of appetite suppressant to help kick start your journey. Kate gave me the best methods to make the most of my Keto diet. Her responses to my questions were thorough and without judgment. She even gave up some weight loss hacks to increase the loss. In the first week, I lost 4 lbs, then steadily decreased 2-3 lbs each week, for a total of 12 lbs in one month. Yea, 12 lbs in a month without starving myself and only taking the appetite suppressant for the first week. Kate is excellent! Now, I did begin a daily cardio routine, but before the combination of cool sculpting and weight management program, I didn't have the energy to do anything. Once I dropped the four lbs and my package lightened. I could move better. Now, my clothes are all loose and fitting well. My skin looks even more flawless and glows with health. I have the energy to work out more and I feel like my pre-pandemic self, confident, healthy, and strong. I'm going to continue this new lifestyle until the end of my days. After lots of contemplating, I finally pulled the trigger with trying out lip injections! Being my first time with any dermal filler, I was super anxious and nervous because I had no idea what to expect. What can I say about embrace? Fresh open spaces, pleasing aesthetics, and a trendy upbeat staff made my visit very comfortable! My treatment here was for laser hair removal on my neck. Writing this post a late because I've been busy. On August 17th I had called asking if they were accepting new patients and if not then it was okay I would just go somewhere else. They said "well at this time we aren't doing laser hair removal however the doctor is making an exception for you and you can come in." So the following day August 18th was my appointment first thing in the morning. I do not live anywhere near Pasadena but based on the reviews I was willing to drive out for good service. They asked that I arrive 15 minutes early to complete my patient forms; which I did, so I had been sitting in their lobby since 8:45am for a 9am appointment. Some time passes after my appointment time and I am still sitting there. They assure me that they are just getting the machine ready for me. Some more time passes. Around 9:20ish the receptionist finally tells me that unfortunately they won't be able to do the laser hair removal today because their machine isn't working. Having already drove all the way over here early in the morning I start asking more questions on what is going on and ask to speak to someone else I'm regards to this. They explain that because their machine has been off for so long during the pandemic that it's not turning on properly. At this point I'm completely frustrated because I've been waiting in the lobby for awhile and I drove all the way here when I could of contacted a different laser hair removal location! They kept trying to remind me "well we weren't doing any laser hair removal sessions but the doctor made an EXCEPTION for you." as if that is suppose to change things? It doesn't mean much when you're not able to complete the service at all. The only person inconvenienced is the client for having to waste their time and gas driving all the way out there. They tried to offer me an extra session... which would just mean I would have to drive out there an extra day and doesn't help the fact that I was already there. One of the women who worked there also tried offering me a different service but 1) they were limited on the services the could offer. 2) I didn't want anything done that involved needles. After contacting the company, they said they weren't going to have anyone there to fix the machine until the next day Wednesday which at that point I left and went home. Ive never in my life been talked to so disrespectfully by a beauty provider. I guess that's what I get for getting a groupon. I never received pre-procedure instructions for microneedling with prp, and when I arrived, due to some redness on my chest (that is always there) that id have to reschedule. She then fought with me about mosquito bites on my legs claiming since they weren't puffy or swollen they couldn't be mosquito bites?! She was rude and condescending for no reason, then decided to do the procedure but go easy since my "face was so many different colors" she didn't know what was going on. I went through with the procedure because I already paid for it and this was the only period of time I had for recovery. Won't ever step foot in here again tho read more

The experience from start to finish was excellent. The procedure went well and my face felt very fresh and tight for a while. My husband also got a treatment a few months later. I wanted my skin to have an extra glow and this treatment not only gave me that glow but also helped with other minor impurities such as light lines and softly dark spots. The laser blew out cold air which made it almost impossible to feel then ice packs if I so happened to feel a little pain.
