The minute you walk into the office, you are greeted by a friendly receptionist and they offer you a drink. The whole check in process including filling out the forms on the iPad was smooth and stress free. I found this place online and came across an ad where they were promoting a sale for microneedling. And you know how much I love to save when it comes to skincare treatments! Loved the price and the review so I've decided to give them a try. Glad I did because this office is super cleaned, well organized, great staff and a 5 star experience! Easy parking and even a Trader Joe's to shop after your treatment! Good location!

Like 10/5 stars. I was SO relaxed afterward I felt like I was floating. Right after my treatment, Cassie, the manager, was incredibly kind and gave me tea, sat me down in her office, and asked how everything went. I was telling her how amazing it was, and then the conversation shifted into a package offer. I know this is normal in the beauty/wellness industry, but for me personally, it immediately took me out of the blissful state I was in. I just wanted to leave and bask in how good I felt. It bothered me enough that I actually came back inside and told her. I was emotional that day and definitely passionate about how much it had affected my experience, but the actual service had been so good that I wanted to be honest about the one thing that took away from it. We ended up really hearing and empathizing with each other. Cassie wanted to make it right and invited me to come back after my trip for the exact same treatment, completely complimentary. So when I got back from my trip, I came in for the treatment. Cassie greeted me with so much warmth and told me it was going to be the best massage of my life. And it absolutely was. No exaggeration. Anna is unbelievable. She told me she's been doing lymphatic drainage for about four years, but I would have guessed 10+. She showed me what a real lymphatic drainage treatment is supposed to feel like. I'm naturally inquisitive, so she explained the different lymph points and how the lymphatic system works as she went. When she was working on my stomach, I could actually hear and feel the fluid moving. It was WILD. By the time she finished, I immediately felt lighter and flatter. I had also told her my legs were sore from a workout. Without me having to ask her to adjust anything, she picked up on every tiny flinch or moment of tension in my body and changed her pressure accordingly. She has this incredible intuition for what your body needs. I felt completely safe and comfortable with her, both physically and emotionally. At one point, while she was draining my face, I actually started crying. I'd been holding onto a lot emotionally, and something about finally relaxing enough to let it out just opened the floodgates. My nose started getting stuffy and my eyes started puffing up as I cried, and Anna just kept gently working and draining my face through it. By the end, even my stuffy nose was gone. It genuinely felt like she got EVERYTHING out of me. The treatment was incredibly effective but also so peaceful. I felt like I was floating and so much lighter afterward. I left feeling beautiful, in love with myself, in love with the world, and honestly in love with Skinic. I really want to give Cassie credit too. She didn't just say she wanted to make my first experience right, she actually did it. The treatment was truly comped, there was no catch, and she made sure I was taken care of from the second I walked back through the door. What started as a moment that almost made me not return ended up showing me how much she actually cares about her clients, the quality of the people she hires, and how people feel when they leave her business. That gift ended up meaning so much more to me than I ever expected. Cassie absolutely has my business, and Anna has ruined every other lymphatic drainage massage for me forever lol. I paused my membership late last year after a job layoff and was specifically told that when reinstated, my anniversary special would be pushed back by the number of months I paused. When that wasn't honored at time of service, I spent over two months chasing down customer service, only to finally be told that their "system doesn't accommodate non-consecutive months"... -- Huh? What about a human overriding the computer? -- Despite the fact that I was given incorrect information by their staff (Tyler) at time of pause, there was zero willingness to take responsibility or find mutual resolution. This is especially disappointing after years of loyalty and referring multiple people to Alchemy 43. I completely understand policies, staff, and systems change, but customers shouldn't be penalized for wrong information provided by the company. I would not have paused if I was simply told this was the policy. It's also worth noting I continued to come here after my longtime injector Tiffany left earlier this year along with a majority of the staff. It's the complete lack of consideration and accountability that I've chosen to cancel today. Computers may not accommodate, but humans should -- especially if your humans made the error to begin with.

Just finished my first procedure of morpheus8 followed by PRP. My experience was comfortable, I was first assisted by the receptionist Nelly who has a very calming presence and helped me feel at ease before the procedure. I was left to wait in a private room for an hour after the numbing cream was applied and blood was withdrawn from me for the PRP. I was informed this before booking the appointment, this was just to insure that my face was fully numb. After the hour Dr.Larissa brought me into a different room where the procedure took place and I must say it was a very pleasant ride as I was also given laughing gas to help me feel even more at ease. The procedure started with numbing injections, followed by the morpheus8 (optimas by inmost) and then the PRP. There was only a small amount of pain, but nothing unbearable. Dr.Larissa was quick, efficient and checked in on my comfort often. Overall I felt taken care of and heard. Today is visited VoluremedSpa again and had my first IPL treatment with Larissa First of I need to say, I was there 3 months ago and was sad at first, that she send me back home. (I was hoping I get it done NOW ) Larissa told me I would need to to some Prep-Work before we can use the amazing machine they have at VolureMedSpaneed. She also recommended 3 products that the studio carries, for me to use every day for at least 3 months. I felt she cared about me, my sensitive skin and some great results. I started to deal with Melasma when I was in my early 20's after stopping birth control and a bad teenager acne. I tried several things, such as Peelings, Microneedling etc but nothing gave me a satisfying result. The procedure was really doable and I love the Fact that she was quick with the treatment and I didn't feel any pain, simply some heat and light. okay. ive been going to medical spas for years and i mean....this place is the REAL DEAL!! They truly want you to look your best, which really means something to me considering that the majority of medical spas just want to inject you with the most expensive "miracle" treatment before you can even explain to them what it is that you're looking for. I always get a bit nervous before going in. I start preparing pictures to show the nurse to make sure that she really understands what I'm looking for. I didn't feel like that here! I started to explain what i like, what i dislike, and what I want to change, and Larissa just knew exactly what to do for me. That's how it should be! They're the experts, not me!! I can't see myself ever going elsewhere. They offer so many amazing treatments to keep my skin looking youthful naturally. A friend of mine has been raving about this place for a while, so i decided to finally go check it out. I drove all the way from Orange County to see Larissa, and oh man was the drive worth it. I recently had some filler put in my lips and under eyes by someone in my area, but wasn't completely happy with it. Larissa not only fixed what I wasn't happy about from my previous filler but really enhanced my look. She is honest, professional, knowledgeable and an extremely lovely lady. I'm impressed with the quality of service. Czary was very knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease to try my first round of wellness shots. Personally, the injections did not hurt at all for me as she was careful and kept me comfortable throughout the whole process. She told me all i had to know as far as what to expect. Czary was friendly and attentive. I felt very looked after as she followed up with me day to day to check in to see how I was feeling. After a day or two, I noticed my dark circles appeared lighter and my skin in general felt softer/smoother to touch. By the end of a week, I noticed my waistline had significantly slimmed down as I could finally fit my smaller size pants more comfortably. Ill definitely keep Vitalux in mind for my future aesthetic needs and curiosities. 10/10 recommend to my friends, family, and coworkers

They prep the injections in another room and bring them to the injector so you never see what is actually put inside. So sketchy and scary. Literally have no idea what they put in my face but the effects were gone within two weeks. Luckily no damage just a complete waste of money. I prepaid $800 for 100 units and have 44 units left but I won't be returning. So upsetting, this business could be really nice if they just used quality botox.
