Based on my experience. GROUPON DEAL!!! I called to make an appointment for a month and no one answer the phone and left many voicemails with my name and phone number and no one return my call. I had to call a different office to leave a message then they called back. I made an appointment with them. 1 week before the appointment they called to cancel because the doctor is not available. Okay, I am disappointed and noticed my Groupon deal is about to expire. I called the office again and again.... after 2 hours someone answered the phone. I asked if they can squeeze me in before my deal expire... they said no and I would have to pay the price difference. I purchased deals on Groupon is to save money and not pay full prices! Went here for the microneedling with prp and it was amazing here. Even got an post treatment call just to make sure I was ok. Pretreatment they sent me documents to review and surely I didn't since I thought since I've had it done it should be the same however it wasn't. They asked to avoid alcohol 3 days prior which I didn't since appointment was scheduled on Monday following day of super bowl Sunday. I was freaking out as to the aftermath of I were to go on with the procedure. I called and asked. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Adrienne was very professional. I barely felt the pain because they really numbed me compared to my previous procedure at a different office. The different office didn't even advice me of the alcohol avoidance. So I need to lose a few pounds for the summer and since having kids, it's been impossible. I find this place on the internet and it's listed as medical weight loss, so I schedulled an appointment. The place is nice. It's a doctors office and the place looks really nice. (My doctors office looks nothing like this). The staff and the doctor are very friendly and they spend an hour with me going over the program details. Very thorough. The program works primarily with appetite suppressants. The diet pills that they prescribe just take away your hunger. So you're eating much less than you normally would. I reached my goal weight pretty easily. I didn't have much to lose, just 15lbs. But it was much easier with the medications. read more
