Pretreatment they sent me documents to review and surely I didn't since I thought since I've had it done it should be the same however it wasn't. They asked to avoid alcohol 3 days prior which I didn't since appointment was scheduled on Monday following day of super bowl Sunday. I was freaking out as to the aftermath of I were to go on with the procedure. I called and asked. They were very professional and answered all of my questions. Adrienne was very professional. I barely felt the pain because they really numbed me compared to my previous procedure at a different office. The different office didn't even advice me of the alcohol avoidance. Based on my experience. GROUPON DEAL!!! I called to make an appointment for a month and no one answer the phone and left many voicemails with my name and phone number and no one return my call. I had to call a different office to leave a message then they called back. I made an appointment with them. 1 week before the appointment they called to cancel because the doctor is not available. Okay, I am disappointed and noticed my Groupon deal is about to expire. I called the office again and again.... after 2 hours someone answered the phone. I asked if they can squeeze me in before my deal expire... they said no and I would have to pay the price difference. I purchased deals on Groupon is to save money and not pay full prices! This is a very a long overdue review!!! I am not keen on any of the weight loss programs UNTIL I witness first hand how effective it is. Surgery come in as instinct to us. I heard about Dr. Garry Kim (yes, with 2 r's) from someone close to my heart. He was about to schedule for surgery to aid him lose weight due to other VERY concerning health issues. My influence has lost 60lbs (maybe more) in his 70's and is healthier as he can ever be. With that said, I followed suit. From the moment I called for that dreaded first appointment, a weigh in, and realization of what I'm guilty of stuffing in my body and what helps, it's been a year and 35lbs lighter! No surgeries. No pain. No downtime. Just patience, discipline, and motivation from Dr. Garry Kim and the staff that I'm grateful I got more than acquainted with. After a devastating knee injury I gained some weight that made me really uncomfortable. I figured that once my knee got better I could just do what i had done in the past. They gave me great resources, including meal planning, a free workout class once a week, and they also offer a line of snacks and shakes that are high in protein. Mrs. Salgado not only thoroughly explains how the products can enhance your life, but she goes into detail about what she does with the products, how she administers the products and how to care for yourself afterwards.
