I am now 52, so basically, Dr. Ho had to treat 40 year old scars, and I had every kind of scar, especially rolling scars, which are the hardest to treat. He was very honest with me up front about what the true possibilities were and what was not a possibility. This gave me a realistic picture of what to expect after treatment and healing. He has always been honest with me. His staff and wife are such lovely people and truly the best medical team I have come across, and with my 11 specialists, I have come across many. I am so happy with my results. The pictures do not do my results justice; my skin looked worse in person, but my results look better in person, too. I cannot recommend Dr. Ho and Bespoke Dermatology enough. I will be their patient for life because I know they are honest and trustworthy with what can and cannot be done. I gained about 130 pounds after a car accident coinciding with a dying and dead thyroid. Now that I am losing weight, I will trust him with how to deal with the weight loss in my face and neck. I have fired at least 12-15 dermatologists for being liars or just dismissing me. Dr. Ho and his team partnered with me in the healing of my scars directly, and indirectly, the healing of my emotional scars having suffered with bad skin for the majority of my life. I feel so confident about my skin now, that I don't even wear makeup to work anymore. I just wear moisturizer and sunscreen. If you want a dermatologist you can trust, make an appointment with Dr. Ho and his team. Don't wait. The sooner you see him, the sooner you can address your skin concerns.

What meant the most to me was how comfortable they made the whole visit feel. You can tell they truly care, not just about the outcome, but about you as a person. On top of that, their skill is obvious. First, the staff warmly greeted me as soon as I walked in. They were all super nice! I then saw Dr. Jones, who said she could remove the bump right then and there, and they could send it for a biopsy just in case. The procedure was quick and painless! The bump is gone and the scar is barely noticeable. One thing I really liked about this place was that they said the consultation fee would be applied to any procedure I had done. Other places charged a similar consultation fee but would not count it towards the procedure. On top of that, the total cost was significantly less than quotes I received from other offices -- I probably paid half of what I would've paid at the other places I called. Most importantly, I was seen by Dr. Jones, who is an MD. Other places want you to consult with their PA first. Needless to say I'll be coming here for all my skincare needs going forward. I do appreciate that he took the time to listen, and the conversation itself was positive. Shortly after, my prescription was finally processed, and I received it on 5/1/26. It was also refilled for future use, which I'm thankful for. However, it took nearly two months to straighten everything out before I was finally able to receive my prescription. However, the overall experience still leaves me genuinely concerned. It took me being unusually persistent and more forceful than I'm comfortable with just to get a response from the office, pharmacy, and insurance. That shouldn't be necessary for a patient trying to manage their healthcare. More importantly, this situation caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety and has negatively impacted my health. I already deal with high blood pressure, and this experience elevated it further, which is both troubling and unacceptable when seeking medical care. At this time, I'm giving a 3-star rating in recognition of the effort Dr. Tomasian made to personally address the situation. I may update this after future visits. I sincerely hope his office improves how they handle patient communication and follow-through so that no other patient has to go through a similar experience.

It has now been three years later, I have never gone back and yet the business is still claiming that I have an outstanding balance for an alleged filler appointment. It should also be noted that the company failed to provide me with an itemized receipt or proof of service. Although the doctor was friendly upon my visit, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere due to the inflamed prices and lack of proper communication and documentation.

Deb (Debbie/Deborah) at the front desk was so patient and kind when I called to say I'm lost and can't find the building. She stayed on the phone with me and patiently guided me how to get to the correct building. (totally my own fault, I struggle with my navigator. The building is simple to find if you just follow directions. I arrived late and stressed, but she was kind and understanding. Dr. Chu was very kind, explained his recommendations and let me ask any questions I wanted to. His assistant Hannah was also very nice.
