I simply need to sing the praises of my experience at this office. The Daenish office is filled, not only brilliant doctors but also people who are kind and have such wonderful bedside manner. Whether you're there for dermatology with Doctor Sid Danesh or for Laser treatment with his wife and beyond lovely woman, Doctor Gina Danesh, you're in such good hands. They are the dream team! Once you arrive, for one it's easy to get to, you just take the elevator up, and it's right there. The office is beautiful, and you can tell was set up with care, and with comfort in mind. When you get there and go up to the front desk to check in, you are met with absolute kindness, and all around good energies. Even if I'm in a bad pain day? My spirits are lifted just knowing I have an appointment here because everyone is truly that lovely. Going into my first appointment, I was very anxious and nervous. I personally struggle with a pretty severe disability and have had very many negative experiences with doctors who aren't kind or compassionate, gaslight you enough times where I was beyond nervous on the ride over. Arriving where the ambiance is so nice and the people are so kind? It helped me feel slightly more at ease, but I was still afraid to actually talk to the doctor (obviously I had never met him because he is such a kind Doctor) but not knowing that I was sort of panicked. Shortly after arriving I learned how blessed I truly am for my insurance to have referred me here. I started with Doctor Sid Danesh, my insurance sent me here initially so I really just got lucky, if I were you though, be proactive and request them if you can. You'll thank me later. Anyway, I was so nervous (which was probably obvious) and I explained my condition and why I was scared and what was going on and both him and his wife and the office, as a whole, to be honest were so beyond kind and accommodating. I felt heard and respected and then relieved when walked through my options for solutions. After all was said and done, all I had to do was go up front, set my next appointment, and they handled the rest, including my insurance. And what's really nice? They are so organized there too, so it's effortless. Whether it be that you have a busy life or are like me and your health is too much to manage, having an office who is on top of things, so you don't have to be? Think about how nice it is to not have to remember or set a reminder to follow up with your doctor? To have that level of trust because you know that they are on top of things? That's a gift in my opinion. After having been to this office with this power duo? A year visit yet every visit is fun. My experience is different from others so I'll start off with by saying,Dr.Danesh and staff are amazing people,the type of care especially toward skin and other problems. For my yearly visit,I had my keloid scars injected and every injection is painless. I've been a patient with Dr.Danesh since 2019 and since then,my experience with him has been positive. You can tell how he cares when he takes time to go through with you on your needs for your skin or whatever problem. Waited over 20 minutes for my appointment, the woman (not sure what her role was as she wasn't wearing scrubs or medical attire) was rushing me to fill out a biopsy form before having the doctors opinion. Dr. Danesh barely looked at my skin or listened to my concerns, and the woman kept interrupting. The doctor was in the room for less than 5 minutes as it seemed like he was in a rush. I would never come back here as patient care does not seem to be the priority here, they are worried about seeing as many patients as possible. I was left with none of my questions or concerns answered. After Dr. Danesh and the woman left the room, I asked the PA student what the plan was for my skin as she was unsure as well because none of my questions were answered. I went to him for skin cancer screening. He removed one mole and a small cyst. Unfortunately, nobody ever called me back after having done biopsy on the mole. I assume it's ok. When I left the office, nobody ever mentioned how to care for the wounds. It's been 5 months and it's red and bumpy. At times it gets super itchy as well. Dr. Danesh is very experienced. I had a allergy outbreak for a week due to facial product, he prescribed the right medicine and the rash went away within a week. He's worth 5 stars. The reception office is effecient and helpful as well. Loosing 1 star for the nurse/assistant(a younger Korean lady). She seems not very experienced and gave me wrong advice. I asked her if I can put my daily facial cream/products during this allergy outbreak and she told me I could, I listened to her and my rashes spreaded the next day even though I apply the presprided cream from the doctor. I immediately stopped my original facial products and got myself mild/hypoallergenic facial cream. The rashes hasn't been spreading since. My suggestion is definitely prepare all of your questions before the doctor comes in and ONLY take advice from the doctor. read more

Please do not go here. Him and his team are extremely incompetent. I went in 4 times because I had this persistent itch on a bump on my scale and him and his team did not even listen to me and my mom. They just said it was my natural skull shape and I had eczema. He diagnosed me with alopecia then eczema even after I described my symptoms. My case is clearly not either of those. His treatment did not work at all. I went to "True Dermtologist" in Arcadia and they diagnosed me with lichenification, which makes perfect sense. They gave me a 3 shots of steroid to cover the inflamed area but Dr Danesh only gave me one. The shot and the chobestal they gave me helped a lot. Dr Danish gave me this highly unaffective topical solution. I can't this human is a medical profession. I had to deal with that 24/7 itch for 4 years. Please do not come here, anyone is better than him. I have never meet such a stupid person in my life. Literally any other dermatologist is better than this guy. read more

Dr. Danesh is such an amazing dermatologist and you can definitely tell that he loves his job and loves helping his patients. I visited the clinic to remove some plantae warts on the bottom of my feet and did a liquid nitrogen treatment. However, I had a bad reaction to it and developed 2 big blood blisters on the bottom of my foot. Dr. Danesh kindly gave me his phone number so I can stay in contact with him which is what I really appreciate because it gave me a sense of reassurance. I eventually went a few more times to the clinic for the doctor to syringe out the blood from my blister. I am still in recovery but finally able to walk again! I very highly recommend Dr. Danesh. When I first visited, I already had been seen by other dermatologist who diagnosed me with having eczema and prescribed me with a steroid ointment. I tried for a period of time and it did not help at all. I continued to use it because I trusted her medical opinion. My condition of my skin ended up turning really bad. My primary care doctor ended up giving me even stronger steroid ointment and it still did not help. Then I was sent to see Dr. Danesh. He gave me a completely different ointment medication and after only three times, my condition greatly improved a lot. I am beyond thankful for him, his exceptional knowledge, and how he is able to genuinely help me. Additionally, the first time I visited for my appointment, I had Actinic Purpura on my arm, which occurs often in senior citizens. It looks like severe bruising but it passes on its own. He made sure to give me free samples of medication to treat it and so it recovered faster. It really worked. He is always so helpful and nice and feels like he goes the extra mile to assist his patients. I had another case of another specialist who gave me medication for scarring and my insurance suddenly stopped covering the cost at the turn of the year. I was facing difficulties and I asked Dr. Danesh if he could possibly help in any way. He was able to help me find another very similar medication and made sure that it was fully covered by my insurance. The office is is pretty small. Waiting room might fit about 12 ppl and its basic nothing fancy. The receptionist are ok. The girls who work in the back are awesome really nice. There are trainees working at this office, they are pretty friendly. Dr. Danesh is very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back for any skin care need. My mother visited here recently and her experience was horrible. The office closes at 1 PM and her appointment was at 12:45 PM. The entire time she felt rushed just because they wanted to leave. The doctor didn't warn my mother how they would treat her for that day, didn't tell her how to care for her treated area, and the receptionist questioned why my mom waited in the office AFTER her appointment to make a follow up. Doctor didn't talk to his staff of when to book. Furthermore, the doctor left my mom in the treatment room and the receptionist had to ask my mom to come out to the front. When she waited, the receptionist asked why she was there. The doctor didn't tell her when to book the follow up appointment, so when my mom went back inside to talk to him he questioned her, "For what?" He just saw her five minutes prior. It could have been an off day for the office, but this was just absolutely unprofessional. Her appointment ended at 1:15 PM and she went in with just about the same knowledge about her diagnosis as when she came out. MY MOM HAD TO LOOK UP HOW TO CARE FOR HER TREATED AREA BECAUSE THE DOCTOR DIDN'T TELL HER! I reached out one afternoon and spoke to a lady to inquire about a chemical peel and wanted to schedule a consultation to see what treatment would be best for me. She took down my information (or so she claimed) and said someone would reach out to me about scheduling. I never received a call to schedule. I let my friend know how I got ghosted and she gave me Dr. Sid Danesh's direct number. I decided to give it another shot and called to schedule a consultation and again was told someone would get back to me about scheduling a day to come in. A week later and no one has called. I came in for a chemical peel, which I've done before, and, usually, this is how it goes: You lie down, they prep your entire face gently with a cleansing cloth. Then the chemical peel is gently applied all over your face, and then the professional fans your face to let it cool. After, your face is gently wiped to clean off the chemical. All throughout, you're asked if it hurts, and if you're okay. This is what I experienced here: I'm sitting on the chair. The PA who assisted did a half-ass job "cleaning" my face, briefly wiping your cheeks and forehead roughly, not even covering your entire face. Very lazy job, not thorough at all. Dr. Danesh did the same half-ass job, wiping the chemical only on my cheeks and forehead VERY AGGRESSIVELY, then simply turned around and **told me to get up and wash my face over the sink** He did not fan my face as the chemical burned, nor did he do anything else further to make sure I was comfortable, or okay. First of all, isn't it a well-known rule to wipe GENTLY, UPWARD to avoid early sagging and wrinkles on your face?? He dragged my skin DOWN with force - I was so uncomfortable!! And he applied it so briefly, only in a few areas and not the entire face, I did not even feel I was getting a proper treatment nor did I feel like I was treated well. I went to Dr. Danesh for two cyst removal in my arm, he was very cool and friendly and make the surgery gone very relax and fun. I am writing this review after one year, so to make sure everything went smoothly afterward. The scars are barely visible and I had a slight itching who was kind enough to see me and give me pomade for itching which it did work. He also has a very friendly and helpful staff and super clean office. He is highly recommended and I will definitely go back if I need a dermatologist.
