Not very satisfied with the experience my partner received. He was not able to get an appointment to his regular derm office for a Kenalog injection for an inflamed cyst. PA here had a same day available. The Kenalog injection was administered by someone other than the PA but she didn't seem confident in how and where to inject. At one point she asked the PA student if she was injecting correctly. I kinda brushed it off and hoped for the best. 1 week later, after the injection and a course of Doxy, the cyst is still inflamed, painful. Called to try to schedule f/u. The lady that answered both times was rude and kept saying the schedule was full. I asked if a message could be sent to squeeze him in, she said no and that I could keep calling to see if there were any cancellations. My partner is blind so I take him to his appointments. It is not easy to coordinate. She did not budge and was rude. My partner has had multiple cysts injected at his other derm's office. It worked every time. Almost didn't believe it at first after years of trying hopeless Rogaine and red light hats and expensive supplements.
