I had a really disappointing and unprofessional experience here. After trusting this doctor with my skin with a laser treatment and opening up about my concerns, she turned around and posted something on her social media that clearly referenced what we had just talked about -- and was very dismissive about it. It felt incredibly disrespectful, insensitive, and honestly, unethical. When I confronted her and stated it hurt me, she apologized and claimed it wasn't personal, but it's hard to believe that when the timing and wording were so specific. Patients deserve privacy, and to feel safe not to feel like their struggles are turned into online "educational" content.This whole experience completely shattered my trust. I would never go back and would strongly caution anyone who values professionalism and boundaries. As a healthcare provider myself, I would never treat one of my own patients this way. It is unfortunate to write this review, as Dr. Kennedy is very sweet in person. However, she failed to grasp the seriousness and urgency when I brought my child back a 2nd time after starting her recommended treatment, telling her something was wrong. She failed to fully examine him and missed telling signs of infection that a novice should have caught. Instead, I had to ask for things she should have known to do while she gave us a "keep going and keep your chin up" attitude. Because of this missed diagnosis, continuing to follow her recommendations made things significantly worse on many levels. Another family member also claimed that she made their skin worse after a simple treatment. In both instances, patient concerns were minimized. I wish she would take her patients concerns more seriously and be more invested in their positive outcomes. Unfortunately, many dermatologists care more about their beauty and cosmetic patients due to the income that brings in. I had not pegged her for one of them. We will not go back. read more

I have been treated elsewhere for milia, and not easy to get appointments and other reasons due to my insurance. I was frustrated. I didn't see the doctor because I didn't agree with their policy of having to store a credit card on file with them. My insurance has no deductible and a $30 flat copay for visits, which I would have gladly paid. With all of the data breaches for large companies, I don't trust my card info being stored at a small office with unknown security. If they're going to do something like this which isn't standard at doctors offices, they should definitely tell patients before they schedule a visit so we can decide before wasting time coming in for a Lb appointment. read more

I've had quite a bit of sun damage to my face over the past 50 years and decided it was time to start taking care of my skin. Dr Kennedy utilized the Fraxel laser to resurface my entire face. The whole process was pretty pain-free (a little discomfort) but Dr Kennedy had the knowledge, skill, and equipment to do the job. That didn't happen.. they were able to do the quick procedure right then and there! Took no more than 10 minutes and was scheduled to come back a few days later to get the stitches removed. Dr. Kennedy is hands down the GOAT for Botox. I've been getting Botox for over 20 years and have tried places from Beverly Hills to Newport Beach, but she's on another level. I have hooded eyes and a brow line that can easily droop if Botox isn't done just right. I've even been told in the past that my forehead would never be perfectly smooth, and I'd have to live with a few wrinkles above my eyebrows. Then I found Dr. Kennedy. She has incredible precision and an artistic touch that gave me exactly what I was looking for. My forehead is now smooth, but I still have natural movement. And, because she's amazing, she even fixed the asymmetry in my face where one eyebrow naturally lifts higher than the other, using Botox to give me a more balanced, symmetrical look.
