The doctor was very caring and knew the problem instantly. I would recommend him to everyone. The staff was also very pleasant.

Dr. Kennedy was amazing. Super normal about it, didn't make it awkward, and immediately validated that yes, this is a real thing (shoutout to Hyperhidrosis for ruining outfits everywhere). We went over options and picked what was best for me. My LIFE. CHANGED. I can wear colors now. I can raise my arms without fear. I am no longer checking my pits every 10 minutes like I'm on surveillance duty. Staff were friendly, clinic was clean, and the whole process was efficient and not a hassle. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Kennedy if your deodorant has been fighting for its life and losing.

She's a fantastic dr, when my mole came back positive for melanoma she worked fast to get me in to see a specialist and treatment. I went back today for a screening and needed to write a review to say I 10/10 recommend coming here, they are super clean and pretty inside, fast, they have the cutest little coffee corner, the receptionists are always really friendly. Thank you dr line and team for your help.

PA Heather is great. This Office is a different matter. I was billed for a "no show" fee of…read more$50. The bill said "Product". I called to ask what this was and they said a no-show charge. This was for a second follow up to see how the healing was going from MOH's procedure on my nose. It was healing great and the PA advised unless it gets worse, just cancel the appointment. I tried to call and was either during lunch or after hours. No ability to leave a message. During hours I got the recording the staff "was assisting other patients" and placed on hold. I called probably 6-7 times and could never talk to anyone about the appointment cancel. I went online to "confirm" the appointment and tried to input a message to "Cancel" the appointment. When I advised her that I have been trying to talk to her for weeks, she told me she was busy and unless that issue was right in front of her, she doesn't get to it.... ??? After calling 4 times to talk to the "office manager" and asked for a call back that never happened, the 5th call, I was transferred to the Office manager. I was admonished for not following the proper procedure to cancel. Then accused for being a no show another time too, which is not true. The office manager told me she will wave one???, but I must pay the $50 fine. I've been going to see Heather for many years but I am never going back. WEST DERMOTOLOGY can have my $50 (I'm sure they would put collections after me if I disputed further). I told them to cancel all further appointments with them. I'm transferring to a new Dermo in Seal Beach and asking to have my records transferred over. Not sure if that Office Manager will transfer my records easily or not. I called back the general office staff (they are very nice and apologetic about the manager) and asked them to thank Heather for her great service and to make sure the manager canceled my future appointments, so they don't go after me for more money.

Let me start with the scheduling portion first.. after calling several dermatologists I was pretty…read morediscouraged early on bc everyone was booked out til mid summer or later.. so insane to me, but normal I guess. Dr. Yoo's office was the last I called simply bc I was like "let me just try one more.." and just as I needed my luck to come through it did! They were able to get me 2 days after I called! As you can imagine I was SUPER happy about that... After reading the reviews I was a bit nervous about how it was going to go but I don't like to go off of other peoples opinions... everyone has a different experience. Also you're coming to see a DERMATOLOGIST not a nutritionist. & I would expect people with skin issues to automatically do their own research anyway to be aware of what their ingesting lol.. duh? Anyway. I was lucky enough to see Dr. Yoo and spend an appropriate amount of time with her. I also got an entire body evaluation and every mole checked out which I didn't expect from my first visit! :) so I was very happy about that as well. Anyway I'm getting started on Doxycycline oral & Metronidazole topical cream. I'll follow up in a couple of months!!

My first impression was not positive; from the office location & condition of the waiting room, the…read moreparking fee, the immediate demand of my credit card for a copay, and I didn't even see Dr Yoo. A PA consulted with me, then I had to return in 2 weeks for a biopsy. I had a gut feeling that I was getting churned for repeat office visits, follow ups, and brief consults with the PA. The copay is very important to this office. I found another dermatologist and am very pleased so far. I canceled future appointments w/ this business.

I went to Dr. Rosenberg as a teen after struggling for my entire youth with Eczema. He was the only…read moredoctor that put together a plan that worked and still works when that season comes around every year. When my daughter started having the same issues none of her doctors were giving helping so I took her to Dr. Rosenberg. He put together a very specific plan with some backup medicine for flare ups and things have gotten better quickly. He is one of the best doctors I've ever used trust his expert opinion and years of experience.

This review is actually about Erik Sorenson, who works at Rosenberg's office…read more I have had severe psoriasis since I was a child, and have gone through an unending series of dermatologists, both good and not-so. Erik Sorenson is the best. I'm not entirely sure what his licensing or degrees are - whether he's an MD or not. I'm sure if I looked at his nametag better I could figure it out, but I've never bothered. Maybe I'm too distracted by his boyish good looks to care about the couple of letters following his name. He is knowledgable, honest, and kind. You could probably have these really ugly but medically fascinating boils and warts all over your face and body and he'd still look you straight in the eye, calmly shake your hand, smile reassuringly, and listen patiently to your every word. He doesn't look at you like you're a medical case. He looks at you like a human being, and his concern for whatever ails you seems entirely genuine. He never interrupts, he answers questions, and he goes out of his way to do whatever it is he can do to help. Thank you, Eric Sorenson. In the world of dermatologists, most of whom are as flaky as my skin, you're my hero.
