I have been with this office for years and they have always had the rudest office staff but I've put up with it bc I did like Dr Baugh. However, I have found that they over charge for everything (please double check your statements). Two years ago I was treated by the PA at this office, who was very good. Unfortunately she is no longer there and I have developed severe itching. Dr. Baugh removed a slightly raised skin lesion at the end of September. At my late October follow-up I was told the biopsy was sent for a second opinion with no comment on the first biopsy report only to say it was sent for a second opinion. I called last Thursday & had to leave a message for the office to call with my results. I called again today 11/13/25 asking for the results and still receiving NO CALL BACK!!! read more

Zero star. The office staff are rude, unhelpful, and only care about checking boxes and not the quality of care of concern for patients. They refused to refill a prescription for a cleanser without being "seen" by the doctor but had no appointments available for 3 weeks. My daughter had been following a strict regimen and needed her cleanser in order to continue her daily/nightly routine. The doctor and staff refused to refill her prescription until AFTER she would have been seen and they could collect their payment for the appointment. This is not patient care. This is about money, money, money. A patient should be a doctor's first priority and if the patient is going miss her prescription an interim prescription should be filled in the meantime. I do not have the words to express how utterly disgusted I am with the lack of care, concern and professionalism this office lacks. If you want to go to an office where patient care is last and collecting your money is first, then I recommend full spectrum dermatology. If you want a patient first quality of care and treatment this is NOT the place for you. read more

My appointment was at 3:15. I got there at 3:05. I wasn't seen until 4:00. So frustrating when I have plans for my day. They will pressure you into buying things you don't need like facials and extra prescriptions. Be prepared for extremely long wait times even if you come early. read more

I had Sclerotherapy procedure done by Dr. Baugh to eliminate spider veins on my legs right above my knee. It cost me out of pocket and there was no improvement. If anything it looks worse now. I have been left to wait for a long time in room and it feels like I was forgotten. I feel like I was scammed. read more

I love this location. I've had amazing customer service from Annie who contacted me regarding my appointment. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff. I met Annie and she gave me great customer service. When I was taken to a room by Annie, very quick I met Veronica who went inside the room who cared about my health and took care of all my health information. I came to cauterize my cherry angiomas with Dr Baugh who made me feel comfortable. I liked how the Dr and staff treated me. They were very professional. Worst dermatologist visit I have ever been to. Was trying to find a new dermatologist in the area since we had moved from LA. All I needed was an annual skin check in. Dr. Baugh was so unapproachable and stiff. He barely looked at my skin. I literally had to ask him to check my scalp. My previous dermatologist would look me over head to toe...meticulously. Dr. Baugh barely looked at my skin but then proceeded to tell me I have "so much sun damage" and then gave me a pamphlet about how I could self check my own moles....Um what? That's why I'm at your office so that you can check them and tell me. He just seemed uninterested in me as a patient almost like he was bored...overall bedside manner was not good. I'm looking for an enthusiastic dermatologist who even when they are doing a mundane skin check are helpful and thorough. Dr. Baugh is NOT IT. read more

I first started coming here back in 2017. Dr Baugh helped me out so much with explaining to me about certain skin types and what products are best. The two products he told me about were AMAZING. Definitely helped the blemishes on the sides of my face clear up within months. Now being in 2020 I decided to ask about the facials. I heard about microdermabrasion through Dr Baugh and finally made the decision to start getting them. I had my second one done by Rosie. She is so sweet and informative when it comes to my questions about micro. Being that I've only got two so far I'm already seeing my skin looking so much better than it did. I definitely recommend Rosie if you want this done. She's awesome! read more

Update: I had been a happy patient of Dr Aston's for a long while up to his retirement and Dr Baugh taking over the practice. Initially, Dr Baugh seemed OK with his treatment for my facial and scalp sun damage. Though, as Dr Aston left, Dr Baugh stressed I had skin cancer. Dr Baugh wanted to perform Mohs Surgery and after some research I declined the surgery. Why? A second option from another St Jude dermatologist said I had sun damage and that doctor prescribed a cream. The cream treatment plus better sun protection cleared up the issues and 3 years later I am fine. Glad I saw someone else, as the Mohs Surgery was not required in my case. read more

My experience since I first came in 6 years ago has been completely different. The office staff is not friendly at all and make you feel like an inconvenience. And it's not even just one person. It's everyone I encounter--from front desk, doctor's assistant, and billing department. I was looking into getting some skin tags removed and I asked the assistant how painful it was to do that and she said she DIDN'T KNOW. Why on earth would I trust you removing my skin tags if you can't even give me details of the procedure? What is even more disappointing is Dr. Baugh has misdiagnosed my skin issues as well. I understand that sometimes things take time to figure out what the issue is but if you've been a doctor for as long as Dr. Baugh has been, there's no excuse to misdiagnose so far off from what the real issue actually was. And, he barely took two seconds to look at the issue too. Thank goodness I went to someone else and the problem was resolved immediately. He made me feel like a complete fool and said I had to look into what my diet was like when it HAD NOTHING to do with that. He even cut me off during our appointment and said he didn't have time to address any other of my concerns. I'm extremely disappointed in this place. read more

I am more than livid by the way my daughter and I were treated today by the front receptionist and the billing person in charge of accounts! I overpaid on carecredit for our bills. I looked at a wrong invoice. I knew I was over paying a little due to procedures we both had and hadn't received the bill yet. I was talked down to and treated rudly in front of my daughter and people in the waiting room. Then I was told I couldn't use the credit on her account towards the medicine we received. Some lame excuse that it was different accounts. You can tell alot by people's words, facial expressions, tone of voice and body language. They both need to learn how to serve customers or not be in this industry. Sadly even though my daughter's skin is looking better i think we need to find a new dermatologist! read more

Dr. Baugh seems competent. But his wait times reflect a total indifference to a patients time. I have seen him for a couple years and become more and more frustrated with the 45 minute plus wait times. I thought I could get around the long wait times by taking a 7:15 am appointment. Surely with being almost the first patient time of the day, the wait would be short. WRONG - another 45 minute wait. I'm now looking for another dermatologist. read more

Don't come here if you are someone who likes to deal with professionals. You won't find any here. It is very hard to get an appt here from the start. Once i did, i left work early to make sure i made my appt time, only to show up to be told the dr wouldn't be able to see me. I was told that they tried to call, however i did not receive any message. Not only did i drive all the way there for nothing, they notified me i owed $20 and they were going to send my account to collections. I asked what the balance was for and they said It was for my co pay for an appointment i went to multiple months earlier. Why they don't collect your copay at the time of appointment is beyond me. I ended up leaving work early just to pay a bill that should have been collected months prior. The receptionist was very short with me and never apologized for the inconvenience. Loved Dr. Baugh's explanation of Acne. I love knowledge and he is in his comfort zone teaching you so your expectations equal your choices. Not only does Doctor Baugh and his lead esthetician Rosie, make my skin look amazing. They both made my first lip filler experience as comforting as possible! Dr. Baugh did an amazing job at giving my lips a little raise on my upper lip like I asked. The swelling was very minimal and little to no bruising. I only used topical numbing cream and felt nothing! Rosie's been doing my facials since I've been in high school and never failed to make my skin amazing and hydrated. Love love love! read more

I really tried to like this place but just so many aspects were just not up to par. My skin first and foremost, got worst. The dermatologist recommended I use nothing on my face except a face wash (which I purchased from him). As well as to take an antibiotic. I was prescribed the wrong dose of the antibiotic, not once but twice. It cost $45 a prescription and was a waste because it literally was the wrong dosage. The doctor just said that was his bad when he realized. I was told I could not wear lotion, sunblock or makeup because he was trying to do a purge. I followed that during summer (no sunblock during summer!!! ). My skin just never got better and now I have sun spots to add to my issues. I went to a new dermatologist who has helped my skin more in 3 weeks than the 5 months I went to this dermatologist. I'm not sure why I stayed at a location that recommended I don't wear even lotion and prescribes the wrong medication for so long. I really don't recommend this place. My skin looks so much better now with my new dermatologist and he literally said I could do everything this dermatologist said I couldn't. read more

Today is September 26 2018, I went into full spectrum in early September, I went in for something called a "shaving" I saw Dr. Hsu (pronounced "shoe") for my shaving, which was on the side of my nose, she marked the perimeter with a marker, put anesthesia, then shaved off what needed to be removed. Wasn't allowed to touch it or shower for 24 hrs, next day I wash off the left over marker marks left behind and then just allow it to heal and see the redness and puffiness go away, so weeks later, the scab falls off and it heels, HOWEVER that's when I noticed that the Dr missed shaving off a piece around the perimeter of what needed to come off. So now my skin is uneven and have a bump on the side of my nose of what should have also been removed. I called today, Sep 26 2018 and I told them the problem and that I needed to have it removed correctly, the receptionist said Dr Hsu was gone on maternity leave and that they couldn't see me until late November with the other Dr, so I said fine (I guess) then I said to her if she could note all this so that when i walked in months later it wouldn't be a problem and I also asked if i would be charged again for something that wasn't done correctly the 1st time, being as how I already paid to have it done ($450) and she said yes!! I was like how can you guys charge me for something that I already paid for and expected it to be done right the 1st time, they said it didn't matter, that because it was going to be done again I had to pay again!! I feel taken advantage of, and full spectrum dermatology (in Fullerton) you guys are disgusting and despicable, shame on you guys!! No code of ethics or pride in your work! POEPLE PLEASE TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE, SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK AND IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

OUTRAGEOUS PRICING to the tune of $68 per minute of Dr. Baugh's time + COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR PATIENT SATISFACTION = never again returning to see Dr. Baugh. I've been an acne patient of Dr. Baugh's for over a year and actually like the regimen I'm on. I like his personally formulated cleanser & I'm on a few good scrips that keep my complexion mostly clear. However, his arrogance & disregard for anyone's time & money (except his own) ensure that I will not be back to see him. So here's the straw that broke the camel's back: -Needed prescriptions refilled--when pharmacy reached out to Dr. Baugh, he said I had to come in to see him first. No problem! -ALWAYS A LONG WAIT, so unsurprisingly: when I got to the office 5 mins before my appointment, I waited 30 mins to be put in a room, then 15 more minutes in the room for the assistant to come and update my chart, then 10 more minute to see Dr. Baugh. -I only saw Dr. Baugh FOR LESS THAN ONE MINUTE! (no exaggeration!) It went like: "you're here for prescription refills? Ok, I'll send in assistant to process that"and he left. Did not ask one question about my skin, whether I'm happy with the regimen or my complexion or anything like that. He did not care to check in with me at all. CLEARLY DR. BAUGH JUST CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY FROM OFFICE VISITS, so he overbooks patients, effectively wasting our time and money to see him for less than 1 minute. I even reached out to office manager saying how disappointed I was with that treatment, but after consulting with Dr. Baugh, his final word was that my experience was a "justified office visit charge." So farewell Dr. Baugh. I don't recommend him at all unless you have limitless time and money. There is one other dermatologist working in the office with him (Dr. Jessica Hsu). I will try her next time, or go to a different derm altogether. read more

Asked for a cheap prescription, Prescribed medication that was $600 month. That was after repeatedly asking for something inexpensive and reasonable because I was purchasing for two teens. Was rude and condescending and made my daughter cry about her freckles. He said the freckles were damage. She got watery eyes. I told her she's beautiful. He pointed to the freckles and said this isnt pretty- this is damaged. Hes awful. Hes a father!? Have a heart! Wont ever go there again. read more

I'm writing for my mother today who had a negative experience with the receptionist, Annie. I posted this review for Dr. Baugh's page, but as it concerns the receptionist at this facility, I am posting it here as well. Upon her visit, she was told that she had an outstanding balance of about $34.00, which is odd considering that we always paid the full price of the bill on the spot with cash. But when my mom asked what the $34 was for, Annie was unable to explain and said that she has no access to that information as it's already been sent to a collection agency. We were never billed or contacted in any regard for the $34, so I find it unreasonable that this "unpaid bill" was sent to the collection agency, as that may unduly and negatively affect our credit score. I searched this on Google, and the only logical explanation for this situation is poor accounting. I understand that HIPAA privacy rules may keep collection agencies from wanting to know too much personal medical information, but I'm confused as to why the receptionist at the clinic was unable to obtain records of previous visits to determine what the $34 charge was for. I'm not trying to be argumentative. Just confused here. If anyone can elucidate what happened, I would appreciate it. Annie was both rude and uncooperative, and my mom felt humiliated in front of the other patients. Needless to say, my mom will not be returning. I would advise people to stay away from this clinic if they want to avoid poor customer service as well as poor accounting practices. I will definitely be contacting the collection agency and disputing any negative marks on our credit score, especially considering that we were not contacted prior to this bill being sent to the collection agency and that we were not given a waiting period. EDIT: I contacted the collection agency and was told that the bill had existed for over a year. So, they already sent it to the credit agency. I find it odd that within that year when my mom had been attending this clinic, why no one had bothered to ask or remind her that there was an unpaid bill for her. Additionally, the collection agency stated that they had sent the written notice to our old address (as that was the address they were given) from the facility. It's been over 6 years since we've lived at that address, and we know that Dr. Baugh's office has our updated address because we are mailed occasional reminders to come in for a check-up. Suspicious, if you ask me. tl;dr: Poor accounting practices. Unexplained charges. Collection agency. Negative marks on credit score. Rude receptionist. Stay away. Will not return. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Hsu for many years and she's been amazing! She's is very thorough and always takes the time to answer my questions. She is easy to talk to and puts me at ease during procedures that normally would make me squeamish. Also, if you want one of the best facials ever, Rosie is one of the best estheticians I have ever been to! Very Disappointed! My family and I have been patients for many years. Our Doctor is great. Full Spectrum Dermatology's billing and administration department needs a lot of help. Unfortunately some companies cannot see the forest through the trees and they loose good customers. Full Spectrum Dermatology's billing department mistakenly billed the wrong person and and want me to pay the late fees. Its only $8 dollars and when I tried to resolve the issue and pay the bill they were more than happy to loose my business over $8. I don't mind paying the money but don't like being treated so poorly. read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would to the current PA and the scribe who barely glanced my way. 2 years I've seen this latest staff for help with psoriasis. ZERO bedside manner. If the PA RS mentioned my legs were dry, gray and ashen once, she hammered it home multiple times with castigating eyes and attitude. (mask on). I went in for help and expected some understanding and solutions. There wasn't even any body assessment, besides my legs which are apparently dead already. I eventually walked out of the office between filling out forms. I will be looking for Dr. Jessica Tsu now, of course after I moisturize my dead legs. 5 STAR for Dr. TSU who is no longer there and who I loved. read more
