DO NOT get Botox here. This is the 2nd TIME IN A ROW that Dr. Bhavsar has messed my face up. I look like a had a stroke! I have been getting Botox for nearly 10 years and have never experienced such poor quality injecting. I specifically showed him a photo of the first time he injected too close to my eyebrow line (and arch) and how it made my eyelid so heavy that it literally rested on my eyelash. (You can see in one of the images a small bruise where he injected- extremely close to my arch pretty much paralyzing that area and cause it to fall on my eyelid. ) I asked to pls not do that again and inject so close. He literally did the exact same thing, and am yet again looking like a stroke patient for at least another 2 months, and out nearly a thousand dollars for 2 sessions of crap. First photo (brown hair) first visit. Second photos, 2nd visit. I will be contacting to request a refund for this poor quality treatment. I will update if they recognize this negligence and agree it is not fair to pay money to look like this, twice. *Update: I contacted the office and spoke with Julie at the front desk. She said she would contact the Dr and he would call me back when he got into the office. That never happened. (They also asked if I wanted to come back in, which I refused to have him touch my face any further.) After 2 business days of no call from the doctor I reached out again but their reply was via text that they do not honor refunds... and that was it, radio silence after that. I kept replying if the doctor could still call me and I needed to speak to him. They continued to ignore me and never spoke to the doctor, how I initially asked. I set up a laser hair removal appt through ClassPass, but never was able to receive the treatment. I drove a ways for my appointment and was informed once I arrived that the laser was broken. No one let me know this before hand and I was told it's been busted for days. The person I spoke with said they're waiting on the parts person when I asked when it would be fixed. She also told me she would cc me on the email to ClassPass - that never happened. I waited a few days to give them the benefit of the doubt before reaching out to ClassPass myself. I was going to reach out regardless, but wanted to be able to go them and inform them that I was already being assisted by the business they're partnering with. I scheduled an appointment for a Covid 15 min antigen test for my daughter. We waited over an hour in a line that wrapped around their building. We never received our results. We called many times but no one answers their phone. Their phone mailbox is full. On Mon., we were finally able to leave a message. They contacted me Tues. morning and still did not give us our results. We called back, but no one answers their phone and their mailbox is still full. On Thurs we finally speak to a woman who tells us we left the wrong phone number. Then how did you keep calling us?? Still, they did not give us our results that we paid for. They called us back later that day and left a message. I called back.....no one picked up and their mailbox was full. We still (Sun the following week) do not have our results. They could have left the results by text at any point, but still have chosen not to. They charged us $109.00 for the test. Now, I'm disputing the charges with my bank, do not have the results for my Covid test and am writing this long review on Yelp. We luckily found another testing site. Hands down, by far, the best, precise and truly most painfree lip filler experience I've ever experienced. I literally thought Dr. B was all talk and I honestly didn't believe him when he said I wouldn't feel as much pain with the anesthetic he used to numb the lips before the procedure, because this wasn't my first experience with this process. Booked this place on solv for covid testing. I kept calling for someone to pickup the phone so I can ask a few questions I had but they wouldn't answer! I don't know how they can do cosmetics procedure and covid testing and not be reliable enough to pick up the phone. Would never give them business again. Super friendly and had good knowledge of procedures and answered questions then referred to Dr. B for more details. Pin the nurse practitioner was also amazing. Super sweet. Attention to detail. I usually bruise when I get Botox and I didnt this time because she took the extra effort to make sure she didn't hit veins when injecting. Also recommended spots I hadn't done and didn't over recommend units. Asked about lip filler and ended up getting some even though that wasn't my intention and I hadn't done that in years. Dr. B has a more subtle approach. Plump but not huge. Just more youthful and aesthetically pleasing. His recommendations were on the natural-look side which I love. Prices are fair. Found this place on Groupon and was immediately drawn in by the amazing price. I decided to try lip filler for the first time. The process was great and everyone was nice. No issue using my Groupon. But within 1 week, my results were gone. I could not tell a difference and neither could my friends or family. I understand that it dissolves over time but 1 week?! Not sure if the juvederm solution was mixed with water or something but none of my friends have ever experienced it being gone that quick. Looking at previous reviews, it looks like other clients had similar experience with their Botox being watered down. I reached out through Yelp asking for my before and after pictures for reference and was told to reach out on IG. Did not get a response there either. Used a Groupon and combined with Groupon, cash and credit card I spent over $700 for botox. They have a policy of coming back for more botox if the original "does not take" but needing to be within 8-10 days. I had one area that needed more and made 4 appointments with them in which THEY CANCELLED every single one. One of the appointments I actually went down to the center and the center was closed to patients and wasted my time, another I would have driven down but texted them to see if I could go early, thank goodness b/c they had not appointment for me and then cancelled several others after that. I have texted proof and was only asking for a portion back ($240 of credit card) but was going to let them leave the remaining balance but they are disputing? was not going to bother with a review but they waste my time for several weeks and I work full time, and they dispute when I could have asked for the entire amount back? They cancel and cancel for various excuses. They were professional day 1 and then proceeded to waste valuable peoples time. Admittedly, I have never had any procedures like botox or fillers before this experience. Therefore, I have nothing to compare it to. However, I have had to deal with many doctors over the years for various things and I can tell you Dr. Bhavsar is extremely attentive and has a wonderfully gentle hand. My reason for initially wanting botox was related to unrelenting headaches/migraines. I added the treatment of filler to my lips as well to address wrinkles that inevitably come with age since I was there lol. The entire process was, dare I say, lovely. It really was. And I returned a week later to let him recheck his work. I had mentioned 2 minor things I wasn't jazzed with and he worked on me more for no extra charge. I don't want to have to go in more than every 3 months, but I do look forward to my next appt just for Dr. Bhavsar. FYI: 1. My headaches are not completely gone, but they are definitely less frequent and don't last as long!! I had treatment 10 days ago. 2. Dr. Bhavsar numbed me well so treatment was relatively pain-free. 3. I found Brea Wellness Center through groupon followed by reading reviews. The groupon was honored without any sort of negative sentiment or energy. Their paperwork also says that the original groupon price for whatever you purchased will be applied every time you get that treatment. That's pretty cool and definitely an incentive to go through groupon. 4. When going for treatment anywhere, always keep your expectation within reason or you won't be happy no matter how good the treatment was. Try them out and feel beautiful! Edited to add: All the staff I encountered were very nice as well, not pretentious at all. ...The office itself is lovely and very clean. A different doctor recently recommended Volbella for tear troughs under the eyes. After finding a great Groupon for what looks like a newer medispa, I purchased a deal for Volbella on 4/5. I called not long after they opened this morning (8:50am) and the receptionist told me that she didn't believe that the doctor used Volbella under the eyes, but took my name and number down to return my call after consulting him. Fast forward to 4:30pm and I still hadn't heard back from Brea Aesthetics about the fate of my Groupon. I called the offce half an hour before their scheduled closing. The machine recited the hours, I left a message, and still nothing by 8pm. I had no choice but to return the Groupon. They're open 3 days a week and they don't even return calls or stay open for their posted business hours? Seriously? If this is the level of service they offer, I may have dodged a bullet here. Dr. B and his staff have been by far my favorite. His staff is kind, accommodating and patient ( I had to reschedule many many times at last minute). Dr B was professional, gentle, informative and gave me the outcome I asked for. I wanted a very natural looking fuller lips, and he did that! I just did my Microneedling yesterday and I can't even express the amazing experience I had. I was super apprehensive about going here from reading the other reviews. Im glad I bought a groupon and gave them a shot though! They're located in Brea, so its close to home for me, but I was still nervous about getting a little botox to prevent any frowlines in my forehead. I waited two weeks to review them, because a lot of other people claim that they use just saline and not botox. That after two weeks it "goes away", these reviewers are flat out haters who probably disnt buy as much botox was suggested to paralyze their muscle correctly. Also aftercare is huge do your research before and after on how you feel before getting any injection. A few other reivews also claim a technician does injections....This isn't true at all! This place has a very sweet RN that does the injections with a very gentle hand! She is also patient, and cheerful! I cant express enough how much I just liked her, she was humble and honest. I had also requested that they fill the syringe in front of me and she did. Basically, other reviewers please communicate your concerns, this place is really nice and aims to make us customers/clients happy! Im so happy with my results, Im hoping this 20 units stays for another 6-9 months, and am really debating Volbella in my lips in the future. After my botox injection the doctor came in to talk to me on a personal level about how I was feeling, and what they could offer me in the future as I take steps to help myself as I say preventative work :D I really liked him also, he was very sweet and caring. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A SAME DAY RAPID PCR COVID-19 TESTING WHICH COSTS $159!!! This health center falsely advertises same day results for a rapid PCR covid-19 test at a price of $159. I had my test on a Monday at 8:30 am and had not heard from them so I called the center at 4:20 pm to follow up. Their voice mailbox is full, so you can't leave a message and you won't get a same day response if you send them an email. I'm still waiting for a response to my email several hours later. It's now Tuesday morning and I still don't have my results which I need to return to work ASAP. After having this experience I WILL BE ASKING FOR A REFUND. read more

*UPDATE* Appt time 8:20 am. In line at 8:10 am. Took test at almost 10 am. Results for my 15 test came finally in at 1pm. ------- Original post: Went here for a Covid test. Let's rattle off why I wouldn't recommend them. A) they offer appointments but each 5 min increment is roughly for 20 people so I waited just shy of 2 hours, outdoors, in a hallway, freezing. I was early and between 8am and 8:10, there were 55 people in line. B) When I booked my appt last night for today, it said it was $99 for the rapid antigen test. Then I got there today and it's $109. Just checked their website and it now says $109 but when I booked it, it said $99. Minor issue but still annoying. C) I paid the fee for rapid results in 15 min. It's been 2.5 hours since I tested and no results. D) they don't take insurance. So hopefully you can submit your invoice for reimbursement. E) they put the wait time sign (indicating 1-2 hr wait) when you're almost there. Not smart. F) they asked if I wanted my results in a text message or an email. I confirmed that with a test message, I'll still receive a link to a report, she said yes. Text came through. No report. Super professional printing texts as an official medical record. What sucks is with slim to no options, they will continue to draw lines. Save yourself the 2 hours and go somewhere else. There are far cheaper options that are faster. For 2 hr wait, I could have went somewhere that was free. I thought an appointment would save me time. This was EXPENSIVE and A LONG ASS WAIT. GOOD NEWS: I'll endorse a company that's actually helpful. Down the street, Fullerton Express Pharmacy, across the street from CVS, has consistently had in home Covid tests. They're $30/ea but they've had them for most of the holiday break. They're super nice. Take your money elsewhere. read more

My mom and some friends had been going there and to be honest It took a little convincing, I was a bit hesitant to have anything done and extremely concerned about looking different..Dr. B was on it and could see I was a bit nervous and took his time to explain and go over things, he was patient and made sure I was comfortable with what he was going to do and along the way. I had some fillers and Botox done, he clearly knows what he is doing, he numbed me well and within a short period of time he was done, I hadn't planned on doing anything beneath my eyes but per his suggestion I did, I instantly felt like my eyes opened bigger and I could actually see better..I returned a week later and there was an area that I had hoped to look a little different, without thought he immediately offered suggestions and did some touch ups to fill the area I was concerned with.
