Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! I honestly at a certain point was like it's okay just use whatever but my esthetician literally would not let me. She made sure I read every ingredient so I wouldn't have a reaction. She wanted to make sure I was taken care of properly. She was so kind and caring and the whole staff was so friendly and helpful. The hydrofacial itself was so amazing she started off with giving me a massage. It honestly felt like lymphatic drainage for my face because I do gua sha at home. Then she brought out a steam machine and some cold roller thing. And she used a machine that felt like water was squirting into my face with air but my face didn't feel wet. I honestly don't know what was going on. Everything felt so amazing though I felt SO RELAXED. She even did extractions for me on my nose which I have not done in AGES. She said I didn't have acne just blackheads lol. I take that as a compliment to be quite honest. Once it was done my face truly looked FRESH. I was so happy with my results. First, the phone call to make the appointment was easy. They were polite and efficient both with booking the initial consult and with rescheduling when I needed. However, once I got to the actual appointment, I didn't enjoy their service. I arrived for my appointment at 2pm, and at the front desk was a security officer instead of a receptionist. He seemed confused by my presence and told me that everyone was out to lunch. I was confused and he told me to talk to one of the nurses, but she looked annoyed at me and told me to keep waiting in the lobby -- when I asked if they were on their lunch, she said no and to be patient. Finally, I was seen by the consultant. The consultant was very no-nonsense and didn't seem to have the patience to answer my questions. When I asked her about my concerns re: skin fat burning, she would brush them off by saying "Well, just use a different laser then". Okay, but...she didn't answer my questions or really explain the pros and cons of each laser? Ultimately, I will choose a different location. There are other places with similar pricing where you will feel valued and treated like a patient.

I even looked up the doctor on the state board website. He has a clean record and works at Kaiser. You are definitely good people if you work at Kaiser. Anyway, I submitted a form online and Jiarui texted within the hour. She said that she can help me with my melasma and had an opening on Saturday. When I arrived, it looked like I was checking into a hotel. They gave me a form and later a cup of water. Jiarui came to greet me and brought me to her office. We talked about my concerns and what treatment I had done. She was very thorough and informative. Furthermore, she suggested other products but wanted me to focus on taking care of my melasma first. She said that they are having a promotion and gave me a price that was very competitive. The package is a series of 15 sessions and I would have to go weekly. After I had agreed, she got me on the phone with Dr Waxman to screen me and see if I was a good candidate for the laser. He's very nice and talks fast like any Kaiser doctor would. After she was done registering me, she took my payment and there was no surcharge for using credit card and tip is included. Then she walked me to the sink to wash my face. We went to the photo room and there were signs on the walls with numbers. That's where you look so she can take the photos. They use a Canon camera and it's already set up to take photos. Then we went to the room to get the laser done. The nurse told me that there will be a series of three rounds. After each round, she patted my face with an ice pack. When we were done, she took the goggles off my eyes and covered my eyes from the light since it was very bright. She put moisturizer on my face and went to get Jiarui. Jiarui walked me back to her office and recommended using some solution to buy on my own to help speed up recovery. Also, she booked the next four appointments for me and we bonded over cats so I showed her my Reels. She is very helpful, honest, a good listener and very nice. At first, I had my doubts based on other providers that I've encountered but third time is a charm. They seem be very knowledgeable and everything runs pretty smoothly. I'm hoping that this will be my forever beauty home. I highly recommend visiting them and get a consultation.
