Finally tried this spa on Rosemead with a friend for Thermage 热玛吉 face tightening and it was way better than I expected. Price is reasonable for this kind of high-end machine, especially in this area. The nurse was very professional and good skill - she walked me through each step, checked my pain level often, and adjusted settings around my jawline where I'm more sensitive. Whole vibe was calm, no pushy sales, just service is professional and good from front desk to treatment. Right after, my face felt a bit tight but not crazy red, and in the mirror my jawline already looked a touch more defined, like a soft "lifting" filter :) Definitely coming back when I'm due for maintenance. read more

Friend dragged me to this spa on Rosemead after coffee nearby and I'm glad I said yes. I booked the Hydra Facial 水飞梭美容: 皮肤深度清洁补水 and service is professional and good the whole way through. Esthetician checked my skin first, then did a really thorough cleanse and those vacuum-y passes that suck out gunk but somehow feel relaxing lol. Hydrating part at the end was so soothing, like my face just drank a big glass of water. Walked out with smoother, bouncier skin, super clean pores, no redness, no sticky feeling. Chill vibe, tidy treatment room, no pushy sales talk. Quietly impressive spot - I'd come back when my skin needs a reset. read more

Great experience with the acne facial! Originally bought a micro-dermabrasion Groupon but they suggested the acne facial and were able to upgrade me. Lily did a wonderful job! read more

Went to this spa on Rosemead after a friend wouldn't shut up about their M22 光子嫩肤 treatment, so I finally booked it. Honestly, the result is obvious. My old acne marks and little pits on my cheeks look softer and my overall tone is brighter, like mild filter but real life lol. You can tell they're using new devices, the machine looked super up‑to‑date and the esthetician clearly knew how to adjust the settings so it didn't feel crazy harsh. A bit of warm "snap" feeling, then cooling gel, and that was it, no drama. Staff vibe is calm and professional, not pushy at all, just straight to the point and focused on skin results. If you're thinking about something to fade acne scars and get that clean, lighter complexion, this M22 session here is actually worth it :) read more

I absolutely recommend Bella and Candice at MS Lady Med Spa! They are both so kind, welcoming, and professional. I've seen so much progress with my tattoo removal, and I couldn't be happier with the results so far! They always make me feel comfortable and are so sweet throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends! read more

Booked a Hydra Facial 水飞梭美容: 皮肤深度清洁补水 here after my coworker kept telling me my skin would "reset" lol. Check-in was quick, no weird sales pitch, just straight to what I wanted to improve (clogged pores, dull skin). Esthetician was super professional and gentle, actually took time to look at my face before starting, then did a very satisfying deep cleanse - you can feel the gunk being pulled out but it's still comfy and relaxing. The hydration part at the end was the best, my skin felt bouncy instead of tight and squeaky. Walked out looking way more glowy and smooth, and the next day my makeup went on like a dream). Chill vibe, clean treatment room, and they clearly know their Hydra Facial machine instead of randomly winging it. Solid spot if you're into real deep cleaning + hydration, I'd definitely go back. read more

Dropped by this spa on Rosemead with a friend and was actually impressed. Price is reasonable for what they're doing, no crazy upsell vibes. I tried Hydra Facial 水飞梭美容 for deep cleansing and hydration, nurse very professional and good skill, facial therapist also super professional and good skill, explains quickly then lets you chill. The suction + serum part felt sooo clean, like my skin was getting a reset. Came back another time for Thermage 热玛吉 for facial tightening and the result is obvious - jawline looks more defined, cheeks less saggy, people even asked if I slept better lol. Service is professional and good, they move efficiently but still keep it gentle. Overall, solid spot if you want real results, not just candles and small talk. read more

Dropped by this spa on Rosemead after brunch nearby and honestly, it was solid. Came in for the Hydra Facial 水飞梭美容: 皮肤深度清洁补水 because my face's been looking dull and tired. Front desk was chill, asked what I was dealing with skin-wise, no weird package pushing, just straight to business. The esthetician knew what she was doing - gentle but not lazy, explained the steps briefly then let me zone out. That suction + serum part... low-key satisfying, you can feel gunk leaving and this cool, hydrated feeling settling in. Walked out with smoother skin, nose and chin way cleaner, and my face looked fresher instead of that tight, stripped feeling. Not a "fancy spa fantasy" spot, more like efficient, professional, and focused on making your skin actually look better. Will definitely swing back when my skin starts acting up again :) read more

Great deals, staff is always amazing. Very clean and well maintained. Have been coming for years and never disappointed.

Bella and Candy are amazing! They are very kind and welcoming at the front desk. Fenny, the nurse, is amazing too! I get Botox injections for my TMJ and I can barely even feel the actual injection. As a newly licensed RN, it feels nice to be able to talk to Fenny as well about aesthetic nursing. Fenny is usually here on Sundays, which works well traffic-wise for my drive from LA to Temple City! I highly recommend this place. read more

Had such a shitty experience and will not be going there ever again. The facial room had no AC to start with, the whole experience was rushed and was definitely not the same as what was advertised. The front desk was very pushy on having me set up a profile and prepay for my future services at a "discounted price". They tried to sale me different packages and I said no. Made it very clear that I wasn't planning on coming back and was basically forced to leave a tip. 100% do not recommend this place. read more

This place is great - i started bringing my wife here for tattoo removal and botox; they have this amazing herbal tea in the waiting room - Bella and Candice are so nice. I got my wife a deal on 100 units of botox - so i tried some on the vertical crease above my eye Fenny, the. rise did it and she did a great job - it worked so well. This place is comfortable too. Highly recommended!!!! read more

This place was professional and attentive with my tattoo removal. Bella was helpful in this process.

I had laser spot removal and the picoway (3x) and its made a huge difference! Besides taking my sking tags and color discoloration away, everyone is saying my skin is GLOWING! Its a nice compliment... The nurse, Fenny, is only here Sundays but she's worth it; very gentle with my skin and is caring... the beauty consultants, Bella and Candice, are here every step of the way- checking my progress, seeing how I feel, and making sure Im taken care of... very happy customer! read more

Facial was so rough, the lady broke one of my real gold earrings. I wasnt mad, i wish she wouldve been less rough but these things happen. I held in my hand the whole appointment trying to fix it whenever she left the room. It was a hoop earring and wouldn't close, i was eventually able to bend it so it would close. But it was bent and not round anymore. I triple checked all my other earrings were still in place, they were, this is important later. Right after apt they called me to leave a tip, i actually did forget to tip cuz i honestly just wanted to leave, this is when i realized my other earring was missing. Went back to them to ask if they seen it. They started yelling at me n telling i was lying and gaslighting me saying i didnt even have it on. The lady who worked on my facial literally went up to my face and started pointing and yelling "you didnt have it on". There were a total of 3 workers there that was there, 2 were yelling and saying i was lying (the receptionst and the lady who worked on me), 1 younger worker did end up actually trying to be nice and help look for it without yelling at me. But we couldnt find the earring. Which was sad but it was ok. I was just going in there to ask if they could help me look for it but they kept yelling at me. Then when i was about to leave. The receptionist had the nerve to ask me to tip again... are you actually crazy? Why would i tip when you actually broke one of my earring and yelled at me repeatedly? Well. That was my shitty experience. Will not be going there ever again. More about everything besides the crazy situation : - they had asked if i wanted to come in earlier than my apt time, i said to keep original time but when i got there, they had me wait 15 mins past my apt time... so makes me think they they took on extra clients n pushed me back. Which is fine. Just putting it out there. - facial was rough. Lady seemed like she was in a huge rush the whole time. Slapped cream and towels on my face, and wiped aggressively. Came in and out the room loudly, and slamming things. Was not relaxing at all. - also when i was in the waiting room. The same 3 workers i mentioned literally walked up to me and stared at my face pointing and talking to each other.. which is also rude and weird. read more

they do good face things very good yes good skin care and everything. I like very much

Purchased a Groupon for this location. They were unprofessional. Asked me to show the Tattoo area I wanted removed in front of everyone at the front entrance even with men around. Make sure you do your research before coming to this place. Made me feel uncomfortable. read more

I won a free facial from AAEXPO and came here to try it out. The hydro facial was definitely nice. They do extractions for whiteheads during the facial. I ended up purchasing a picoway package and a facial package. Will update how it goes. The place is clean and nice. You get your own top covering. The aesthetician was friendly. They also offer massage, but I have another place for that already. read more

This review is for facials. I found this spa salon on Groupon when I was living in Chino. I had a good experience for my facial that I decided to buy their package. Buy 10 facials get 11th free. Then I moved back to SGV area and came to Temple City location. Located in Meet Fresh, Bistra Na plaza on the top floor. They moved and the new location is bigger and clean. One star off for scheduling me wrong 2x due to confusion on location because their English is not very good. I have only used text to communicate with them. Other than that, all the staff here are nice. I have tried all their technicians that does the facial. Each time I do a facial I end up falling asleep because it is pretty relaxing. They give you a cup of Chinese herbal tea after the facial. They provide massages, facials, and other beauty procedures. read more

I live in LA and drive to temple city for this specific location. The staff is amazing, especially Bella and the nurse Fanny. Tattoo removal hurts, however, their attentive service makes everything a little less painful. Bella always work with me for scheduling and pricing packages. Fanny helps me relax and feel grounded for the treatment. They keep photos to help track the progress of the tattoo removal, and their office is cute and clean too. I look forward to my appointments with them , and feel grateful I found this hidden gem. read more

Very friendly staff! Went here for a facial. Would come again!! Face feels brighter and smoother

Be care of that sale lady name Ruby, she's a very dishonest person. One minute she quote you a price, the next minute she change and raise the price higher. Her number never been fixed. As a BBB rule, Its her responsibility to tell the customer when their service has used and she should ask the customer if they wanted to continue or to stop. But she chose to keep silent and after service she jacks up the price and demanding you to pay double the price for it. read more

Update: After emailing the company, I finally got a response and was able to schedule my massage. Pros: Anna is amazing at massages, she really targets all the right areas and my shoulders have been a problematic area for me. She was able to identify it immediately and focused on it. I also did cupping during my session and a body wrap. Would definitely recommend her to my friends. Cons: it's hard to get a hold of the front desk and their Hours are actually different than listed on Yelp read more

i dont usually write reviews but i'm from the bay area but this is the ONLY place i get my facials from. their service is exceptional and they treat me like a queen. everyone is so friendly and even though i'm not from the area, the staff always remembers me. I usually have a lot of blackheads but after a facial, they are squeaky clean and my skin is left glowing. they always ask if i want to clean up my brows (and of course i ALWAYS say yes because i would get charged an extra $70 elsewhere) and ask if i want to put on sunscreen (yes again because who doesn't love free things), and i love how there's chinese herbal tea for you after. my mom and sister also come here when they're in socal and they LOVE it ! it breaks my heart to see some of these reviews because i've been a loyal customer for years and never once had a bad experience. the only bad reviews i've seen were about Groupon, but i've used several Groupons here without any issues, so i'm not sure where these complaints are coming from. the terms and conditions are clearly stated, but unfortunately, some people don't bother to read them and then blame the business when they don't get what they think they're entitled to. maybe double-checking the details before getting upset would help ‍ if you're looking for an amazing place for facials and beauty treatments around oc, definitely check out MS Slim. the service here is fantastic, especially for the price. HOWEVER, if you're just looking for the cheapest deal on Groupon and don't appreciate quality, maybe look elsewhere. this place doesn't deserve rude, stingy customers who can't recognize great value :) read more

Coco is the one taking care of me, and is pretty much my go-to person when i make appointments. They offer bundle deals where you can pre-pay your appointments and then use those dates for yourself or to gift to a friend. So far, I have only used their hydrofacial service, but im looking forward to having a massage with them next time. Oddly, if you look on Google for their address, it points to what used to be an old library. But its really located at the corner plaza. The parking lot looks small, but there is also underground parking which is accessible through the Rosemead entrance. Instead of turning right on the first parking spaces you see, you go straight and head undergound. read more
