Facial was so rough, the lady broke one of my real gold earrings. I wasnt mad, i wish she wouldve been less rough but these things happen. I held in my hand the whole appointment trying to fix it whenever she left the room. It was a hoop earring and wouldn't close, i was eventually able to bend it so it would close. But it was bent and not round anymore. I triple checked all my other earrings were still in place, they were, this is important later. Right after apt they called me to leave a tip, i actually did forget to tip cuz i honestly just wanted to leave, this is when i realized my other earring was missing. Went back to them to ask if they seen it. They started yelling at me n telling i was lying and gaslighting me saying i didnt even have it on. The lady who worked on my facial literally went up to my face and started pointing and yelling "you didnt have it on". There were a total of 3 workers there that was there, 2 were yelling and saying i was lying (the receptionst and the lady who worked on me), 1 younger worker did end up actually trying to be nice and help look for it without yelling at me. But we couldnt find the earring. Which was sad but it was ok. I was just going in there to ask if they could help me look for it but they kept yelling at me. Then when i was about to leave. The receptionist had the nerve to ask me to tip again... are you actually crazy? Why would i tip when you actually broke one of my earring and yelled at me repeatedly? Well. That was my shitty experience. Will not be going there ever again. Tattoo removal hurts, however, their attentive service makes everything a little less painful. Bella always work with me for scheduling and pricing packages. Fanny helps me relax and feel grounded for the treatment. They keep photos to help track the progress of the tattoo removal, and their office is cute and clean too. Then I moved back to SGV area and came to Temple City location. Located in Meet Fresh, Bistra Na plaza on the top floor. They moved and the new location is bigger and clean. One star off for scheduling me wrong 2x due to confusion on location because their English is not very good. I have only used text to communicate with them. Other than that, all the staff here are nice. I have tried all their technicians that does the facial. Each time I do a facial I end up falling asleep because it is pretty relaxing. They give you a cup of Chinese herbal tea after the facial. They provide massages, facials, and other beauty procedures. read more

i dont usually write reviews but i'm from the bay area but this is the ONLY place i get my facials from. their service is exceptional and they treat me like a queen. everyone is so friendly and even though i'm not from the area, the staff always remembers me. Coco is the one taking care of me, and is pretty much my go-to person when i make appointments. They offer bundle deals where you can pre-pay your appointments and then use those dates for yourself or to gift to a friend. So far, I have only used their hydrofacial service, but im looking forward to having a massage with them next time. Oddly, if you look on Google for their address, it points to what used to be an old library. But its really located at the corner plaza. The parking lot looks small, but there is also underground parking which is accessible through the Rosemead entrance. When I went to redeem it Bella recommended a weight loss procedure that was more cost effective and that would allow me to lose weight faster. Coco is the clinician who made it happen. After 4 sessions I coould definitely see the results. Bella is very knowledgeable about the products they offer, and Coco is a polished professional and really knows what she is doing. The only thing that I wasn't 100% happy about was that they couldn't do the original design I wanted because they didn't have any black nail tape on site. So I booked my first appointment with MS Slim and enjoyed 90 minutes of Hydrafacial which includes cleanse, steam, exfoliate, facial massage, extraction and mask. I was recommended to this place for a facial and I was told to schedule an appointment with Linda because she could speak English well and was careful with her work. Upon entering, a middle aged female employee immediately approached me and I told her that I had an appointment with Linda; she ignored me, told me to take off my mask and literally began scrutinizing my face in the lobby, audibly saying "Oh my god". Needless to say, it was incredibly rude of her. I came to this establishment because I needed help with my skincare, not criticism from a staff member who is not involved in my facial. Afterwards, I walked to my room and met my technician. She spoke very broken English and was very rough with my face during extractions. She scraped my forehead very hard with a metal tool, as opposed to using the more gentle methods most other estheticians use; this left a lot of deep redness and scraped skin. It was clear at this point that this individual was not Linda. From reading the reviews at this location, it looks like others here have had very good experiences with Linda, but the establishment seems to be using her name just to get people to come in and schedule them for other technicians who are not Linda. I would not recommend using MS Slim's services, at least at this location. Use their services at your own risk. Others have received good care, but it seems to be a bit of a gamble here. read more
